For those who live in the USA, please don't forget to register to vote. Many deadlines start in just days, so please make sure you're registered. Election day is November 4th. You can register online at www.rockthevote.com.
Many feel voting is not important or is useless. That is exactly what the powers-that-be would like you to think, to keep you from the polls. To keep you from having a voice in how things work. The truth is voting is critically important and the choices you make today (or fail to make by not voting) will effect you until the day you die. Seriously kids, this is important shit.
As long as we have enough people voting, election fraud (as took place in the 2000 and 2004 elections) will be harder to accomplish. We don't need another election stolen (and yes, there is actual evidence that the 2000 and 2004 elections were stolen from their rightful winners. See this factual article, written by Robert Kennedy Jr for Rolling Stone Magazine).
If enough of us turn up to vote, we can begin to change things, and start taking power away from the corporate interests that control our country. I mean, we're all here on this planet at a time where it's critical that we all change the way things operate or face dire consequences. So let's do something good with the time we have.

So, we're in the middle (sort of) of the Un-American Tour and we're sitting here in Atlanta on a day off before the concert tomorrow night at The Masquerade (695 North Ave N.E. All ages. Doors open at 7pm. Club Phone: 404-577-8178, tickets on sale at the door).
So far the tour has been great. The crowds have been very enthusiastic and all the shows have been very well attended (but a couple of shows at the very start of the tour were not advertised at all, in fact many fans have been contacting us and telling us they only found out LAM was in town after the concert. So to the local promoters, thanks for making us drive all the way out there without advertising that we were coming, you fucking morons).
Anyway- so we're sitting in Atlanta with a day off and need something to do. Any suggestions?

LAM is sitting around CT with a few days off now until Wednesday's show at Toads Place in New Haven, so if anyone has any clue what to do while in town let us know!

So- if you want LAM to play in your city then PLEASE contact your local DJs, concert promoters, magazines, and clubs, and ask them to book some London After Midnight concerts! They can contact LAM at info@londonaftermidnight.com
Just get a few friends together and send some emails to your local concert promoters, DJs, and magazines insisting that they bring LAM to you. Most have MySpace pages so it will be really easy.

You can assure an LAM concert in your city by making sure your local stores stock LAM CDs and other merchandise (all LAM CDs can be ordered very easily by any store in the world), make sure your local clubs play LAM music regularly, and tell your local promoters to bring LAM to you.
