THAILAND

In one week at this hour Runar and i will be on the airplane off to Amsterdam with destination Bangkok...16 days of vacation..tjoohoo..  Best thing is that we´re gonna leave all the kids at home

yesterday was the big introductionday,,

It was a long day i must say but it flew away like a yet. At first i had to go to the hot-dog-factory and make some potatoesallad, yeah right about 200 kilograms (or around 400lbs), that was ablout all i had to do cause i have been working my ass of the other two days in order to have just that to do there wednesday, so because of that i was able to go home at 10am already.  

When i came home, the guy from signcom was there already. He started his introduction and it went on untill 6pm with just one pause for lunch. Gosh it was alot he had to day about how the program works and how to clean the mashine and how one do with everything. But he was wery impressed by the stuff Runar had done monday and tuesday at home on his own . Runar has a dream to make an authentic cookpit of an aeroplane so he is making panels for it now.

I´m really exciting to start this thing up now, the company. Just have to have the company registerd properly and we have to get material to engrave and we also have to get the webpage, but everything have to happend in the right order. Can´t get the webpage untill we know the companyname i registerd and all that...

............so ....that is what i am off to now, trying to get all of that happend...

Day off work..

Today is thursday, it is officially my sleeping in day, I work early most mornings, I really hate the alarm in the morning. Every morning when i wake up i think that i have slept so well that i would prefer to stay in bed. That is of cousre no possibility when work starts at 6.30 am or 7am  Anyways, that´s all other days, today it´s thrusday and it is my day off. Yiiiha,,,hihi..

Woke up at 8.45 though and i am now sitting here surfing the net some, and having a cup of coffe.

Coffee is something i started to drink 3 years ago, it is strange really. After the gastric bypass i started to like some new things, coffee is one of them, other things i also started to like i s salmon, oatmeal and sushi.

Yeah it is a soccer game on TV... and i surf the net instead... i don´t know why but soccer is one of the most booring things i know... Runar is down the basement fixing something anf my plastic mom is here watching soccer

Meeting at the hospital.

I was at an interesting meeting yesterday. It was at "Sahlgrenska sjukhuset"(the hospital name) in Gothenburg. 

The meeting was an informative meeting about weight loss surgery and Katarina and I was there to help the sergon in his job to inform the people about how it is to live as a WLS patient and how the procedure is and so on. I guess it is more reliable when the dr have people from "real life" to lean on while informing people.

I did a gastric bypass 3 years ago so i know first hand how life is having a really small tummy (pouch)

Anyhow, i took the train to Gothenburg yesterday, it i s a ride that takes 1 hour and 20 minutes by train and the cost is about the same as taking the car so i prefer the train. I met up with Katarina at the Gothenburg trainstation about 2pm and we went to the hospital directly with spårvagn (cablecars), ate a tuna sandwich and a cup of coffee and at the hospital restaurant, it was ok but i have to admit i almost only ate the filling.  

The meeting began at 4pm and lasted 1 and a half hour or so, this was my third time so now i think i am getting the hang of talking infront of a crowd. It is usually about 50 people at theese meetings.

After the meeting me and Katarina took the spårvagn back to the station, we stepped off a station early so i took a walk through Femmanhuset with is like a mall and one of it´s exits is the entrance to the trainstation. I tried to find a sushi place so i could eat sushi in the train home. I found a place at the trainstation and had a box with 10 pieces. GREAT

My second bloggattempt...  

I thought why not try it in my second language this time... maybe it will be easier  And at the same time i will get to have my friends abroad (the states) to read what is happening in my life.

Well...right now i am about to start a company together with my finace. We have bought a laser engraver and it is arriving TODAY. So it is abit exciting.  I´ve been surfing the net to find a  good webshop provider preferably in my own language and that have all the features that we want in our shop. 

The mail reason that we are taking this step is that i am not all that happy about my job anymore and this will (we hope) be something we can live on and i will be able to quit the job in the grocerystore.
