I WANT INVITATIONS
I began converting bus #3 to run on Pure Vegetable Oil (PVO)
I have been traveling through some different states collecting fuel from fast food vendors which are are happy to give away as they pay money to have such WVO collected by rendering companies which is later sold to either pet food companies to be sprayed on pet food and labeled as protein or to cosmetic companies to make people feel pretty, some is recycled and reused in vendors fryers, some for animal feed and some is simply put in land fills. A new buyer of WVO is bio-diesel corporations. I WANT INVITATIONS
Using vegetable oil as engine fuel is not as new as many U.S. citizens think. At the Worlds Fair in Paris back in 1900, people saw the diesel engine operate on Peanut oil. SVO emissions have not had much study or data collection by the EPA, SVO appears to have no sulphur, much lower unburnt hydrocarbons, lower carbon monoxide, no mercury, slightly elevated nitrogen oxides and zero CO2. There is a term I've been discussing with people, "Carbon Neutral"
Anyone seen Mad Max? Bus #3 would look good in a movie like that.
