Missing In Action!

Okay!  So I have been missing in action for quite a while!  I have really let a lot of things go over the past year and I am bound and determined to try and get myself back on track before spring!  I have totally neglected my Etsy store.  I really need to get my butt in gear and start stocking up my store again!  I really miss the extra income and just the fun I was having ove on Etsy!  Life it seems always has to get in the way of things and this past year has been no excepetion.  My health WAS doing pretty good up until recently.  Sometime over the next week or so I will have to have some surgery.  Im not really looking forward to that BUT if it makes me feel better than I am all for it!  I am soooo tired of feeling lousy!  Maybe once everything gets taken care of I will finally be able to get back to feeling good!

Over the next month I am going to try and sit down and come up with some rather ambitious goals for this year.  Both personal and professional goals.  I definitely want one of the goals to be to excercise more.  One of my professional goals is to really put a much better effort into my Etsy store and really revamp my store.  I want to expand some of my product lines and introduce new ones as well.  Last year I started the process of making new product lines but had to put it on hold until things settled down a bit.  I think as I head into spring I will be able to really focus my attention on what my new vision for my store is going to be.  It should be pretty exciting!

The Amazing Color Block Scarf

It is full of great color and is just such a fun design.  It was a lot of fun knitting up this scarf just because of all the colors!  It was knit in a simple 3x3 ribbed pattern to give it a little bit of texture and made nice and long to help keep you warm in those colder months ahead.  This scarf measures 4.5 inches wide and 93 inches long.  Stop in and my Etsy store and check it out as well as my many other items!

Well, I can't believe that I am going to say this in August but I am starting to get ready for fall already!  I have been busy creating all sorts of new and fun things.  Right now I am working on some really fun autumn themed pillows, which will hopefully be finished tomorrow.  I just finished a couple of really cool fabric rag quilted coasters two days ago.  They were a lot of fun to make and came out really cute.

I also just finished knitting up a really cool color block scarf that I will be listing tomorrow and will get a link on here as soon as I get it listed.  It came out great and now I just hope I can get some good pictures of it so it will sell.  I have such a hard time getting good pictures of my items sometimes.  It drives me crazy.  I really need to invest in a better digital camera but for now the one I have will have to do. 

All summer long I had a real hard time getting into any type of creative mood but over the past week I think I final have that creative urge again.  I have been dealing with some health issues that probably didn't help the creative flow much but now that I am feeling better my creative energy is starting to get recharged.  Is it to early to start thinking about Christmas?  LOL..........
