Two dancers and a videoartist exploring the roles, traps, exquisits and voids of womanhood. Point of departure has been three portraits by the american photographer Diane Arbus. "A woman with pearl necklace and earrings", N.Y.C. 1967, "Puerto Rican woman with a beautymark", N.Y.C. 1965 and "Nudist lady with swan sunglasses", Pa. 1965.
Stockings. Body without face. Lonely woman on a chair. Butterfly suffocated by nylon. Heaps of shoes. Manners. Wrong side of age. Acceptance. Release.
Three solos, three realms, three human landscapes. Three artists that, with a personal and intimate interpretation, show their views on being a female creature – a woman.
