RODNEY HUNTER / HUNTERMATIC - IN STORES!

Rodney Hunter's new single "Huntermatic" wil be released this week.

"Huntermatic" featuring Shadee has been a big hit gaining major airplay all over the globe and getting spins in the big rooms as well as in the small clubs.

The new single comes with Skwerl (defected, sonar kollektiv) and Trick & Kubic (great stuff recordings) remixes. Giles Peterson has already played the skwerl mix on his worldwide show and expect to hear those remixes in dj sets all over the planet durinng the summer '08.

A lot happening in Vienna in the coming days. This friday Richard Dorfmeister will be spinning at the Cusmos release party, celebrating the first release on the brand new G-STONE ONLINE SELECTIONS label. Party will take place at club Sass, expect nothing but dancefloor madness. Makossa & Megablast will be playing at the legendary flex on saturday. After dropping sets all over the planet in the last couple of months, they..re back to rock their hometown. Finally on tuesday Peter Kruder will be touching the decks, also at flex. It..s one of his rare sets here in Vienna, so don..t miss out on this one. A massive Party GUARANTEED!
Besides all the dj gigs, G-Stone will also be dropping 2 new releases. Karl Möstls project Cusmos with their debut "Garoto" (incl. Doc Roc (Fila Brazilia) Remix) will be released next week as digital only. Rodney Hunter is back with his second single from the "Hunterville" album. The already hit "Huntermatic" feat. Shadee (Aphrodelics) on vocals, including remixes by Skwerl and Trick & Kubic. Release date is the first week in june, available as 12" Vinyl and Digital.

Richard Dorfmeister himself has personally selected 'Number 1' of the new G-Stone Online Selection from local Vienna chumps 'Cusmos'.
Cusmos are Herwig Kusatz & Karl Möstl. Connected cosmically by their love of high class electronic club music. Walkner Möstl, no stranger to releasing quality music through the years is causing quite a stir with his new 'Defusion' album. Along with Herwig Kustatz aka 'Hewoja' passionate DJ and producer, they both set out to reveal a new and expanding galaxy of club music.
Adding to the evolution of this particular universe and release is Brazilian female vocalist and MC Joyce Muniz. With co operations with Stereotyp (Man Recordings, G-Stone), I-Wolf (Sofa Surfers, Klein Records) and Shanti Roots (Vienna Scientists) she once again adds her very sensual and sexy hybrid rapping style. With 'Garoto' Joyce catches a slick tech groove and adds more than a little Portuguese love. A track destined to heat up the dance floor or add a step to your walk we think.

NEW PETER KRUDER PRODUCTIONS AND REMIXES...

Serious business going on in legendary g-stone studio 1. Peter Kruder has been very busy in the last couple of months. Aside from mixing Christian Prommer..s huge DrumLesson album and Rodney Hunter..s "Hunterville", composing the soundtrack for the new nokia arte 8800 with Richard Dorfmeister plus touring asia and several european cities, he also took the time to produce new music.
First up, "Coste", an exclusive for the new Gilles Peterson "In the house" compilation out on defected. We here at G-Stone, have been playing this tune to the max! A massive song, listen for yourself. "Coste" is also available as a 12", for all you dj..s out there.
Next we have Peter..s rework of Zero DB..s "Te Queiro". You can find the remix on Zero DB..s "Heavyweight Gringos" remix album out now on Ninja Tune.
Christian Prommer took Ame..s classic "rej" into the jazz club, Peter takes the challenge and transforms the tune back into a dancefloor monster, sure to be heard in dj sets all over the planet. Out now as 12" on Sonar Kollektiv.
Furthermore three Kruder remixes for Mike Monday..s "Zum" will be released on Great Stuff recordings very soon.
