Figured it was about time to introduce myself.

Hey out there to all you LVHRG lovers! Wrench here. Who's Wrench?, you ask. I'm not really sure of all my duties and responsibilities yet, but I do know this; I'm the guy whose duty it is to present the Las Vegas Hot Rod Girls to you in all their glory in as many mediums as we can come up with. I'll just repost what I put in a bulletin yesterday evening. I'll be posting some other stuff at my personal blog : Select-o-Matic . Anywho, here's the deal. Pretty much since the second day that I have had a Myspace account I have had the Las Vegas Hot Rod Girls on my friends list. Much to what I do every day, I created a banner for LVHRG from an image of Victoria that I pulled from the site. No big deal, I make images in my spare time and whatever. Well, sometime early this week, Pamela, the owner, posted some killer images from a photo shoot at Oasis Automotive in LV, NV, and I sent her a message and told her that a few of them would look really good as posters hanging in peoples garages, shops, rooms, toilets, where ever.
She agreed with me and after exchanging a few messages across Myspace and finally exchanging phone numbers, we decided (well, LOL, she decided) I just agreed with a swimming head, that I should be her new designer. Yeah, that's what I said too. I am now in charge of making sure that all the hotties at Las Vegas Hot Rod Girls are represented to the fullest extent of my abilities. I'm the web designer/web engineer/grapic designer... Whatever Pam needs me to do, I'm the guy. This isn't only an Internet deal. We're working on clothing, prints, banners... Hell, what aren't we working on? LOL!!
She is quite possibly the coolest person walking, and she has vowed to take care of me as long as I take care of her. And why wouldn't I want to do that? I'd be crazy not to. My head hasn't actually stopped spinning yet, and I'm really not sure how many directions that it's going to go in, but I have made a commitment to her, and any of you that know me, know that I'm committed to a fault to things that I enjoy.
Keep and eye out for some really kick-ass stuff from us in the very near future. Given the nature of the industry, I can't divulge any information, but I promise you guys that the bulk of you will love it, and some of you will be pissed, but hehehe, you'll be alright. So take a stroll over to LVHRG and get yourself on the friends list. I promise that I'll add any and all of you.
That's pretty much it for now. I cannot express my gratitude enough, but I'll be damned sure to show you guys.

Stolen Vehicle... 1932
LVHRG We have a very special driver that we are very proud to sponsor his name is Tony Billet. We had a large 2 day event in Las Vegas on July 2-3 We talked Tony into bringing his purple 1927 dragster for display at our event, and being the type of man Tony is he drove it 2,800.00 miles to Las Vegas to have it on display at our event, were very excited about having our sponsor cars SODMAN I and SODMAN II for a viewing at center stage. What an awesome site they were! IHRA Driver Tony Billet Division 1 ..7 was proud to display his rare 1927Chevy Roadster IHRA .. 17 which has a 555 Ohio crankshaft motor, runs 8.2 seconds in the quarter mile reaching speeds of 155. (It is easy to understand how Tony has been moving up in rank with IHRA) Tony is a charismatic man that you would instantly like, always smiling and ready to race. His eyes just sparkle as he talks about racing and of course his beautiful wife Rose. July 8th 2005 Tony's smile faded from his face as he went to pick up his dragster, trailer and 2005 red dodge truck to go racing It was gone! Someone had broke into his truck and drove off with his dream car. The Girls and I have known Tony for a while now, and we admire and respect him very much, He has been a very good friend to all of us. He was so proud to bring the car to Vegas to set up at our event, he just had our logo put on the side of his 30ft trailer and we were all so proud of it and of him. We felt like the luckiest girls in the world to have Tony and his car sponsor us as we sponsored him, we know that Tony is a winner, each race showed us how determined he was to win, his eyes would flicker and he would wear that awesome smile every time he spoke to us about racing, (which was all of the time) its definitely his passion and his love and with his running position .. 7 in IHRA. You can see how determined and dedicated he is to racing. July 8th I was in such shock and disbelief as Tony sadly told me the heartbreaking news, I called each of the girls to inform them of what had happened we all got together and cried, we know how much Tony loves his cars and we could feel his pain just knowing that he was hurt tore our hearts out. Then we decided to wipe away our tears and fight back in every way that we could to help Tony. I have made hundreds of calls and posted pictures everywhere that I could think of. I have even called Fox 5 to tell them what happened, since you were on their morning show a few days before this incident. With the help of each of you we just might be able to stop those ***** thief's that took more than just a car, trailer and a truck they took a love and passion from someone that worked very hard to be where he is. I would love to beat them up and I personally think the girls and I could do it. After all they could not be much of men to take from others the way they took from a decent man like Tony. July 10th Tony called to tell me he had booked a flight to go to Ohio and that he would be returning shortly to Vegas to pick up his other racecar SODMAN II and continue to race, Wow! even through all of this turmoil he is still driven to race! And to win! That's our Tony; Las Vegas Hot Rod Girls will be here cheering him on to his victory. We would like for all of you to cheer with us. Now more than ever he is determined to be a winner there is no stopping Tony! Las Vegas Hot Rod Girls has some real good news to report Tony is looking for a sponsor for his race car SODMAN II , and we are going to help him find one. If you have been looking for a real winner this is your chance to hook up with a very incredible determined driver and car. If they destroyed our logo on the trailer they will never destroy our belief in this remarkable man. You just cant take down a true winner! NOTE: I just wanted everyone to know that Tony was running .. 3 position, but he lost his spot when he came to our Las Vegas event, which put him at .. 7 Now because of those low life thiefs he is number restarting at .. 11 but watch how fast he moves to the front.
