I love the fact that through MYSPACE and playing out on STAGE in THE REAL WORLD (which I am totally addicted too for sure) MYSPACE has allowed me to keep in touch with FRIENDS all around the WORLD! l
Hay, if ya feel like getting a little Rock n Roll fix, I have a few You Tubes up taken by some great Peeps- KEEP ON ROCKIN IN THE FREE WORLD, AINT TALKIN BOUT LOVE and ROCK N ROLL (ZEP) but there is also a song I wrote with Nashville and one of the Worlds favorite hit songwriters... MARC-ALAN BARNETTE (google him...or say hay on his MYSPACE PAGE)well the song is called THAT'S STILL ME (it's a little Southern Rock tune that I am playing with my West Coast EZY RYDERS... Just in case you wanna check em out...just go to YOU TUBE and type in KK RYDER and you can feel like you are at the show! I have a couple Biker Bars that are affiliated with A.B.A.T.E. located in WASHINGTON STATE that I love to play at that you can see on YOU TUBE and you can also see the great players that I am so blessed to play with! that link above is just great, has all kinds of info on it about the HEALTHY FEATURES of the most awesome melon (which is also the featured fruit on one of the songs on my CD which I have played with My EZY RYDERS on stage "THATS STILL ME")--- ahhh shameless plug! But........did you know that watermelon is 92% WATER and PACKED with VITAMINS?? A, C and B6, How kewl is that...oh oh and check on this... I am borderline Anemic and have IRON POOR BLOOD and watermelon is an excellent source of POTASSIUM...so I think I will just chew my way into being much more fit and at the same time...tah dah.......... I can get my daily H2O needed to look n feel my best! Now for the sweet tooth in us all!!!!

I do my own little free weight training with music I like, Rebel and I go for some great long walks, I also like to play Wii Fit games and for my arms and coordination I am into the speed bag which has taken me frickin YEARS to even get the timing right but now I am up to 10 hits per arm...yeah! I have two awesome coaches my Best friend and muse n hubby of 14 years my SKYBOY and our really awesome friend FRANK DUX ... of BLOODSPORT Fame in my FRIENDS book which I will be postiing soon will be some pics of bunches of our friends and family so just keep checkin' back!!!!...Thanks for rockin like you do...a lot of Blogs stuff I do not Bulletin so have your friends join in on the FHUN! Hi Ryder Rockin Bloggy Peeps!
Through a convo with my good friend Staci she had reminded me of some pics of the EMP that I had just taken two weeks ago...and to Honor Frank Gehry the incredible Architecture who designed many creative curvy buildings...THE EMP in SEATTLE is right up there with the best of his art, so I put together this little you tube video and the music you hear in the background...is an original composition by yours truly! The EMP or known as THE EXPERIENCE MUSIC PROJECT Rocks as a Music Museum on the inside, and through my pics, I would like to share with you just show how much FRANK GEHRY'S ART ROCKS! Hay Hay Ryder Rockin Bloggin muzik luvin peeps,
I don't know if anyone wrote a review on the evening...thats usually me that writes it... but not this time I'm real busy with the move, our band got to have fun on stage too and hmmm I don't think you should write a review if you are on stage...someone wanna write one?? that would rock and I'll post it!!!! I will say Gary Draper you did a great job on promotions...we want you to do more, this can't be the first and only!!!!...however I can say this...Everyone--watch for YOU TUBES and hop around on peoples my space pages cuz there are some great shots of all the bands and the kewl peeps in the crowd and for those of you that could not make it...there will be more I'm sure!
More pics up from ROCK the BLUES on my site! Big kudos and thanks to Teri and Connie for letting us snag your pics too! Everyone had such a blast and there were quite a few music notables in the crowd just kickin' it and having a great time as well as some very special music playin notables on stage in various bands and jams thanks to all that helped out!! KK'S BLOG N BULL! Hi ya Ryder rockin' kewl bloggers! My ears are still buzzin a bit and I usually would write this in my personal journal of 21 1/2 years mostly comprised of Seattle, Nashville, Ill. Cali and homey personal thangs...but I just wanted to share tonight with you...
Tonight at the Barrel in Burien was just "too kewl 4 Pre-skewl" the stage was just like one great big sandbox and I got to have fun with some of my buddies...the musicianship is top-notch and our friends that support us and whoop n holler were the best! I'll upload picks tomorrow...just wanted to say hay...one of my voice coaches who is one of the sweetest ladies on the planet ELIZABETH SABINE (Axel Rose,Dave Mustane-Megadeath and many others) taught me about passion in singing and controlled screams, upon talking to her on the phone when She lived in Studio City a few years back I told her about all the real pro musicians I started singing on stage with...she asked me in her wonderful British accent...ah but KK are you enjoying the journey? and yes Elizabeth and all who read this...indeed, the more playgrounds and sandboxes I can play on and in...the happier I am...kinda like a pig in mud! so thanks friends for allowing me to walk beside you n play with you on stage...damn, this journey is so freekin sweet! hugggz to you all- ok now my dirty martini happy ass is goin to bed!
