34 days and counting..... until I am home!!!!

Its been a year since my last trip home...I miss my mom (ok, fine..my brother too ), my friends, and the nice tropical weather in the dead of winter! 

SO EXCITED!!!

Fantasy Football

My fantasy football draft took place this past weekend.  I know it was a set-up cause I got the 14th (LAST) pick this year..

(Moses, I know it was YOU!!! - hahaha!)


Being last meant that I got 2 consecutive picks, but I also had to wait longer (26 selections!!) than anyone else in between picks.  That's a lifetime in the world of fantasy.  It was excruciatingly painful to watch all the top players get selected - players that I had set my heart on..

To make matters worse, I have now become the official laughing stock of my league because I unwittingly drafted a NA player for the 2nd year in a row!  Will not provide details as it is too embarrassing!!   I can only attribute it to the fact that my television set is not permanently set to ESPN 24/7..

n00b!

ok, my first blog on myspace...which is kind of astonishing since i've been a member for a long time!

Happy belated 4th of JULY everyone! I spent the whole weekend @ jimmy's house which is always nice *^^* i love quality time. we spent 4th of JULY at Ala Moana beach park with friends and had a huge "hawaiian kine" BBQ! watched the fireworks on the beach near the water...*sigh* i swear, only in hawaii... other than that, we mostly stayed in watching dvd's and pigging out on McD's and ice cream!

Our movie pick: Love actually

If you havent seen it, I would definitely recommend it. It's not mushy or corny...its actually kind of endearing and funny to boot!

anyways, now im at work...i hate the first day back, whether it be monday or tuesday..but at least its only a 4 day work week..big whoop! lol. i need a pick me up...anyone wanna go for coffee? *^ ^*
