8/16/08 -

Well, miracles do happen...  So... tonight, I played the Woodward Dream Cruise.  We had a GREAT show.  Great crowd, great turn out and tons of fun.  So I left to go eat dinner after the show with my family.  My phone rang and it was a local promoter.  He asked me where I was, and I told him. He then told me that I need to come right back to the Dream Cruise because I was chosen to open for The Miracles (Motown Legends).  Apparently someone saw me sing at my show earlier and asked if I could open for them.  Of course I agreed to.  Without a doubt!  So with the help of Rex Mason Jr. (from Delta Haze) on guitar, we put on a great 30 minute acoustic show at the Phoenix Center in Pontiac.  I was so honored, opening for such icons!  Like the ol' clique goes, if your at the right place at the right time, miracles do happen... no pun intended : )

99.5 WYCD's Big Band Break Contest   

 Justine Blazer is the running for the Motor City's Best Local Band! The competition runs through July 31st! Vote as often as you like! The top 5 local bands will be battling it off September 12th through the 14th! The Top Selected Band will be opening for a major 99.5 WYCD Concert - to be announced at a later date!

7/9/08 - Meijer Taylor Summer Festival... I am opening for Josh Gracin and Terri Clark

Come out this Friday night along with all weekend for the Meijer Taylor Festival.  I am opening for Josh Gracin and Terri Clark.  I am very excited.  I am doing an hour set.  Hopefully I will see a few of you there.  Let me know if you are going.  It's going to be a lot of fun.
