LBP AT BUFFALO’S ROTTEN JACKS CREEPSHOW

Hey gang-Come check us out at the creepshow in Buffalo NY tomorrow(saturday the 20th) We will be selling the goods and Teenape will be on hand to act like a fool!! Last years show was pretty damn fun, this year looks to top all that noise so come on out and support the shack and local talent!!!

Start the upcoming Halloween season off right by attending the 2nd annual Rotten Jack's Creep Show! The Creep Show is a Rock & Horror extravaganza featuring guests, vendors, bands and contests all geared toward the horror, Halloween, and paranormal enthusiast.

Rotten Jack's Creep Show, the brainchild of Rotten Jack's Creep Shack, will be festering on Saturday September 20, 2008 at Town Ballroom (681 Main St, Buffalo, NY) in the heart of Downtown Buffalo. Rotten Jack's Creep Show is a 1 day event (expanding to 2 days in 2009) designed for the Halloween and horror enthusiast and was created in part as a way of bringing more exposure to the Western New York area businesses, artists, musicians, film makers and personalities. Travelers from as far north as Toronto, west as Cleveland, east as Philadelphia and south as Baltimore made the trek to Buffalo for this event last year bringing tourism opportunities and hotel business.

This year The Creep Show guest list includes 2 celebrities that are world renowned in movie, horror, & pop culture circles for the iconic characters they portrayed.

Gunnar Hansen, The original Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Tony Moran, The face of Michael Myers in the original Halloween movie,
will both be on hand and available for pictures and autograph signings. Both will be making their first ever WNY appearance!

To further entertain (or mortify) those that attend, there will be several musical acts performing throughout the night including local favorites The Rabies, City Powered Radio and Armcannon.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to compete in a variety of contests including Best Horror Movie Scream, Bobbing For Body Parts, Best Horror Tattoo, and Jell-o Brain Eating Contest. To top off the contests, the coveted title of Mr. & Mrs. Creep Show will go to the couple with the best zombie make up.

Adding even more entertainment value, movies have also been added to The Creep Show for the first time. Local filmmaker Greg Lamberson will screen his latest short film/music video entitled Johnny Gruesome, and The Pigman, from local studio Buffa-Low Budget Films, will have its first ever public showing! Rodrigo Gudino will also screen a short film. At midnight, Tony Moran, the original face of Michael Myers, will give a brief introduction before a screening of John Carpenter's horror classic Halloween.

LBP LOOKING FOR ACTRESSES PLus Update

LBP will be shooting their 34th film September 11th-15th.
Its a slasher/evil dead/scarecrow spoof comedy horror film shot at a cottage on the lake!

we are looking for some new female blood to join the fold! We need 2 lead females ages from 21-30 who can ham it up in front of the camera, over act, show ample cleavage and perhaps more depedning on the chracter and that has a great sense of comedy and goofery! Must also live in the Rochester or Buffalo NY area (or be willing to travel to Rochester nY for the shoot)

It is a no pay gig-you will however be in a film that will be sold around the world through SRScinema disto, we already have distro locked. YOu will be featured on poster and print ads and the movie will be selling in stores and online through many chains such as FYE, Amazon and Netflix.


You will be fed and will have a place to stay.

DEATHBONE BEGINS

Low Budget Pictures will begin shooting their 33rd film July 24th entitled-
DEATHBONE:Third Blood Part 7-The Blood OF Deathbone. The film is a
throwback, homage, parody of such films as Conan the barbarian,
Deathstalker, Beastmaster, and Rambo, with a touch of Legend and Lord
of the rings thrown in. Backed by an all epic power metal soundtrack!

In it Deathbone and his small band of warriors must save a rogue elfs
friend from the clutches of the Evil Goblin Warlord, Ragnarock
Vondruke. Deathbone must also save his land, Mucklark, from Vondrukes
hand of mayhem. It is an all out gore fest, action/adventure comedy
with prosthetic/gore and make-up work being handled by Ohio based fx
group Tro7FX.

Deathbone is being played by B-movie tomfoolerist, Billy Garberina,
whos recent credits include LBP's own "Wet Heat"(Tempevideo), "Ski
Wolf" (Subrosa cinema), as well as Scott Phillips "The Stink OF Flesh"
and "Gimme Skelter". Billy also co-wrote and co-directed the film
NECROVILLE which hist stores in September from Pop Cinema.

THE MIGHT OF DEATHBONE IS UPON US

DEATHBONE is the next big scale LBP movie to be shot July 24th-28th all around Rochester NY.

This thing is epic folks. THIS is a chance for LBP to redeem themselves with the poo that was Quest for the egg salad. THIS is the pic fantasy flick Chris Seaver was wanting to make. Deathbone The Barbarian is a mix of such classic bad asses as Conan,Rambo,Deathstalker and Beastmaster twirled in a soup with fantasy like Legend and then crapped out on a plate of gorey goofball comedy!

A Teaser Trailer is already on the way which we will debute on the LBP site right before shooting begins.

The logo will be on its way as well, designed by Gonzoriffic's Andrew Shearer.
