k.. so 2007 was an AMAZING year for killola... here are some highlights...
we traveled to the UK for the first time.
we traveled to hong kong for the first time.
we now have FIFTEEN of you- all over the WORLD, sporting killola tattoos...
we released a single in the UK on keresene record's new label, keresene recordings.
shot a little webseries called, GIRLTRASH! which has been critically acclaimed and was honored at Outfest, as well as, Hong Kong's International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.
we learned Girltrash will be a GRAPHIC NOVEL..i'm gonna be a comic book hero! (fuck yeah! i hope they give me the power to be invisable.)
did a short film for a director called PD FLO (kings of myspace, the decemberists), which will premiere on the front page of myspace soon!
we recorded TWO SONGS with the amazing ANAIS from France! those songs will also be made available for FREE DOWNLOAD very sooooon.
we released our LIVE in HOLLYWOOD DVD.
we recorded most of our second record, I AM THE MESSER...arriving the beginning of '08!
and to top it all off, we just learned we were voted the hometown hero number 3 BEST UNSIGNED BAND, across the whole world, by ALTERNATIVE PRESS!!! out JANUARY 8th! look for the issue with paramore on the cover.
what a nice closer to a beautiful year...but this lover tits, is JUST THE BEGINNING. we have so many surprises for you in 2008...shittttttt... WE IZ JUST GETTING STARTED!
