RIP Daddy Grumbles

Hi Guys,

First I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news to anyone who knew Terry Neal Grumbles. Terry is the father of some good friends of ours Neal and Tania from Austin TX. About two weeks ago Terry was diagnosed with cancer and was told that his body was not strong enough to go through chemo. We got the call last night from Neal and Tan who were at his side when he passed away 2 minutes after being given a blessing and letting him know that it was okay to return home to his Father in Heaven where his dear wife would be waiting for him.

Knowing Daddy Grumbles I can't help but feel sad that I won't get to see him here again on this earth but I feel joyful to know that he his home where he belongs and grateful for having the opportunity to know him. If you would like to message Neal or Tania let me know and I can get the email addresses. Tania might be on your myspace list.

New friends and old friends.. My Intention!

Hello Friends,

I normally don't send out friend request and I just felt like I needed to make myself clear about some things. There are people out there on my friendslist that I never speak to. I know there are people that have no interest in what I am doing here as far as Isagenix goes and that's okay. Isagenix is only part of the reason I have this page and it's there for whoever is meant to have it. The last thing I want is for anyone to feel that I am prospecting them. I understand business and I know that's how alot of people roll and thats ok. It's just that I know the feeling, most of my friendslist is involved with network marketing companies selling and I hardly ever here from them unless it's business, and that's fine. I just want you to understand, if you don't already, that this page is more than Isagenix. I've made some lifelong connections here and have even been so blessed as to be able to meet some of my mentors and some of the truest people i know in person and connect that way too.

The truth is, if you are on my list, you most likely sent ME a request. There are those few people that I've crossed paths with that caught my attention for one reason or another. If you are one of them feel special!:) This happens maybe once every few months, if even that. Only about 15% of the peops on my list are people I really know or have connected with.

One might say "that's not good for business." That I should be "going out looking for people." I have no problem if that's what other people do but it's just not ME. I'm in no hurry to go out and find the next big success story or some huge builder for my organization. It's already happening. There are too many things in my life now to be grateful for and alot of great things have happened within my business and organization because of good intentioned people. I know that the universe and GOD have and continue to provide as I do my part and focus on what's important.

All I need from YOU is support to get through this cleanse!!! I'm actually feeling awesome right now after not much sleep last night so that's good. A sign my body is getting what it needs. I usually have no problemo on my own but this time around, I think with all the changes from pregnancy, has been just a little tougher.

Day 2! Weighing in this morning....

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! :) At 163.9!!!! That's a 5 lbs loss since I started, was it YESTERDAY?!?!?!  Hmmm???????????

First of all, for all you skeptics out there, I know what you are saying. That it's "unhealthy" to lose weight that fast and that "it's all muscle and water loss." And all I can say to that is you are absolutely right that rapid weightloss can be dangerous....IF you do it the wrong way. Most people are on these fad diets that starve their body, many are on stimulants. When you lose weight fast like that you are robbing your body of nutrients, plus you are not ridding of impurities therefore you are exposing your organs to all the yuckiness! But you are right, most of the time it would be unhealthy but not this way. I fyou already have a medical condition when starting tell your doc what your doing and ask him to please monitor you and I'm sure he would be happy to. I don't know anyone who ever dies from this. Infact I know alot of people who could have and then like me Isagenix came along and was the "catalyst" for their bodies so it could do some amazing work on it's own! I'm sure initially, like the first couple of days when all you are doing is drinking, your body let's go of alot of water. That's only normal that someone carrying alot of excess weight will be carrying alot of excess water. What I would suggest to any non believer is to do a whole cleanse. Go ask your doctor to monitor you if you'd like. See if he has a Tanita scale to measure your muscle, water and fat percentage. And don't be too surprised if it reads that your water percentage is high and you've actually built muscle while losing the fat. I can testify to that being the case with myself and anyone else I know that's done the cleanse and has been correctly coached. I know medical professionals who've been the biggest skeptics then do it themselves and now, are not just absolute believers, but they now prescribe it to their patients mostly for weightloss but for their overall health too.

Okay, so my night went crappy. I usually sleep great on a cleanse but I didn't get to bed till after eleven because I was talking to Adam on the phone. He's the one that actually realized that I need to "practice what I preach" and get to bed already. I guess it's that I wasn't hungry, I was feeling fine. I shouldn't have waited though. What I tell everyone and what I always do is I go to bed right after my last cleanse drink so I don't get hungry. It's perfet that way! Once you are hungry you can't fall asleep and that's what happened with me and I ended up going upstairs and grabbing another apple at 3:30 this morning. My shake this morning, however, was fabulous!!! YUM!!! AND I am feeling quite energized just from cleansing one day! I wonder what I would have lost doing the two back to back, but oh well, I'm still going. The shake helps with lowering cals and it's pure so it keeps you clean. I can't wait till the end to see my results. I'm starting to get fired up even though I'm a little tired from only 5 hours of sleep. But I'm doing good considering.... Better than the day before I started this. WHEW!

So, what I plan on doing today is, instead of doing two cleanse days back to back, which is whatI LOVE the most because of how it makes me feel altogether, is I am going to go into my shakes days which include two shake meal replacements and one 400-600 cal meal. I can never eat it all because it really is alot of food if you eat healthy. Not sure though how healthy today will be. For my meal I'm having dinner out with fam. You just do the best you can. I follow the general rule of no red meat, no sugary foods and no and no white carbs. On Monday, when Nana is back to work and there's no cooking during the day, I'll start two liquid cleanse days once again. This is not going to be your normal 9 day but I'm excited because I am already having results! I do notice a difference in how I look this morning. Especially in the face, as always. My little pooch though (my uterus!:O) Does someone want to trade?!?! lol It's just going to take some time but I know all these healing herbs are great for the scarring, swelling and everything else. It feels good today!

If you don't have ISAFLUSH I recommend getting it. I have to take it when I cleanse because of past digestive probs and I believe it's actually made the biggest diff, infact I know for me it cleared the path for my body to do a better job releasing impurities from the rest of my organs.

REMEMBER, ALL BODY'S ARE DIFFERENT. Some people put on fat easy and some don't. Some people's body's easily go into fat production mode. We produce fat to enrobe the impurities that goes into our system from the foodwe eat (preservatives and pesticides), the air we breathe (burning fuel and other chems) and our water (you don't even want to know!). It's our body's first response to protect, but of course we know it's not healthy to carry alot of weight. That only causes other health issues cardiovascular diseases and many other things resulting in a very poor quality of life.

Slim people to need to cleanse because they are exposed to impurities too. Look at Lance Armstrong, the healthiest guy in the world, and he's had how many cancers in his fit bod? Maybe because he doesn't produce fat as a protection because he's (1) got that kind of body to begin with and (2) he's so active. But think about it. He bicycles around the world. Think of all the pollution he breathes in. Your body can only do so much on it's own and then it's time for YOU to take action. Your body will thank you!

THE END OF DAY 1...Calling my angels!

Hey there fellow myspace friends, Isafam and the rest of you that inspire me every day of my life!

Thanks for supporting me right now! You know how much I love to cleanse, how good it feels to me, the discipline I gain from it, the emotional cleansing that for me comes with it and the feeling of the world being lifted off my shoulders towards the middle and when I'm done, aside of all the physical benefits. But I have a feeling that Miss Rambo Cleanse Girl here is going to need as much support as she can get this time around, soooo PLEEEEASE!.........

So today was DAY 1 of my cleanse and I'm so ready for it to be over. I started today at 168.3 (HOLY SCHENIKES!) lol Because my tummy is still recovering the most I can do is walk and so that's what I did. Anyone going into a new cleanse regime should do only light exercize but for anyone with health issues just do what you can even if that's RELAX! You'll still have results.Your body is doing alot of work, as it is, during this process. If getting up and walking to the kitchen to get your goods is the most you can do then just do that.

HISTORY....Read it to get an idea or just skip down to "TODAYS"

Just to take you back a little. My health was in very critical condition before I found Isagenix.... the aftermath of my good ole paxil days which completely sent my body and mind into a tailspin resulting in degenerative problems and autoimmune issues and more. If there is any help I could offer to anyone suffering emotionally it's this. You know what's best for YOU! I am not here to tell you what to do. If using medication to get through something tough in your life I absolutely would never judge you, I've been there! But PLEASE, NEVER GO OFF THESE DRUGS ON YOUR OWN! Don't do it while going through other changes in your life. Wait till things are in place to what your comftortabily level is and most definitely NOT while you're greiving any kind of loss. Sometimes choosing to end a toxic relationship can be a good thing and sometimes it may be very bad so watch your timing. Listen to your inner voice, you'll know. AND PLEASE, don't ever consider PAXIL. If you are on it and it's helped you then please be very careful and don't go off without a doctors supervision. It's destroyed many lives!

After 4 years and so many prayers and feeling so close to giving up hope in 2005 my miracle came along.  I had to take it easy to start out but Isagenix is what actually got my butt back into the gym. I felt good enough to exercize, I felt like I could breathe better after one day and my body became it's own healer. Everything just started coming together and then OH NO! WATCH OUT WORLD! Something INSANE started! I shared Isagenix with my friends and family and through the internet started an organization that has expanded nationwide and has been so exciting and rewarding to see grow as people are regaining control of their health, discovering life for the first time and PAYING IT FORWARD! It's been one of the greatest blessings of my life along with some incredible people that have become my dearest friends whom I've met along the way. I finally broke those shackles that had been imprisoning me and holding me back for so long and got my life back! YES!!! Then something else amazing happened. I realized that this was one of my lifes main purposes. For the longest time I did not know what I wanted to do with my life careerwise. I spent so much energy and time on taking care of the people in my life when I wasn't very good at taking care of ME. I can't say how times people would say that I "should be a nurse, that's my calling." OR that I should be a hairdresser or this or that, etc, etc. They were all great careers, BUT they just weren't for ME. I may be a good artist but I don't have a passion for drawing. And what I do has to be somthing I'm passionate about! What I wanted was to help people who have been where I've been and I also wanted to help kids and NOW I have finally found a vehicle to do, not only that, but it's also helped me tap into some of my other gifts that I know will lead me to other ways of fulfilling my lifes purposes while loving and serving those around me.

TODAYS experience....

I was expecting today to be like most other first days and be bouncing off the walls with lots of energy and that did not happen. lol I've been tired most of the day. But I'm sure it has to do with all the hormonal changes going on in my body from having the baby. I know what I am doing is good because I feel a sense of calmness and relief already with my nervous system and everything else I've had problems with. The need for more sleep comes whenever the body is in a recovery process and I know that's exactly what's going on. I am not kidding when I say that my tummy STILL does not feel attached!:O They gut you like a fish and then put everything back with a c-section so I'm sure it just takes some time to get back to normal.

My day started with my first cleanse drink. (4 oz.), my accelerator capsule (non stimulant) and 8 oz of water which I do with and in between my drinks. Then in between I also did my snacks (for stabilizing my blood sugar). I also snacked on an apple for some hypoglycemic issues but that usually gets better as I get healthier. I remember the days when I would panick when I was even just a little bit hungry because I couldn't wait too long.

Usually it's not till day two that I feel the "ditziness" come on, but OMG today I was noticing it before ever leaving the house, which was a little worrysome because I had a couple of appointments. Well, all went great!. No one noticed and I really wasn't to worried anyway. I love being out and about because it keeps my mind off of food!:)

I was so happy when I got home to see little miss smiley face in her swing. And I was also thinking that this shouldn't be too hard because my older one is visiting my sis and so I won't have to do any cooking, just bottle making. Doesn't matter! We're staying with Nana and she's a hell of a cook so I know this is not going to be the easiest but it's all psychological. I KNOW I WILL DO IT!:) Anyone who knows me knows how commited I am when it comes to something I am very passionate about.

I weighed in this morning at 168.3 I have lost 20 lbs since the baby but hit a plateau about 3 weeks after she was born. Yeah, that's alot for my little frame but getting pregnant and carrying her all the way was a miracle so who cares. I never worried once because I knew I had Isagenix and know from my own experience how much it already has blessed my life.

My little Snuggles is down sleeping and I'm listening to her little sounds right now. SO SWEEET! I miss my other girl!

So, I am off to go make her a bottle and my last cleanse drink and then hit the sack. Sleeping on a cleanse is one of my favorite times because I am OUT COLD! LOOOOOVE IT! AND, all the kinks and stiff muscles seem to be gone. When my body relaxes like that I feel like it's surrendering and then GOD comes in and takes care of the rest. It's sort of symbalic. I am reminded of all of the things he has carried me through and think "Holy Cow, I'M STILL ALIVE?!?!!! Then I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Maybe just the KNOWING that HE'S had a hold on me is what helps me sleep so good:) Maybe that's why I'm such a good cleanser! LOL

Okay, for all you believers I need your support please! For anyone who's had a LIFE CHANGING experience with Isagenix please throw down some encouragment. CALLING ALL ANGELS!!!

I hope I've made a difference in your lives in some way, like so many of you have made a difference in mine. Today is another new beginning. I am doing this for ME,  number 1, but I'm also doing it for my kiddies so I can give them 100% of myself, my best.  And...everyone else who needs me....

P.S. I didn't measure because I didn't have time to look for tape. Just so you have an idea my very first cleanse I lost 9 lbs and something like 36 inches. I'll have to check on that to be sure. I'll probably use one of those as my before.

Update from Vegas

Hello Everyone!

I am here at my sisters. It's been nice visiting family and seeing my little nephew. He's growing so fast I call him "Hoss". It just seems like yesterday he was the size my little one is now. Her eye is getting better. It appears that it's just a lazy lid she gets sometimes like her grandma. Yeah, found out that it's hereditary. She's my little snugglebug and is so sweet. I think she gets it that I'm the one. I'm her mama! She's brought so much sunshine into my life. It's crazy how in the end everything works out even when it's not what you expect.

We have decided to do some traveling over the summer to visit family and explore some of my favorite places. We'll be headed up to SLC here in about a week to visit Nana and see the Wasatch/ Cottonwood canyons then were off to Northern Cal and Portland Oregon. Can't wait!

I'm getting ready to do a 9 day cleanse here soon to get rid of the extra baby weight and I'll post pics as the days go by incase anyone wants to follow that. I'm sure I'll have a little more weight to go after that so I'll switch to the less aggressive 30 day cleanse. I can't wait. Anyone who know me knows it's really not about the weight so much as it is feeling better and stronger with more energy and less stress. That's what it does for me. I should lose quite a bit though and just MAYBE I'll decide to have it on video so you all can see me LIVE:O)

There is so much going on in my life right now that I've decided that I need to focus on what I can at the moment I really just want to spend all the time I have with my girls and recovering from my c-section. It's takes a while I guess but I have been slowly regaining my energy. Last year was a tough one for us with the pregnancy so this time now is very important.

If anyone shows an interest in Isagenix I can still coach you through but if your interest is in the business I will have to connect you with one of my good friends, from the organization I am in, who knows alot about the business and would be more than happy to help you. Just let me know.
