Why is it that everytime I buy myself a little present, the shit hits the fan?  I will never understand that.  I bought a few games on ebay yesterday and my car died this morning.  When I say died, I mean DEAD.  Hubby pulled it out of the driveway and she died.  She is sitting in the parking lot to the rec across the street from my house.  We have to figure out how to get her back in the damn yard.  This is what I get for selling the truck to try and better our situation.  Now, we have no vehicle at all.  No telling how long it will take to fix the car.  Luckily after tomorrow, hubby is on vacation for a week and hopefully, we can get the damn car running again before he has to go back to work.

On a happier note, my ebay sales are going extremely well.  We have made some extra money off of it.  That was part of the reason that I bought some games.  DAMN IT! 

At this moment, we have no idea what is wrong with the car.  Probably won't know until this afternoon or tomorrow.  Whatever it is, I am sure that it is not cheap.  It figures that this would happen on top of everything else.

hopefully, we can get everything straightened out and back on track.  Whew.  how exhausting.

Today, Kenny and I took the kids to the pocket so that they could go swimming.  It's a beautiful place to take children or to go with a significant other.  Don't worry.  Me and Kenny have definitely talked about going up there alone sometime.  The kids had a lot of fun and so did we.  hee hee.

Not much has been going on around here.  As you can see, I am still alive.  We are making it, but gas prices are really kicking our asses lately.  Whew, it was $52 to fill up my little four cylinder car.  Wow.  That is just highway robbery to me!

Sable (the demon puppy) no longer lives with me.  I gave her to my friend, Mary, and she is being taken care of.  I just couldn't tolerate the destruction of things in my house anymore.

I haven't really been looking for a job yet.  I am enjoying my summer with the kids.  I am sure the job hunting will start soon enough.  We have mucho bills to pay!  lol.

Well, here I am again.  I know it has been awhile since I posted a blog on here.  I figured I better get on here and let you guys know that I am still breathing.  So, I decided to do an update blog to let you guys know how things are going.

The past few days I have spent working on my novel and making videos for youtube.  I have really gotten addicted to making the videos.  The vids on this site are all ones that I have made.  If you want to see the rest you can go to youtube and check them out.  http://www.youtube.com/user/littleangel4523

Things around here are going okay.  We are slowly catching bills up.  I am not letting it bother me like I used to.  Sick to death of worrying and crying over something that I cannot immediately change.  So, I am taking everything in stride.  I feel better than I have felt in a long time.  I am glad to have all that worry off my shoulders.  Even though, the bills and problems are still there, I am not letting them get me down.

I have officially went on a diet and changed my eating habits.  I am really getting addicted to Special K with berries.  Oh, I love it.  It's heaven.  lol.  I still have to get out of the house alittle more but changing my eating habits is a start.

Mary and I have turned into writing partners in a way.  We have been working together on the books she is writing.  She has already finished one.  It has been fun.

Well, that's pretty much it today.  I will holler at you guys another time.

Everything is doing alittle better around here.  My ebay sales are through the roof!  Thanks brother!  I have all kinds of people after that Star Wars stuff and it is leading them to my store and after other items as well.  Good news for us! 

Kenny did not get the job at Blue Bird.  They claimed that they could not find his paperwork from where he worked there six years ago.  No worries though.  JBAR, which is a place he worked before, was happy to have him back.  He is currently gone to take his drug test and all that good stuff.  He is supposed to start there Monday.  I am glad that I have such a hard working man who really cannot stand to be unemployed.  lol.

Thanks to my brother sharing proceeds on the Star Wars ebay items, I was able to pay all my bills this week accept for one.  I will hopefully be taking care of that one Monday.  I still have items to ship out for the store and I still have some that I am waiting for payment on.  So, there will be more money coming in.  Have to do what we can to survive.  The items waiting to be shipped, will be shipped out Monday.  I don't work on weekends.  ha ha.

With Kenny working at JBAR, there will be a lot of sharing the car going on because it burns less gas than the truck.  With summer coming up, that will not be a problem.  We have not completely made up our minds whether or not we will keep the truck.  It is leaning more towards keeping it than selling it.  We may end up needing it at some point.  It's better to have something that you might need, than to need something and not have it.  ha ha.

I figured since my blogs have been so short on here lately that I would attempt to do a longer blog and really update you guys. 

Kenny got a call from Blue Bird yesterday and he starts there Monday.  The temp agency has not heard back from the head honcho on hiring Kenny yet, but they have a good feeling due to his experience.  So, they want him there at seven thirty Monday morning.  That is when the head honcho is going to let them know something.  If he says yes, then Kenny has a job with Blue Bird and his foot back in the door.  He was making good money when he left there, so we are hoping for this.  If head honcho says no, then Kenny will get paid for two hours and get sent home.  So, we will know something Monday. 

Yesterday, I went hunting for boxes to pack all the Star wars stuff in when the auction is over.  The auctions are doing well and the bids are going up.  They start ending in alittle over three days.  Since I am getting fifty percent of whatever is made on them, I am siked at how high the bids are getting.  It's just going to take awhile to ship all this stuff.  There are over fifty Star Wars items listed on ebay.  It's wild.  I am enjoying it though because it gives me something to do and is really building up the green.

I met with JC's teacher yesterday.  He is doing well in school academically.  Beyond expectations and one of the best in the class.  I am really proud of him.  Both me and Kenny are.  Gabby is doing fantastic in school and has the opportunity to get recognized along with a few other classmates at a Chattanooga Lookouts Game on April 24th.  We are so proud that she has received this special recognition.  She has worked so hard and is an outstanding student.

Gabby's CRCT testing will start on Monday.  She is actually thrilled about it.  The idea of getting through the test that will put her in third grade has really made her a happy camper.  She is doing much better where her math is concerned and continues to excel at reading!  My baby is just brilliant.  I can't help being a proud momma!  That child works hard.

I turned my dining room into a playroom for the kids.  The fighting over one going in the other's room is over.  Now they play together in the playroom with their games, Gabby's computer, etc.  It is nice to see them getting along for a change.

Kenny and I are doing fine.  We have moved past all the fighting.  Even with the money problems, we are still as much in love as we have ever been.  We are getting to spend some time together during his layoff which has really helped since we were not getting much time together.  The hours at Blue Bird will not prevent us from spending time together and I am happy with that.  So, is he.  lol.

Our landlord is continuing to work with us, so it does not look like we are going to have to move.  That's good.  I didn't want to have to pack all this crap and lug it somewhere else.

Things are just going peachy around here even with the money problems.  I am happier than I have been in a long time.

Hello.  It is has been awhile since I did an actualy blog for you guys.  So, I figured I better catch you up.  Kenny has officially been laid off from work.  His unemployment starts next week and he received his last check from the mill today.  It is rough on us right now, but we will pull through.  We always do.  My family and Mary have been really helpful in trying to come up with ways to save money and different things that can be done.  Even Amy stepped forward to help me even though we have not spoken in awhile.  It was good to hear from her and I was grateful to know that she stilled cared about me.  We are talking again and I am really glad of that.  She apologized for how she had treated me and considering how close we were I think she deserves another chance. 

The good news is that Blue Bird called Kenny today and wanted him to come down there for an interview.  They will be calling him tomorrow to let him know something.  The best thing is that if he gets this he was making $13.85 an hour when he left there last time.  We were on the high life, let me tell you.  So, I am kind of hoping that they will hire him back.  I have my fingers crossed, but I am not getting my hopes up too high because I have been there before and gotten let down.

Just got to wait and see what happens.  You guys take care.

I haven’t blogged on myspace in awhile.  I figured I would take a few minutes to briefly catch u guys up.  Alot of updates needed for the chapters of my life.

For starters, there is a company taking a garnishment out on Kenny’s check due to a bill that he had when he was with his first wife.  Okay, this news came about two or two and a half weeks ago. 

Then, last week, Kenny’s mill caught on fire.  Yes, on fire.  The building is in bad shape.  Took them all night to put the fire out.  Kenny still has a job though at the moment.  They have cut his hours back to thirty hours.  Okay, with the garnishment this makes it alot harder on us.

Kenny and I made the decision for him to take a layoff.  At least that way the insurance would be off and that would help some.  Plus, Kenny would have more time to look for another job.  I really hate that this has happened and I have not been a very happy person for the past few weeks.  Just trying to get by.

Mary has been great during this time.  A true friend.  Talking to me everyday on the phone and checking in to see how I am doing.  I really appreciate how she has looked out for me.  THANKS MARY

This movie was absolutely great.  If you have not seen it, then you must go rent it.  I truly enjoyed myself.  The ending was a little sadistic and had that special Stephen King twist, but it was an excellent movie.

GO SEE IT IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!
