BEWARE!!!!!
This posting is for those who have heard the Voice of God and have made a covenant with God and with themselves never to be deterred, detoured, defeated or destroyed. This posting is for the people who have been called, designed and chosen of God to blaze trails. To boldly go where no man - no woman has gone before. This is for people who are called to counquer the frontier. This is for the folks who have been commisssioned to pray without ceasing and have answered the call to pray without ceasing. This is for the people whose have heard the still small voice of God summoning them higher, deeper and closer to His precious bleeding side. This is for those. If you are not one...this is not for you.
If you are...BEWARE!
Since you are yet here, you are saying to God and to this His servant that you have an uncompromising, unflinching, unwavering commitment to God, to the ministry, to prayer, to holiness, to self-sacrifice, to dying daily, to meditation on the Word, to Patmos, to marching to the beat of His drum not yours, to reaching the lost at any cost to doing the will of work of the Lord. If you are not...stop reading.
If you are...BEWARE!
Morris Cerullo sends prayer teams to the lands and arenas he is going to minister in before he arrives. He does this because he knows that the moment he receives and answers the call to go to a country, conference or place that the devil not only assigns demons to attack the vessel before he gets to his destination but that he sends demons to the destination to destroy the work before it ever even begins. He sends demons there to stay there just in case the vessel breaks through the barrier of demons and actually makes it to their assignment. He has an attack squad for before the work begins. He has an attack squad for the vessel. He has an attack squad for the people and the places you are going to. He has an attack squad for the work. He has an attack squad to hinder the anointing. He has an attack squad to block miracles. He has an attack squad to afflict and inflict the vessel. He has an attack squad to attack the minds of the waiting congregations with distractions, confusion, unbelief, unrest and judgment. Satan sends wave after wave of demonic forces. He does this because he wants to be sure that he defeats the workman, the work and the manifest works of God.
Still want to do the will of God? If not, stop reading...if so...BEWARE!
Still here?...let's go further.
Not only is their demonic activity in the atmosphere, but there are people around the chosen of God who have been demonically assigned to speak every damnable thing they can about you, over you and into you that they can. Watch your inner circle. Watch the people who are trying to get close to you as the Lord moves on your life. Watch the people who say they are for you. Watch the people who want have a side-bar with you so that they can speak to you alone. Watch!
Most of the people who say they are praying for you truly are. Most of the people who say they will be lifting you up in prayer truly are. But there are those who want to see you falter. There are those who want to see you fail in your walk, your marriage, your life, your goals, your plans, your ministry, your purpose and your destiny.
God sent me here to warn you. There is a war going on not just in the spirit realm but there is a war being waged against you by people who are being controlled, governed, oppressed and possessed by the devil. Everybody that is smiling in your face is not your friend. Everybody that is saying that they are for you is not telling the truth. As you leave your times of ministry, praise and prayer...if God tells you NOT to hug someone, listen to His voice. They may have a poison laced demon infected dagger to plunge into your back. As you go forth to do the will of God, be sure that you cover yourself in prayer. Make sure that people who have the heart of God are covering you. Don't let everyone lay their hands on you. Some have been sent to attach demons to your life and walk. Lastly, don't tell everyone what you have been thinking about or dreaming about.
WHY YOU ASK?
It is because you, YES YOU are a DREAM CATCHER! God launched His purpose, goals, and mandate for your life from the Throne of Heaven and you CAUGHT THE VISION - you CAUGHT THE DREAM of God for your life. Don't abort it by telling a DREAM SNATCHER about the plan of God for your life. DREAM SNATCHERS don't pray...they gossip. DREAM SNATCHERS want to see the Word of God hit the ground....don't let it fall. DREAM SNATCHERS want to see you caught up in a scandal...so I warn you to keep YOUR DREAM AND VISION FILLED HEAD OUT OF DELILAH'S LAP! DREAM SNATCHERS want to see you shake with NO POWER! DREAM SNATCHERS want to steal what God birthed through you through prayer, fasting, planning, genius, ingenuity, creativity and anointing and CLAIM IT AND PROMOTE IT AS THEIRS! DREAM SNATCHERS want to kill you, your dreams and your praise. DON'T LET THEM!
Keep your dreams close to your heart. Protect your soul, your character, your reputation, your anointing, your plans and your dreams at all costs.
The DREAM SNATCHERS have been sent to destroy the DREAM CATCHERS but if you open your mouth in prayer, praise and worship and keep the plans God has for your life veiled until all of the logistics have been worked out, when God says it is time to UNVEIL THE DREAM...by the time the DREAM SNATCHERS get ready to KILL YOUR DREAM...it will already be A REALITY!
You are a DREAM CATCHER...shut your mouth until the great unveiling. Your silence is golden and lethal to the DREAM SNATCHER. Open your mouth in praise for what is veiled in prophecy but don't tell the DREAM SNATCHER until victory is yours!
If you would just shut up...you could get the victory and the REALITY that lies in every one of your DREAMS!
So the next time people that mean you NO good come up to you and ask you. "So what's new? What are you up to?" Smile and say, "Shhhhh, please be very quiet...because I have to be very quiet...because I am a DREAM CATCHER AT WORK!"

GENIUS WALKS AMONG US!

GENIUS WALKS AMONG US!
Oft-time when we think about the Lord we talk about His character traits. We speak of His love, His compassion, His meekness, His kindness. Rarely do we hear anyone talking about His majestic mind. We never talk about His intellectual prowess or His cognitive puissance. We never talk about the vastness of His aptitude.
One of my theology professors, Dr. Huang at New Jersey City University shook me the first day I walked into his class. After introducing himself to his students he started off his lecture by telling us that he was a Born Again Christian. I was very blessed and impressed to hear his testimony. The very next thing he did was tell us that he believed in "The Big Bang Theory". For a moment, I was disappointed, because he had just told us that he was saved and then in the next breath he says that he believed in "The Big Bang Theory". Dr. Huang's opening statement in its entirety went thusly, "Good Morning Class. I am Dr. Huang. I will be your instructor in Great Bible Characters. I want to start off by saying that I am saved. I am a Born Again Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ and I believe whole-heartedly in "The Big Bang Theory'...(a quick pause) "Because I believe that when God birthed somethingness out of nothingness that there was a BIG BANG!"
The class jumped to their feet, roared and gave the professor thunderous applause. In that one moment, Dr. Huang won my attention, my loyalty and my mind with his powerful opening statement. Why? Because Dr. Huang walked in the Genius of God.
The mind of God isn't just speaking about His will. When you talk about having the mind of God it means that you walk in humility, power, insight, discernment, love. compassion, holiness, wisdom and yes genius.
God is a genius. He created a world that is tilted on an axis and yet no one ever falls off. He spins it at such a pace that no one ever gets dizzy, nauseous or sick from its rotation. The spinning motion was in His plan because it is the rotation that causes gravity and gravity is that which keeps us all grounded to the world no matter where we are positioned upon it. Every detail of the universe was meticulously planned. The galaxies were fashioned in perfection as were the smallest molecules. There was no stone left unturned in the planning process. Only a Genius could create creatures with the ability to reproduce after their own kind. Only a Genius could hang the stars in space and they remain in position. Only a genius could bring a mist up from the earth to water it and only a genius genius could change the whole pattern of earth's watering at a thought.
The God that we serve has a mind of unfathomable power, capacity and capability and that mind is always on you. So today, don't worry about how things are going to work out, they will because the greatest mind that ever was, that is and ever shall be isn't working on the problem....He has already worked it out! As you sit at your desk, in your office or in your prayer room trying to figure out how to tackle the assignment that lay before you, take a moment and just breathe. The fountain of wisdom, the analytical fortitude, the creative genius you need to complete each task that you are confronted with on your job is at your finger tips because your heart has been given to God, it also means that the genius that flows freely in Him flows freely to and through you. The answer to that accounting problem, math problem, surgical problem, construction problem, and personnel problem is just a prayer away. Ask God to let His genius flow through you. Your colleagues, co-workers, employer and employees may talk about you behind your back, but they will know that Genius walks among them. Genius does walk among them because it lives, dwells, moves and walks among us because Genius lives in us!
The next time you look in the mirror, tell yourself, "I am a genius because my Father is one...I take after Him!"
Walk in the Genius of God!

DO THE UNEXPECTED!

DO THE UNEXPECTED!
There is so much focus today on corporate praise, corporate anointing, corporate worship that often we forget to do what God really is calling us to do. Don't get me wrong. We should praise corporately and worship corporately but we should never think that what we do in the crowd excuses us from praying, praising and worshipping privately. In fact, the corporate worship, prayer & praise would always result in Shekinah and Overflow Anointing and the Miraculous if we were all consistently and persistently faithful to private devotion.
ALWAYS?
Yes! ALWAYS!
We would never ever have a dry service. We would never ever have a bound altar. We would always see signs and wonders if the people who are called by His Name would be faithful to private prayer and then come together in corporate prayer -- we would always see the Mighty Right Hand of God!
God is so honored when we worship corporately but He is more concerned with what you do in the private times of your life, on the altar of your heart and in your times of personal devotion. The things that are done there will make what is done corporately real, powerful, and earth-shaking. God wants you all to Himself. He wants to hear from you when there is nobody around but YOU! God wants to talk to you ALONE!
When can I pray?
You can pray all day. When you rise in the morning, fall to your knees and start your day in prayer. Thank Him for allowing you to wake another day. Ask Him to cover you through out the day. Ask for His protection & direction. If you exercise first thing in the morning you can pray then too. Prayer as you shower and bathe. Ask God to cleanse your heart, thoughts, spirit and mind as you cleanse your natural man. As you dress yourself, simultaneously dress yourself spiritually...put on the garments of praise and warfare. Don't leave home without American Express and don't leave home without being properly dressed for warfare and for praise and thanksgiving. On your way to your job is a good time to flood yourself with praise and worship music either in your car or on your music player. Commuting to your job is a perfect time to pray -- especially to combat things like road rage, crazy drivers and loud passengers. :-)
When you arrive at your workplace ask God for wisdom, patience, insight, success, prosperity, joy & clarity of thought before you even step inside. Ask Him to grant you good success. As assignments and as projects come before you ask God to grant you wisdom, strength. A simple, "Help me Lord" breathed under your breath is prayer.
Before you eat anything always pray. I believe if more of us prayed before we put food of any type in our mouths we wouldn't eat so much. Every Snicker, 3 Musketeers, Apple Pie...if we asked God for His blessings each time, we really wouldn't overeat because we would be mindful that He is looking at us each time that we are munching and crunching! :-D
At the end of the day, a simple "Thank you Lord!" will show God just how much we appreciate His presence with us as we faced the hard tasks, the difficult people and the seemingly impossible projects we have dealt with this day.
As we begin our commute home, we need to pray for road mercies and for peace as we travel the dangerous highways, streets and airways. Listen to something that will soothe you, build your spirit and your mind.
When you arrive home, again tell Him, "Thank You!" If you listen to the traffic reports, every day there are people who never make it back home due to traffic fatalities. Most of us complain because their death held up a part of our commute but we should stop and say, "Thank You Lord because it could have been me." If you pass an accident, pray for the person(s) involved and for their families. It only takes a minute to say, "God bless them. God save their lives. God strengthen their family." And just one minute more to say. "Thank You!"
When you arrive home, "Whew, thank You Lord for another day!"
If you exercise after work, there ought to be times when you think about the people who can't move, jump or exercise due to sickness, abuse, paralysis or disease. On the days when you are about to jump off the treadmill before you should, thiking about someone that wishes they could move but can't will give you the will power to complete your exercise...a little winded maybe but always thankful and with a praise.
Jesus said, "Men ought to always pray and not faint." If we approach prayer as something that we do like breathing we will find ourselves always properly positioned for prayer. There are times when we should be laid out in His presence. There are times when we should be kneeling before Him in piety, reverence and humility. But there are also times that even during the busyness of our business days that we find ourselves talking to God. If we maintain our times of devotion as well as our times of praying as we multi-task and do the things that we must do, we will find that we have with ease fulfilled the command of God to "ALWAYS PRAY".
The Enemy of your soul is trying to distract you because even more than praise and worship, prayer is our most effective, powerful and lethal weapon against the powers of darkness. I know Satan would love to make you believe that you don't have time to pray...the truth of the matter is, you do have time. Plenty of time to pray. Pray when all you have to do is pray and pray when you are in the grocery store. Pray as you work on the stock market and in the supermarket. Pray alone and pray when your carpool buddies are talking nonsense. Pray. Pray when you are stressed and pray when you are resting and at a place of total peace. Pray.
Satan doesn't expect you to pray. He know that if you do you will gain the victory. Vow today to DO THE UNEXPECTED...ALWAYS PRAY and watch the Enemy of your soul freak out and sneak out.

GLOBAL MANDATE WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH!

God is calling us to do worldwide evangelism. We cannot profess salvation and not witness to our neighbors. We cannot profess salvation and not be a light to our co-workers. We cannot profess salvation and not be concerned about Korea, Darfur, Africa, India -- the world.
God has not mandated that we be famous. He has called us to be FAITHFUL! Our being faithful to Him will cause us to put our necks out. It will cause us to reach in our pockets and give for the cause of Christ, to the cause of missions, to the cause of evangelism, to the cause of justice, to the cause of world hunger and to the cause of peace.
It is not enough for us to just wear fancy clerical garments. We are called to roll up our sleeves and do the hard work of ministry. There is someone in the prison that needs to hear the message. There is someone in an asylum waiting for healing to come to the raging storm in their minds. There is a hungry child waiting to be fed spiritually and naturally. There is a man laying on the road waiting for you to bind up his wounds, pay for his stay and show him love even though you know him not. God is looking for a people who are more concerned with the MESSAGE. He is looking for a people who are not trying to make THEIR NAME GREAT but HIS NAME GREAT! He is looking for a people who want people to remember them because they pointed them to Jesus. He is looking for a people who will preach a LIVING SAVIOUR to a DYING WORLD! He wants a people who are willing to fulfill His GLOBAL MANDATE but do it with a PERSONAL ONE TO ONE TOUCH!
We are called to the nations. We are called to preach to millions and yet we are also called to touch people one on one. If we would do this, the world would feel and know the love of Jesus Christ.
Charging you to fulfill the mandate of God -- one person at a time!

CROSSROADS

CROSSROADS
Writing is very cathartic for me. I am a preacher, a public speaker, a presenter and a seminarian but I can be very quiet too. There is something about a pen in my hand or being seated before a keyboard that releases, encourages, emboldens and empowers my heart, my mind, my soul and my spirit. These past few weeks have been Hell on Wheels. I have had my heart broken into a myriad pieces. As I sit here today, I find myself at a crossroads.
I am sitting on the threshhold of the greatest time in my ministry. In a few days my ministry will be launched via satellite, via streaming, via broadcast for the very first time in an international way. My book is being read by people I have never even met in foreign lands. In July, my ministry goes from America to foreign lands. It is a very exciting time for me...in ministry.
However, there are so many things in my life right now that are not great or grand. My boys are still very ill. I am facing personal crises that are heart-breaking, crushing and devastating. People who have known me for a long time that I THOUGHT would be supportive of my successes are not happy about them at all. People who I thought would be proud of me aren't. People I thought would have my back don't. It is a very hard time for my heart.
I find myself thinking, "If I give up all of my dreams, goals, aspirations and visions, would they be happy then?" "If I stop being successful, powerful and driven would the hateful and bitter words cease to flow?" "If I choose to fail would the crabs in the barrel welcome me back?" After a quick moment of thinking, I come to the conclusion that they will just have to be mad until they get glad. My daddy always taught us, "You let folks run their mouths while you run your business." So I have decided to let them flap their gums and their lips and I am going to do all, be all and become all I have been destined to do, be and become!
I choose Christ. I choose His Word. I choose His will. I choose His way. I choose His thoughts. I choose His Love. I choose His plan. I choose to be blessed. I choose to live in peace. I choose to be prosperous. I choose to be chosen of God. I choose. It is my life, my destiny, my choice.
I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath. I am not just a conqueror I am MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! I am the apple of my Father's Eye. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am beloved. I am loved. I am a Child of the King. I am a Child of Destiny. I am a Child of Promise, Prophecy, Provenance, Providence, Prominance and Power.
"My situation does not determine my destination." (It's in my book...you ought to read it.  I just re-read it this morning and it blessed me - YES ME THE AUTHOR!)
Things happen. Bad things happen to good people. That is a fact of life. But I have determined that even when I have to deal with the bad things, I am still the one who brings God joy, pleasure and delight. I am not just blessed and highly FAVORED but that I am also the FAVORITE of God.
So as I face the crossroads, I realize that I am not really at a crossroads at all. I am going down the street called Straight to the place called Blessed to receive every Promise the Father has for me.
If you find yourself at a crossroads, take a moment and think, "Which road leads to the perfect will of God?" Once you have determined that, GET TO STEPPING!
STEPPING INTO MY SEASON!
