Hello friends... Como estas?? Hope you are all doing well! We have made it to PERU.....all 700 or so of us for the BRIO MAGAZINE MISSIONS TRIP! I am here leading in worship and doing some concerts with a fabulous band and the teens are putting on evangelical dramas each day in the villages! So far this has been an amazing trip! The Lords presence has been so strong each night in our services! I wanted to share some pics..more to come! I would love to hear from you!! Miss you all! Blessinsg, jaime

Back from Norway and home in Nashville for a few days!!
Hello Friends, Well it is WED morning Nashville time but my body clock thinks it is almost dinner time..hehe!! Any tips for Jet Lag?? We are back from our time in Norway and WOW was it an incredible trip! I am so grateful this morning for the way God works and moves in our lives! Several months ago I got a myspace message from a new friend in Norway! I remember thinking how neat it would be to visit that country and get to lead in worship/minister over there! I have a dream to worship with my brothers and sisters in Christ in every country one day! It turns out that I got invited along with my band and lable mate DK to come to Norway and do a Youth Concert and then sing at a few churches.. The people in Norway were all so kind and humble. We got to be out on the North Sea for a day ( pics are now up under NORWAY 08) We visited a new church that is being built that our host from the trip is apart of. Wow, it is going to be so neat. They are having scriptures engraved into the walk way of this new facility. We ate some of the best cheese and breads I have ever had! ( I need to hit the gym!) and got to worship God with our new Norwegian friends~! It really was a great trip and I wanted to thank you all for your prayers! I want to encourage you all to visit Norway it is beautiful!:) I want to thank our amazing host again who was so much like Jesus to me! A selfless, humble and kind man with a desire to see more Christian music get into his country! Thank you for blessing my life with your extreme generosity and kindess! I head out this SAT. for a concert in N.H. then onto Miami/Peru for the BRIO MAGAZINE missions trip! I would love your prayers for strength, energy and no sickness!:) You ever have those days where you come across the same scripture many times...I think the Lord was really trying to get this into my heart yesterday so I wanted to pass it along! I stumbled across it in my journal yesterday morning when I wrote it out back in ..hen it was the scripture in my daily devotional and then a friend gave me a card and had this scripture written out...WOW! Hi friends, It was so great to hear from so many of you in my last blog! We are having an amazing time here and can feel your prayers! Thank u... Last night we took part in a Norweigan Youth Concert! It was an outside event with 5 bands and a great stage that they built!! It was so incredible to be apart of this night and to hear and see so many of our brothers and sisters in the Lord worshipping God with all their hearts! It brought tears to my face as we would sing familiar worship songs in another language! I learned a new song that I just LOVE..it is called All Because Of You! I cannot wait to start leading it in the states! The youth event went from 7pm- Midnight but we did not get home till about 2am so today was a restful day! We went to a beautiful beach with some of our new friends John ( the Youth Pastor) and Alex( his brother who is the youth worship leader!) We are meeting the most amazing people here with such a passion for God and His presence! I hope you enjoy these pics!! Would love to hear from you! We are leading worship tomorrow morning at a local church here in Froyland then onto another church in the evning for a 6pm worship service then a concert at 9pm! Cool fact about Norway...it stays light outside till about 3am.....SO COOL! talk soon! jaime

Hey Friends, Well we made it to NORWAY!! It was a wonderful, long flight from Nashville but we are here and LOVING IT! What a BEAUTIFUL country this is. We met up with our amazing host yesterday at the airport and then got to go see their new church plant with the church we are doing this outdoor concert with FRIDAY night. We then had some yummy Norweigan pizza and then called it a night! As you can imagine we are all beat...Jet Lag! I must say we got off to a little bit of a rough start...I would love your prayers...I was up all night SUN night with the worst toothe ache in my life that went into my right jaw, ear and eye...not fun! So I was at my dentist before it opened at 8am and had to have an emergency root canal...YIKES!:( DK has caught a bad sinus infection so please keep our entire team in your prayers..We are all doing much better now and I am just so taken by the beauty of Gods creation and this country! I have posted pics from DAY ONE! Our host Arne took us on a boat ride! We drank fresh mountain water, did some deep sea fishing and saw some of the most breath taking sites! Hope you enjoy! Hey Guys, So here we go, another JJ/DK adventure from our Moments of Worship Tour. Let me give you a quick background... DK and I are going to Norway in a few weeks...and were asked to record a little greeting in Norwegian.

Midway through the process...we realized..."THIS WOULD BE A PERFECT VIDEO BLOG"... Not to mention, that it's definitely a "behind the scenes" view of what goes on in preparation for a tour date. So for all of those that wanted to see what we do before a show...here's a little snapshot for ya.

Hope you're all doing well. I just pulled into Lancaster, SC for the second leg of the "Moments of Worship Tour". If you happen to live out this way, come on out to our concert tomorrow night at Second Baptist Church!
One of the things I love about traveling is getting to see so many new cities and all that they have to offer. Growing up right outside of Boston, places like this can be a whole new adventure.....
Speaking of that...
WHAT SHOULD I DO while I'm here??? My label-mate DK and I are going to be doing some video blogs. Now this is where I need your help. We would love to hear some ideas on what you all would like to see. For instance, if you would like to see something funny like sitting on a John Deer tractor trying to sing a country song I don't really know...then watch the video below - *smile*
