Balancing our Emotional Energy

In readings this week and in talking to many friends I hear the same thing-everyone is overwhelmed with what is happening around them. It's true that there is a lot of energy shifting right now, as it has been for several months. But something more important is occurring and everyone is feeling it, whether they are spiritually aware or not. At this time, everyone is overwhelmed by things that are coming up for their attention and review.
There was a time when it seemed that only those who were actively doing spiritual work were affected by energy shifts and had to do healing work on their issues. We had no choice but to work through them while everyone else seemed to be going through their lives easily and without any suffering. But that has changed and now those of us who experienced the 'first wave' of the Shift have now moved on and are in a different space. It is everyone else's turn to do their inner work. And they are overwhelmed.
It seems that everything is happening at once, within situations with relationships, finances, friendships, life choices, beliefs, fears, all coming to the forefront. No one is exempt, everyone has to face whatever they have been unwilling or unable to review and heal before. Now it is time for them to do the work we have been doing for years. And we are here with the knowledge and wisdom to help them. We know that they can get through it, as we did.
This is a huge opportunity for us to help shift the rest of the world into the space of divine healing and grace. We came here to do this and although it seemed to take a long time for us, we had to know how to do it by going through it first. As difficult as it was, we have arrived. And we don't get to leave the planet (as some of you would like to), we are just beginning our work of helping those who need the benefit of our experience. We can help them through this process by seeing everyone as powerful, capable and using our gifts of healing and teaching to keep the Shift energy moving us forward into higher levels of being. And the best way to know whether we have done our spiritual work is to be the guiding light that helps others through theirs.

The Angel's Knowledge
A long time ago when I first started to study the angels I heard of an old wives' tale that stated that when a child is in the womb an angel comes down and shares all the knowledge of the Universe. Just before the baby is born the angel looks into the child's eyes and smiles; touching the lips of the baby and telling it to "Shhh" which creates the indentation (philtrum) above the upper lip.
I came across this little paragrah in a newsletter which had reminded me of the tale:
"The little indentation between your nose and your lips is called the philtrum. It's something you always have with you. To make a wish on your philtrum, put one of your little fingers into the indentation; while gently stroking the area, silently make your wish three times. The philtrum ought not to be invoked more than once a day."

Create Harmony

Approach your life with the intention to create harmony, to be in agreement with your true nature, to synchronize your thoughts, beliefs and actions with your Highest Good. You know what it is to live in discord, it is reflected in the world around you. Anything that is not resonating at the level of unconditional love, that is not acting within its highest purpose and that is not in the flow of the Universal energy is out of harmony. Without the intention for harmony nothing can flow effortlessly and you are not working with the Universe as co-creator.
As you raise your energetic vibrations your ability to attract harmonious people and situations becomes more focused. You are able to know whether things are right for you by how their energy feels to you. And then you can choose which path to follow, the path of harmony or the path of discord. As your vibrations increase the path of discord becomes less attractive, too difficult or does not present itself. Your intention to create harmony sets that vibration for your reality and everything in it.
When you set your intention for harmony you also create opportunities for others to be in harmony with you and you also set the energy for harmony within your relationships. Your intention for harmony creates its vibration in every part of your reality. Without harmony, relationships follow the path of karma. You are on the threshold of allowing karma to end. Choose harmony and let the karma you have already healed be completed. When you step out of harmony you allow karma to re-appear in your life because karma is discord and energetic imbalance. It is the opposite of harmony.
The gift of harmony allows you to be in agreement with your Highest Good. This means that everything that is for your Highest Good is allowed to flow to you, and those things that are not in harmony with it to flow out. This is the dynamic nature of the Universe, all things ebb and flow, move forward and move out, there is release and renewal in everything. Harmony is without detachment, judgment and fear. It is completely in balance and resonating at the vibration of unconditional love. This week, set your intention for harmony and be in the flow. Release the discord and let it be replaced by everything that resonates with your Highest Good. Create peace, joy and unconditional love in your reality by being in harmony with your true, divine nature.
