I thought I'd take a moment or three and introduce you to our lead cast members for Lightning Strikes Productions' new film, Dark Moon Rising, wrapping principal photography in just a few days. We not only have an incredible script, but a killer cast to bring it to life as well!

Yet More Rumour Control

Ok, it seems some press is making its way around the web that Sid is either "in talks" to star in the remake of Jack Hill's Spider Baby, or "is returning" in said remake. For the record, here and now, this is NOT TRUE AT ALL.
Someone spoke out of turn, WAY out of turn, and has been alerted to the fact that we are not pleased with it one bit. Sid is neither starring in this film, nor in talks to do so. If the film makers should like to send him a script and make him an offer through his agent (as is done professionally in this industry), they may do so. However, neither has been done at this time. Once again, Sid Haig has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Spider Baby remake at this time. No matter what you may read or be told.

Horror Rockers Mash It Up With Cult Film Legend
Philadelphia, PA October 31, 2007 – The Young Werewolves are releasing their second recording entitled Cheat The Devil with cult film star Sid Haig as executive producer.
The actor, legendary for playing the hulking menace in many low-budget exploitation and high-priced action films, stands in as the title character on the CD's artwork and transforms sonically into the role of 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' halfway through the program of music. Sid has enjoyed a recent resurgence portraying the character 'Captain Spaulding' in Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.
Producer Andy Kravitz, who was also behind the board on the trio's debut recording, crafted a listening experience that ranges from the depths of a mad scientist's laboratory to the far reaches of outer space.
Cheat The Devil follows the Philadelphia-based trio's self-titled debut released in 2004.
