THANK YOU ST. JUDE AND ST. ANTHONY

Here are two UNFAILING novenas. You do not have to be Catholic for the saints to answer your prayers. I started praying to the saints in 1985, years before I was even baptized, and the saints still answered my prayers.

Pray one (or both) prayers for nine days in a row, WITH COMPLETE FAITH THAT YOUR PRAYER WILL BE HEARD, and then pass the prayers onto others.

****************************************************

UNFAILING PRAYER TO ST. JUDE:

Patron Saint of Hopeless Cases

(To be said when problems arise or when one seems to be deprived of all visible help, or for cases almost despaired of.)

Most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Make use I implore you, of that particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly - (here make your request) that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever.I promise, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, to always honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to you.

Amen.

****************************************************

UNFAILING PRAYER TO ST. ANTHONY:

Patron Saint of Lost Articles and the Poor

(To be said when something has been lost and needs to be found or during financial difficulties.)

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore of you to obtain for me (here make your request). The answer to my prayer may require a miracle. Even so, you are the saint of miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms, and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.

Amen.

****************************************************

Thank you in advance dear St. Jude and St. Anthony for answering the prayers of all those who will pray these unfailing prayers to you. And thank you for granting me innumerable miracles in my life. I love you both!!

VOLUNTEER ATTORNEY NEEDED

MY FRIENDS, I NEED YOUR HELP!

I am seeking a New York or New Jersey attorney to volunteer his/her services pro bono for I am on a very limited income. I need to correct my birth certificate and am finding it very difficult to do so on my own. The free legal service agencies in NJ do not accept this type of case.

I want my biological father's name placed on my birth certificate. The man's name that is on it now was married to my mother at the time of my birth but left when I was newborn. I want that name removed, replaced by my biological father's name (he took a DNA test in 2005--it was 99.99%).

I was born in NJ, as was my father, but he now lives in FL.

My biological father has health issues and I would like to get this done before it's too late. Thank you for your consideration.

Magician Assistant Memories

Photobucket

Richiardi was the only magician for whom I assisted. It was in 1982.

Back then, there was an unwritten oath anyone involved in magic swore to: never reveal how the tricks are done. Even after all these years, I never have. I think the TV shows in recent years that have shown how all the tricks are done are shameful!! What about all of the more mature magicians out there who depend on the old tricks to make a living? They're never going to get new, high tech acts.

Photobucket

There were three female assistants working for Richiardi: his daughter, another assistant, and myself. He had two male assistants as well: his son and another guy. I performed in some of the smaller illusions--the ones with audience participation, for example. I remember one trick involved taking a wedding ring from an audience member and at first pretending that the trick didn't work and the person wasn't going to get their ring back. Then in next trick, Richiardi would make a dove appear holding in its beak a ribbon with the wedding ring attached. During one performance, another assistant accidentally dropped this woman's diamond ring on the floor backstage and it rolled into a hole. Everyone was frantically was trying to figure how to get the ring out from under the floor. It was a small hole so no one could fit his or her hand through. So Richiardi had to stall with a couple of unplanned tricks and a lot of banter while a stagehand used an electric saw to cut open the floorboards. I'm sure the audience could hear the loud buzzing, but maybe they thought it was all part of the act. The ring was finally retrieved but the other assistant remained quite shaken throughout the rest of the show!

Photobucket

I think the first trick I assisted with was in the beginning of the show. It was a simple one involving making a balloon pop and a dove appear. The entire trick depended on me operating a prop (or "a gimmick" as Richiardi use to call them). Richiardi removed a pin from his collar and dramatically stomped on the floor while he threw the pin at a tray I was holding. I did what I was supposed to do, but the prop didn't comply. I could see fire emanating from Richardi's eyes and he repeated his stomping and pin throwing. I tried again, but it still didn't work. He said to me through extremely clenched teeth, "Do it!" I whispered back, "I'm trying!" He finally grabbed the tray from me, violently shook it, and finally the bird appeared. His daughter later said to me that something was wrong with the gimmick and it wasn't my fault.

Another trick involved levitating on the end of a broom. This same trick was performed by Orson Welles on an I Love Lucy episode. It was very hard on the assistant because the gimmick that the assistant wore was extremely heavy and very hard on the body.

Photobucket

Richiardi was quite temperamental and would often get into arguments on stage with his son. They would wind up cursing in Portuguese and throwing the gimmicks at each other. Sometimes I had to duck, so as not to be hit by a flying prop.

There was a poodle in the act--Richiardi's daughter's dog. My job was to bring the dog on stage for one of the tricks, but the dog hated Richiardi and never wanted to go. His poor little claws would scrap along the stage as I literally dragged him out. The dog would growl at Richiardi as Richiardi leered back at him.

Richiardi did the horizontal version of the saw-in-half trick. The box the assistant had to squeeze into was fairly shallow. I had problems because the box door kept popping open. I was a little too busty to perform that trick with ease! I had to learn how to curve my spine in such a way to fit all of me in!

Fast forward to about 2001... I was in my last semester of college and took a TV production class. We did a mock-up talk show. The professor was the host and I was the guest. He asked me, "What were some of the oddest jobs you've had?" I told him that I had been a magician's assistant. He said, "Oh really, my brother's a magician." He then asked me for the name of the magician. I told him it was Richiardi. He said, "My brother worked for Richiardi." As it turned out, my professor's brother was one of Richiardi's opening acts in the very same show that I worked back in 1982. He did slight of hand and bird tricks. Is that a strange coincidence or what? Especially considering it was almost 20 years later!

Well, those are some of my Richiardi memories. Sadly, he passed away only a few years after I had worked with him.

LATEST ON MY DAD
Current mood: Thankful

My father called me last week to update me on his condition.

He has returned home and is recovering from his operation. He said when his kidney was removed, so was all of the cancer.

It will be another six weekes or so before he can resume his chemotherapy for his leukemia.

I want to thank all of you who are praying for my Dad. You are all very kind and generous to do so. It makes a world of difference. God bless you my friends!!

TO MY DAD: MEMORIES OF YOU

I remember when this photo was taken. I'll tell you a secret: I didn't really care about the bride doll. I was smiling ear-to-ear because my Daddy was paying attention to me. That's what truly made me happy.

You took me to the beach for the first time. It was so much fun burying you in the sand. Then you took me into the water and tried to teach me to swim. I wasn't scared at all. I was just happy to be with my Daddy. So much so that as soon as we returned to our spot on the beach, I rolled around in the sand and said, "Daddy, I'm all covered with sand so you have to take me into the water again!" You'd roll your eyes, shrug your shoulders, and take me back.

When you bought your new red pick up truck, you came over to give Renee and me a ride. I thought it was the most beautiful truck I had ever seen. It looked like a big red candy apple. You put us in the back of it and rode us through the neighborhood. Ma never found out. That's what made it even more fun. We couldn't stop giggling during the entire ride.

Dad, I pray for your renewed health along with a renewed spirit.

I love you now, I always have and always will.

May God watch over you and send his angels to care for you.

Love,

Your Daughter, Michelle

UPDATE ON MY FATHER
Current mood: Thankful

Thank you my friends for all of your prayers and concern for my father. I find it very moving and appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

I called my father's business last week and left a message for him to please call me and let me know what's happening.

He called me on Saturday and was deeply perturbed that I had called his office. He severely scolded me and told me from now on he would call me. I am not to phone him anymore.

But isn't that what a daughter should do? Shouldn't she care about her dad and want to know how he is?

He was going on and on when I interrupted and said, "Dad I wanted to speak to you so I could tell you that I love you and have many people praying for you."

His hardness softened a bit and he told me that the tumor on his kidney is definitely cancerous and they will have to remove the entire organ. I also managed to get him to tell me the hospital he'll be at to have his operation. I plan call and ask the staff if he made it out of surgery okay. If that will makes him angry, so be it. I will need to know his condition.

As far as his leukemia is concerned, I don't think that they will resume his chemo until he's recovered from the kidney surgery.

Once again, I thank you my dear friends for your generosity and kindness. You are all awesome and I thank God for you.

May God bless each and every one of you.

A DESPERATE SITUATION
Current mood: contemplative

Yesterday, I spoke to my father. He told me that his chemotherapy for his leukemia was supended because a tumor was found on one of his kidneys. His brother had one kidney removed because of a cancerous tumor and his father died from kidney disease. He will have surgery in a couple of weeks. I would greatly appreciate it if you, my friends, would keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

My father still won't give me his home address, so I sent him some St. Jude prayer cards via his office. St. Jude is the patron saint of desperate situations. He is a wonderful saint. As a direct result of his mediation, I have experienced many miracles in my life. You do not have to be Catholic or even Christian for St. Jude to hear you. I started praying to him many years before I was baptized and still he answered me.

The prayer is as follows...

PRAYER TO ST. JUDE

Most holy appostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of.

Pray for me, I am so hopeless and alone. Make use I implore you, of that particular privilege given to you to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of.

Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (here make your request) and that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever.

I promise, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, to always honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to you.

Amen.

(To encourage devotion to St. Jude, you may copy this prayer and give it to others and/or express in writing favors received.)

My father said that he was praying to St. Jude and would take the prayer card with him when he goes for his operation. That meant a lot to me.

God bless you my friends. You are all very special.

Sincerely,

Michelle Maren

My Recent Interview
Current mood: contemplative

Recently, I was interviewed by a man who operates a "Porn Stars: Where Are They Now?" website.

He sent me a list of questions, which I answered to the best of my ability and sent back.

Being that I didn't have too many good things to say about the adult film industry, I thought that there was a good possibility that he would not print the interview at all, or, at the very least, print an edited version of my responses.

To my pleasant surprise, he printed the interview word-for-word as I had answered. I sent him a note of thanks.

It just goes to show you that we should never pre-judge anyone. I think that all people are truly good at heart.

You can read the interview at:

The Michelle Maren Interview

While it does not contain any explicit language, I do talk about the adult film industry, so this interview does have adult content.

TO DANCE WITH MY FATHER AGAIN
Current mood: thoughtful

My father was not involved in my growing up. He was in my life until the age of five or so, after which I saw him less than a handful of times until I was twelve. Then he was totally absent until I found him again when I was twenty-three.

He wants only limited contact with me. He gave me his business phone, but not his home number. I speak to him about once a month and he prefers small talk only.

Recently, he detoured from his usual comments about the weather to tell me that he has leukemia and will begin chemo in January. At first, I didn't feel anything and felt quite guilty about it.

Then one day, after I got out of the shower, Luther Vandross' song Dance with My Father began to play on the radio. I began to cry, no, weep, uncontrollably throughout the entire song.

You see, I don't have many good memories of my Dad, but I do have a few. My favorite being one Easter. We were all dressed up to go a Chinese restaurant (that's how we celebrated Easter), and my father told me to stand on his feet while holding his hands. He began to dance with me. I bent my head way back to look up at him as I beamed an ear to ear smile. He was so tall and handsome. I thought he looked like a movie star. And for that moment, I felt very special.

Despite all the rejection and strife I've had with my father, I shall always hold onto that memory.

Oh what I would give...

To dance with my father again.

WORDS OF THANKS TO MY "ABBA"
Current mood: contemplative

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received a spirit of adoption, through which we cry, "Abba, Father!" Rom 8:14-15

To My Dear and Beloved Abba,

I want to publicly thank you for so very mercifully adopting me into your Divine Family. In recent months I have experienced many trials. Whenever I called out for my "Abba," you were there. You never abandoned me, even in my spiritually weakened state--you were there.

When I fell into the abyss of fear--you were there, strengthening my faith and soothing me.

When my body began to fail me--you were there, raising me up with your healing love.

When people failed me--you were there, embracing me with your tender care.

When family failed me--you were there, my "Abba" and Divine Father who protects me, guides me, nurtures me, and loves me unconditionally (even with my many, many flaws).

I love you Dear Abba, and thank you for loving me.

Praise to my Lord God Father Almighty, forever and ever. Amen.

FAITH IN THAT WHICH IS NOT SEEN

FAITH is the REALIZATION of what is HOPED FOR and EVIDENCE of things not seen.  (Heb 11:1)

FAITH is:
  • firm belief in God
  • mental acceptance of the truth or actuality of God
  • absolute certainty in the trustworthiness of God
  • belief in God with strong conviction
  • complete trust in God
  • confidence in God
  • allegiance to God
  • loyalty, fidelity to God's promises
  • sincerity of our intentions
  •
    REALIZATION is:
  • bringing into concrete existence
  • accomplishment
  • fulfillment
  • being fully aware
  • effect brought about by a cause
  •
    HOPED FOR means:

  • desired with expectation of attainment
  • expected with confidence
  •
    EVIDENCE is:

  • testimony that furnishes proof of God
  • that which bears witness to God
  • confirmation of God's existence
  • grounds for believing in the existence or presence of God
  • Therefore,

MY MENTAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRUTH AND ACTUALITY OF GOD:

  • results in the fulfillment of my expectations of God
  • and confirms God's existence, though He is not seen.
  •
THE UNIVERSE WAS CREATED BY HE WHO IS NOT VISIBLY SEEN—GOD.
GOD, THE INVISIBLE, CREATED ALL THAT IS VISIBLE.
WE UNDERSTAND THIS THROUGH OUR FAITH.

By faith we understand that the universe was ordered by the word of God, so that what is visible came into being through the invisible. (Heb 11:3)

FAITH IS NOT BASED ON WHAT IS VISIBLY SEEN.
BELEIVERS ARE NOT GUIDED BY WHAT IS VISIBLY SEEN.
    BELIEVERS ARE GUIDED BY FAITH.
    FAITH GIVES US COURAGE

So we are always courageous, although we know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. (2 Cor 5:6)

THE WORD OF GOD OPENS OUR EARS TO GOD SO WE ARE BETTER ABLE TO HEAR HIM WHEN HE SPEAKS TO US.

OUR FAITH COMES BY HEARING GOD SPEAK TO US.

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD.

TO INCREASE OUR FAITH, WE MUST STUDY THE WORD OF GOD.

Thus faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ. (Rom 10:17)

WHY DOES GOD ALLOW US TO SUFFER?

WE SUFFER IN ACCORD TO GOD'S WILL:

    1Pet 4:16-19

But whoever is made to suffer as a Christian should not be ashamed but glorify God because of the name.

For it is time for the judgment to begin with the household of God; if it begins with us, how will it end for those who fail to obey the gospel of God?

"And if the righteous one is barely saved, where will the godless and the sinner appear?"

As a result, those who suffer in accord with God's will hand their souls over to a faithful creator as they do good.

WE SUFFER TO GLORIFY GOD AND CHRIST:

    Jn 11:1-4

Now a man was ill, Lazarus from Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha. Mary was the one who had anointed the Lord with perfumed oil and dried his feet with her hair; it was her brother Lazarus who was ill.

So the sisters sent word to him, saying, "Master, the one you love is ill."

When Jesus heard this he said, "This illness is not to end in death, but is for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it."

WE SUFFER TO BEAR OUR SHARE OF HARDSHIP FOR THE GOSPEL:

    2 Tim 1:8

So do not be ashamed of your testimony to our Lord, nor of me, a prisoner for his sake; but bear your share of hardship for the gospel with the strength that comes from God.

    WE SUFFER FOR CHRIST:

    Phil 1:29

For to you has been granted, for the sake of Christ, not only to believe in him but also to suffer for him.

WE SUFFER TO BE A GOOD SOLDIER OF CHRIST:

    2 Tim 2:3

Bear your share of hardship along with me like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

WE SUFFER TO MANIFEST THE LIFE OF CHRIST IN OUR BODIES:

    2 Cor 4:8-10

    We are afflicted in every way, but not constrained;
    perplexed, but not driven to despair;
    persecuted, but not abandoned;
    struck down, but not destroyed;
always carrying about in the body the dying of Jesus,
so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our body.

WE SUFFER SO THE POWER OF CHRIST MAY DWELL WITH US:

    2 Cor 12:7-9

Therefore, that I might not become too elated, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, an angel of Satan, to beat me, to keep me from being too elated.

Three times I begged the Lord about this, that it might leave me, but he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness."

I will rather boast most gladly of my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may dwell with me.

WE SUFFER FOR OUR SALVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT:

    2 Cor 1:5-7

    If we are afflicted, it is for your encouragement and salvation;
if we are encouraged, it is for your encouragement, which enables you to endure the same sufferings that we suffer.

Our hope for you is firm, for we know that as you share in the sufferings, you also share in the encouragement.

WE SUFFER TO MAKE GOD VISIBLE THROUGH US:

    Jn 9:1-3

As he passed by he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"

Jesus answered, "Neither he nor his parents sinned; it is so that the works of God might be made visible through him."

WE SUFFER AS A MINISTERS OF GOD:

    2 Cor 6:3-10

    We cause no one to stumble in anything, in order that no fault may be found with our ministry; on the contrary, in everything we commend ourselves as ministers of God, through much endurance, in afflictions, hardships, constraints, beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, vigils, fasts;

by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, in a holy spirit, in unfeigned love, in truthful speech, in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness at the right and at the left; through glory and dishonor, insult and praise.

    We are treated as deceivers and yet are truthful;
    as unrecognized and yet acknowledged;
    as dying and behold we live; as chastised and yet not put to death;
    as sorrowful yet always rejoicing;
    as poor yet enriching many;
    as having nothing
    and yet possessing all things.

WE SUFFER TO LEARN GOD'S LAWS:

    Ps 119:71

It was good for me to be afflicted, in order to learn your laws.

WE SUFFER AS A TEST OF OUR FAITH AND TO PRODUCE PERSEVERANCE:

    Jam 1:2-4

Consider it all joy, my brothers, when you encounter various trials, for you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

And let perseverance be perfect, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

WE SUFFER AS A TEST OF WHETHER WE WILL KEEP GOD'S COMMANDMENTS AND AS A RESULT OF GOD'S DISCIPLINE:

    Dt 8:1-6

"Be careful to observe all the commandments I enjoin on you today, that you may live and increase, and may enter in and possess the land which the LORD promised on oath to your fathers.

Remember how for forty years now the LORD, your God, has directed all your journeying in the desert, so as to test you by affliction and find out whether or not it was your intention to keep his commandments.

He therefore let you be afflicted with hunger, and then fed you with manna, a food unknown to you and your fathers, in order to show you that not by bread alone does man live, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of the LORD.
The clothing did not fall from you in tatters, nor did your feet swell these forty years.

So you must realize that the LORD, your God, disciplines you even as a man disciplines his son.

"Therefore, keep the commandments of the LORD, your God, by walking in his ways and fearing him.

    1 Cor 11:29-32

For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body, eats and drinks judgment on himself.

That is why many among you are ill and infirm, and a considerable number are dying.

If we discerned ourselves, we would not be under judgment; but since we are judged by (the) Lord, we are being disciplined so that we may not be condemned along with the world.

WE SUFFER AS A RESULT OF GOD'S DISCIPLINE, TO SHARE IN HIS HOLINESS, AND TO BRING THE PEACEFUL FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS:

    1 Heb 12:4-13

In your struggle against sin you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood.

You have also forgotten the exhortation addressed to you as sons: "My son, do not disdain the discipline of the Lord or lose heart when reproved by him; for whom the Lord loves, he disciplines; he scourges every son he acknowledges."
Endure your trials as "discipline"; God treats you as sons. For what "son" is there whom his father does not discipline?
If you are without discipline, in which all have shared, you are not sons but bastards.

Besides this, we have had our earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them. Should we not (then) submit all the more to the Father of spirits and live?

They disciplined us for a short time as seemed right to them, but he does so for our benefit, in order that we may share his holiness. At the time, all discipline seems a cause not for joy but for pain, yet later it brings the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who are trained by it.

So strengthen your drooping hands and your weak knees.
Make straight paths for your feet, that what is lame may not be dislocated but healed.

WE SUFFER SO GOD CAN HEAL US:

    Job 5:17-18

Happy is the man whom God reproves! The Almighty's chastening do not reject.

For he wounds, but he binds up; he smites, but his hands give healing.

WE SUFFER FOR INNER RENEWAL, PRODUCING FOR US AN ETERNAL WEIGHT OF GLORY:

    2 Cor 4:16-18

Therefore, we are not discouraged; rather, although our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.

For this momentary light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to what is seen but to what is unseen; for what is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal.

    WE SUFFER TO GAIN WISDOM:

    Ecc 7:2-4

It is better to go to the house of mourning than to the house of feasting, For that is the end of every man, and the living should take it to heart.

Sorrow is better than laughter, because when the face is sad the heart grows wiser.

The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.

    WE SUFFER TO GAIN HUMILITY:

    2 Cor 12:7

Therefore, that I might not become too elated, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, an angel of Satan, to beat me, to keep me from being too elated.

    WE SUFFER TO ATTAIN PERFECTION:

    2 Cor 12:7-9

Therefore, that I might not become too elated, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, an angel of

Satan, to beat me, to keep me from being too elated.

Three times I begged the Lord about this, that it might leave me, but he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness."

I will rather boast most gladly of my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may dwell with me.

    Heb 2:10

For it was fitting that he, for whom and through whom all things exist, in bringing many children to glory, should make the leader to their salvation perfect through suffering.

    WE SUFFER TO GAIN STRENGTH:

    2Cor 12:10

Therefore, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and constraints, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

WE SUFFER FOR THE SALVATION OF OTHERS:

    2 Tim 2:8-10

Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David: such is my gospel, for which I am suffering, even to the point of chains, like a criminal. But the word of God is not chained.

Therefore, I bear with everything for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, together with eternal glory.

    HEALING SCRIPTURES - PART 7

WHEN ILL, GO TO THE PRESBYTERS OF THE CHURCH:

THE PRESBYTERS OF THE CHURCH SHOULD PRAY OVER THE SICK.

THE PRESBYTERS OF THE CHURCH SHOULD ANOINT THE SICK IN THE NAME OF THE LORD.

THE PRAYER OF FAITH WILL SAVE THE SICK PERSON.

THE LORD WILL RAISE UP THE SICK PERSON.

THE LORD WILL FORGIVE THE SINS OF THE SICK PERSON.

    CONFESS SINS TO ONE ANOTHER.

    PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER'S HEALING.

THE FERVENT PRAYER OF A RIGHTEOUS PERSON IS VERY POWERFUL.

    James 5: 14 - 16

    Is anyone among you sick?

He should summon the presbyters of the church, and they should pray over him and anoint (him) with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The fervent prayer of a righteous person is very powerful.

TO BE HEALED FROM INFIRMITIES, MAKE STRAIGHT YOUR PATHS :

    Heb 12: 13

Make straight paths for your feet, that what is lame may not be dislocated but healed.

    GOD HEALS:

GOD HEALS THOSE WHO CRY OUT TO HIM.

    Ps 30: 2

I praise you, LORD, for you raised me up and did not let my enemies rejoice over me. O LORD, my God, I cried out to you and you healed me.

WHEN ILL, DO NOT DELAY IN PRAYING TO GOD.

    GOD WILL HEAL.

    AVOID WICKEDNESS.

    BE JUST.

    CLEANSE HEART OF EVERY SIN.

    OFFER SWEET-SMELLING OBLATION.

OFFER PETITION, RICH ACCORDING TO YOUR MEANS.

    GIVE DOCTORS THEIR PLACE.

    Sir 38: 9 - 15

My son, when you are ill, delay not, but pray to God, who will heal you:

    Flee wickedness; let your hands be just, cleanse your heart of every sin;

Offer your sweet-smelling oblation and petition, a rich offering according to your means.

Then give the doctor his place lest he leave; for you need him too.

There are times that give him an advantage, and he too beseeches God that his diagnosis may be correct and his treatment bring about a cure. He who is a sinner toward his Maker will be defiant toward the doctor.

GOD HEALS THOSE WITH CONVERTED HEARTS.

    Acts 28: 25 - 27

Without reaching any agreement among themselves they began to leave; then Paul made one final statement. "Well did the holy Spirit speak to your ancestors through the prophet Isaiah, saying: 'Go to this people and say: You shall indeed hear but not understand. You shall indeed look but never see. Gross is the heart of this people; they will not hear with their ears; they have closed their eyes, so they may not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and be converted, and I heal them.'

GOD HEALS ALL OF MY ILLS:

    BLESS THE LORD.

    REMEMBER GOD'S GIFTS.

    GOD PARDONS ALL SINS.

    GOD HEALS ALL ILLS.

GOD DELIVERS US FROM THE PIT.

    GOD SURROUNDS US WITH LOVE.

    GOD SURROUNDS US WITH COMPASSION.

GOD FILLS OUR DAYS WITH GOOD THINGS.

    GOD RENEWS YOUTH.

    Ps 103:2 - 5

Bless the LORD, my soul; all my being, bless his holy name!

Bless the LORD, my soul; do not forget all the gifts of God,

Who pardons all your sins, heals all your ills,

Delivers your life from the pit, surrounds you with love and compassion,

Fills your days with good things; your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

GOD HEALS THOSE WHO LOVE HIM:

GOD SHIELDS THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

GOD IS A STRONG SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

GOD SHELTERS THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

GOD GUARDS THOSE WHO LOVE HIM FROM STUMBLING AND FALLING.

GOD LIFTS THE SPIRITS OF THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

GOD GIVES HEALTH TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

GOD GIVES BLESSING TO THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.

    Sir 34: 16 – 17

The eyes of the LORD are upon those who love him; he is their mighty shield and strong support, A shelter from the heat, a shade from the noonday sun, a guard against stumbling, a help against falling.

He buoys up the spirits, brings a sparkle to the eyes, gives health and life and blessing.
