I refuse to live life soberly
For my lethargic eyes can't catch sleep
Only netting silent pain…the worst memories

I can't feel it under my skin
My heart, a shell of secrecy
Vanishing from the estrange
Befriending the worst type of treachery

I miss my loneliness

I'm searching for peace
Lying with the needle of injustice in me
Rocking my succumbed worries of agony
Why insist defining me extraordinary
Who I am is arbitrary

What's in a name expect the ordinary
Society's way of classifying
I am me
Assassin of boredom
Activist of thoughts
The lover of free will

What I have done does not matter
What I choose to leave is the latter
It's not how I don't' recall my dreams
But why I control such a thing
Yet, I feel no remorse
I'm committed to a battle I have already lost
Nonetheless, I continue to move on

Isolated tears defy gravity
Confused about yourself
Belief that the past haunts you
And trying to figure out how it all fell down
If it was your fault
If you actually have awoken up
There is no life in lies

The agony bleeds into mercy
Kisses and Love are only in theory
For everyone can clearly see your beauty
But to feel the destruction your hair has gone through
You couldn't count all the split ends.
The disappointment your eyes have seen
Making smiles into knots
Staring through the shadows
You see no regret
The scars are still seen
The skin still fresh
And the flesh still bleeds

You tell me you're alright
I know, I know that isn't right
You know what I write and what is right
I know you see the rainstorms like I do
Don't cover your eyes
Feel the clash
Let the unknown certainty reside
You'll never be gone
Immortality stays within me
And others who have seen you

Frantically still in bed you still believe you're the fool
A perfect tool
Where the world blames you
And doubts on your beliefs
Perhaps that is where we need to start
From the beginning to uncover discoveries
To truly make you feel belonged
And to cope that you can truly be happy

I've lost many things in my life
Never provided them with keys or arrangements
It's okay though because my legacy lives in them
You should not be contained
Put on display
No key provided to keep you locked away
Your spirit is free
Understand no one can take that away from you
Not even your self can take that strain
You live for your right…your right to figure that out
Blinded by the darkness
Never able to see the bright lights
Standing on your feet because if you know how to
You can be a legend

At the end of the day
The tranquility breaks through
No more screaming of the mind
A pounding heart just is pumping blood
Many whispers still come amplified
Those nay sayers don't know though
No names for they have no identity
No more waiting around
The gun has fired its last ammunition
And rubber bullets just bounce off

Your dreams might not be true life
And sometimes that can be a good thing
However,
This is your day
Your life to live
Not let lives live life like lies
Even though sometimes you can't explain
Or even recognize you are changing and negotiations are being made
Appreciate the hunger
Embrace satisfaction and seek to conquer challenges

Quietly unknown answers will appear
Accompanied sometimes with stress or joy
And as you stare with your eyes close
Finally finding enlightenment
You see why it's worth it
Time doesn't heal
Love doesn't feel
You are the experience.

Unbound by the chains you left

My body wakes
Needing sleep
To solve my inconsistent shivering
I need to escape from being free

Why is the world so cruel?
Knowing life wouldn't be as meaningful
I seduce my mirror
When I thought I was complete
Looking around I see
I am the missing link

As a tear escapes
I can't imagine anything more beautiful
