we're on our way.

after listening to recording session number one, i now realize that i have the potential of being the best female drummer ever. no exaggeration.

after a long meeting with my new york bookers, i am going to give being a new york based model a shot. this only puts fuel on the fire when it comes to 3000 pesos. i think the 2 months i took off for the holidays made me stir crazy. sometimes that's what it takes to start something that's been on the back burner. what's all this about heat and fire...

bonkers.

i need boredom advice.

i'm not complaining because 2 months off to be with my husband and kids (cats...not humans) is more than a girl can ask for, but i might go out of my mind in a bit.

i'm doing work for charity which makes me a happy lady, but that's like a day a week. what about the rest?

i was thinking about crocheting, but it's too hot in florida to think about hot things.

i was thinking about fixing my sewing machine to make a few sassy numbers, but i still believe my luggage will show up and then my closet will overflow and that's a mess.

i was thinking about rearranging the living room, but i did that last week.

i was thinking about joining the house wives of orange county, but i don't like california.

well, at least i have these monkey's to play with all day. i can play "find the 1/2 dead lizard" or my newest favorite, "hot lava".

only the shoes and bag belong to me.

this was right after i lost my luggage.

so it's been 3 weeks and still no luggage.
why?
and where?
where are all of my things?
who gets to indulge in my new boots and dresses and jeans and belts?
and why did i have to bring every thing i own this trip?
why?
i don't however feel how you would think you would feel losing all of yr hard work hunting for that piece you've been searching so long for, or wondering now why you had to spend that bit extra for one thing (or many in this case).
it's more a frustration. a frustration with the lady who's exaxt words were, "it's out there some where".
this lady may need to be shot.
and i am starting a war against american airlines if anyone is interested...or at least a war against said lady.

so there's this photographer that's back stage at like every show and loves putting me in glamour as the seasons new hair trend.
what's funny is he publishes it 6 months after the fact.
so am i ahead or behind?

skip rope.

so i made a last minute decision to skip london and milan shows this year which i'm ok with because last night was the most ruling gem store ross balls birthday party ever and i woudn't have missed it for the world!
since i have a few weeks off, i will be making a mini trip to tampa to hang out with the hubby, cats, family and friends.
i'm back to paris for shows after that and have a feeling i'll be there for a bit. i am absolutely in love with my incredibly ruling friends and need some soakage before i am back to the grind.
come catch me while you can.
