UNSERE Organisationen, Fathers-4-Justice/Families-4-Justice hat, um UNSERE Kundgebung zusammenstellen zu koennen mit sehr viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet. Eine, in welcher wir gemeinsam, als eine Nation stehen werden, um von unserer Regierung eine Reform zu verlangen.
Es wird eine Kundgebung sein, in welchem das Unrecht gegen UNSERE Kinder, in einem NATIONALEN Forum adressiert werden kann. Wir haben uns für Freitag den 13 Juni entschieden.
Zwei Tage vor dem Vatertag werden wir in allen 50 US Bundesstaaten und deren Hauptstaedte Kund geben. An diesem Datum werden wir von 12:00 P.M. bis 15:00 P.M. auf Aenderungungen der momentanen Vorgehensweisen in Familiengerichten plaedieren.

A rally where an injustice which is being perpetrated against OUR children can be addressed in a NATIONAL forum. We have decided that on Friday, the 13th of June, two days before Father's day we are going to gather at all 50 State Capitols/Statehouses UNITED. Sehr geehrte Frau Bundeskanzlerin,
heute verhungerte schon wieder ein Kind in Deutschland. Unbemerkt in Schwerin. Wo war da das "Jugendamt" mit seiner gesetzlichen Wächterfunktion? Vielleicht waren die Mitarbeiter gerade zu beschäftigt, weil sie Eltern ihre Kinder weg nahmen, da diese mit ihnen in ihrer ausländischen Muttersprache sprechen oder nach Meinung des zuständigen Sachbearbeiters zu dumm zum Kinder erziehen waren oder die Eltern ihre Kinder nach Auffassung des Sachbearbeiters vernachlässigten, weil sie berufstätig waren und die Kinder in dieser Zeit von einer Tagesmutter betreuen ließen? Sie meinen, so passiere Kindesentziehung in Deutschland nicht? Doch, sehr geehrte Frau Bundeskanzlerin, so geschieht es. Fragen Sie Herrn MarcinLibicki in Brüssel. Er wird Ihnen berichten, mit welch "brutalen Methoden" (Zitat) das deutsche Jugendamt agiert. Er liest es täglich in Hunderten von Petitionen von Eltern, die ihre Kinder nicht mehr sehen dürfen, obwohl es sich um liebevolle, fürsorgliche, gebildete und gut beleumundete Eltern handelt, die keines ihrer Kinder ermordet und im Blumentopf oder im Kühlschrank oder in Plastiktüten auf der Müllkippe entsorgt haben. Wissen Sie, dass Deutschland schon mehrfach wegen Menschenrechtsverletzungen durch Jugendamt und Famillengericht bestraft wurde? Wie können Sie dann andere Länder wegen Menschenrechtsverletzungen rügen, gleichzeitig aber nichts dafür tun, dass diese in Deutschland nicht mehr passieren? Sie beklagen, dass es immer weniger Kinder in Deutschland gibt und meinen, dies sei mit Geld zu ändern. Tatsächlich wagen politisch wache Frauen und Männer nicht mehr, sich ihren Kinderwunsch zu erfüllen, weil eine neue Inquisition im Land erstanden ist, die sich Jugendamt nennt und bei Denunziation Kinder weg nimmt und für immer entzieht. Morgen, am 22. 11. 2007, wird man in Brüssel erneut mit dem Finger auf das deutsche Jugendamt zeigen, weil Annelis Oeschger dem Vorsitzenden der EU-Petitionskommission eine Klageschrift überreichen und einmal mehr das verlangen wird, was Politiker in Deutschland nicht hören wollen: Eine Neuordnung des Jugendamts und die Einführung einer Fachaufsicht, damit behördlich angeordnete Menschenrechtsverletzungen an Eltern und Kindern auch in Deutschland endlich aufhören. Darum appelliere ich als Bürgerin dieses Landes an Sie als die gewählte oberste Vertreterin unser aller Interessen: Handeln Sie, Frau Bundeskanzlerin! Setzen Sie dem Jugendamt Grenzen. Die Rechte der Kinder, die Bekämpfung der Kinderarmut und der Schutz der Kinder vor Gewalt und sexueller Ausbeutung sind ein besonderes Anliegen aller EU-Mitgliedstaaten und der Europäischen Kommission.
Yabré Oumarou came to Germany in 1993. For three years he remained as an asylum seeker and married in 1996. In April 1996 his daughter was born. With the marriage Yabré Oumaou got a residence title and started to work in order to take care for his wife, who was unemployed...:
Some months later, Oumarou went to Burkina Faso to visit his parents. He took old clothes on this journey in order to give them to people back home to whom they were useful. Conflicts about these clothes which he had with his wife after his return finally lead to divorce.
In 1999, the foreign office in Lingen (Ems) refused to extend his stay permit, with the reason that he was divorced. After "Widerspruch" he was given a "Duldung" (tolerance), which was extended again and again. In October 2005 the foreign office Lingen decided to deport him to his home country Burkina Faso. On the14th of July 2006 he was arrested and since then he has been in deportation prison in the JVA Nürnberg.
The situation is especially dramatic concerning his daughter to whom he has a very good relationship. In case he is deported, Yabré Oumarou would be denied the possibility of regularly seeing his daughter and his 11 year old daughter would be deprived of her right of having regular contact with her father. But children have a right to and also need to have contact with both her parents - independent from the quality of the relationship between the parents. As a mixed child Sophie needs her father to develop her Black and African identity which the mother alone can never offer. A deportation would therefore not only be a dramatic intrusion into the life of Yabré Oumarou, who's been living in Germany for 13 years and integrated, it would also be a massive infringement of his daughter's rights.
According to §60a Abs.2 of the law on the residency, employment and integration of foreigners within the country (Aufenthaltsgesetz-AufenthG- "laws on residency") of the 30.07.2004 (BGB1S 1950) in the present case does not stop the concerned from deportation, as long as this is not possible due to legal or factual reasons. That means employment and integration do not play any role as long as the foreign office in Lingen persists to go on with the deportation.
Two attempts to deport Yabré Oumarou have already taken place on the 26th of February and 4th of April 2007. Both failed due to massive resistance of Yabré Oumarou's supporters. On the 5th of April the deportation prison was extended for another three month (for he fourth time!) The hearing took place without his lawyer so he had no legal defence.
Yabré Oumarou has now been in deportation prison now for nine month. - As he has not committed any crime this must be seen as a violation of basic human rights. The immediate and continuous threat of deportation is psychological torture for the prisoner.
We protest against this violation of the refugees and migrants rights and against this threat by deportation in Germany. This alone contradicts the logic of the protection by the basic human rights, which are consistently refused by court judgements. We appeal to the moral courage of the people, to the government and the society to guarantee us the freedom and the basic democratic values to give us security and a self-determined life.
We, the organisation of The VOICE Refugee Forum, The Caravan for the rights of refugees and migrants in Germany with The Association of Burkina Faso Community in Franken - Nürnberg therefore stand up for Yabré Oumarous release from deportation prison and for his permanent right of stay. We urge the authorities to use their possibilities in interpreting the laws in a way that serves the well-being of the people.

WE right stay! Yabré Oumorou is only one of the few victims known to us, several thousands of refugees and migrants have fallen victim to the German machinery of deportation.
En 1993, Yabré Oumarou est venu en Allemagne. Sa procédure d'asile a duré trois ans. Plus tard en 1996, il s'est marié avec une Allemande. En cette même année, il est devenu père d'une fille qui s'appelle Sophie et qui a maintenant dix ans. Par son mariage, Yabré Oumarou a obtenu un droit de séjour de trois ans. Il a alors commencé á travailler pour soutenir sa femme qui était au chômage.
Malheureusement, sa femme a décidé de se divorcer en 1999. Pour cette raison, le Ausländeramt de la ville de Lingen a alors décidé de ne plus prolongé son droit de séjour. Et en 2005 il a même été décidé de le rapatrier au Burkina-Faso. La police l'a alors arrêté le 14 juillet 2006. Depuis, il est en prison à Nuremberg.
Cette situation est particulièrement dramatiquement pour sa fille, qui il a de très bonnes relations avec son père. Car si Yabré Oumarou est déporté, il ne pourra plus s'occuper de son éducation. Pire, sa fille n'aurait alors plus le droit de le contacter. Il faut aussi rappeler ici que beaucoup d'enfants d'origine Africaine continuent à souffrir du racisme en Allemagne. Et dans ce contexte, Yabré Oumarou pourrait certainement aider sa fille à affronter des problèmes qui dépassent la mère de la petite Sophie.
Deux tentatives de déportation (le 26.02.2007 et le 04.04.2007) ont déjà échoué. Malheureusement le 05.04.2007, la détention de Yabré Oumarou encore été prolongée de trois mois pour permettre sa déportation. Depuis plus de neuf mois, Oumarou Yabré est donc déjà en prison. Alors qu'il a toujours respecté la loi en Allemagne. Et alors qu'il était bien intégré et qu'il n'a jamais demandé des aides à l'Etat Allemand.
Nous, The VOICE Refugee, la caravane pour les droits les réfugiés et à l'intérieur en Allemagne et l'association des Burkinabés de la région de Nuremberg, protestons donc contre la déportation de Yabré Oumarou. Et nous demandons qu'il soit libéré immédiatement de la prison de Nuremberg!
Yabré Oumarou n'est pas un problème pour la société Allemande. Il était bien intégré et il est essentiel de lui donne la chance de s'occuper de l'éducation de sa fille! Stoppt die Abschiebung von Yabré Oumarou - Vater eines binationalen Kindes
Yabré Oumarou kam 1993 nach Deutschland. Drei Jahre befand er sich im Asylverfahren, bevor er 1996 heiratete. Seine Tochter Sophie kam im April 1996 zur Welt. Mit der Heirat erhielt Yabré Oumarou einen dreijährigen Aufenthaltstitel. Er fing an zu arbeiten, um sich um seine Frau zu kümmern, die arbeitslos war.
Wenige Monate später flog Oumarou nach Burkina Faso, um seine Eltern zu besuchen. Er nahm Altkleider mit sich, die er dort verschenken wollte. Konflikte mit seiner Frau diesbezüglich führten nach seiner Rückkehr zur Scheidung. 1999 verweigerte die Ausländerbehörde in Lingen (EMS) die Verlängerung seines Aufenthaltstitels; als Grund wurde angegeben, dass er geschieden sei. Nach einem Widerspruch vor Gericht erhielt er eine Duldung, die immer wieder verlängert wurde. In Oktober 2005 entschied die Ausländerbehörde Lingen, Oumarou Yabré in seine Heimat Burkina Faso abzuschieben. Am 14. Juli 2006 wurde er festgenommen und sitzt seitdem in Abschiebehaft in der JVA Nürnberg.
Diese Situation ist besonders dramatisch im Hinblick auf seine Tochter, zu der er eine sehr gute Beziehung hat. Im Fall einer Abschiebung wird nicht nur Yabré Oumarou die Möglichkeit genommen, seine Tochter regelmäßig zu sehen, sondern es wird auch der 11-jährigen Tochter das Recht verweigert, Kontakt mit ihrem Vater zu haben. Dabei haben Kinder ein Recht darauf, mit beiden Eltern Umgang zu haben und sie brauchen den regelmäßigen Kontakt mit beiden Eltern als Bezugspersonen. Dies gilt unabhängig davon, in welchem Verhältnis die Eltern zueinander stehen. Als Mischlingskind braucht Sophie ihren Vater besonders um ihre schwarze und afrikanische Identität aufbauen zu können, was die Mutter ihr nicht geben kann.
Eine Abschiebung wäre daher nicht nur ein dramatischer Eingriff in das Leben von Yabré Oumarou, der nun seit 13 Jahren in Deutschland lebt und hier integriert ist, es wäre auch eine massive Beeinträchtigung der Rechte der Tochter.
Gem. §60a Abs.2 des Gesetzes über den Aufenthalt, die Erwerbstätigkeit und die Integration von Ausländern im Bundesgebiet (Aufenthaltsgesetz-AufenthG) vom 30.07.2004 (BGB1S 1950) in der z.Zt. gültigen Fassung wird die Abschiebung nur ausgesetzt, solange sie aus rechtlichen oder tatsächlichen Gründen unmöglich ist. Das bedeutet, dass auch Integration und Erwerbstätigkeit keine Rolle spielen, sofern die Ausländerbehorde in Lingen eine Abschiebung um jeden Preis durchsetzen will.
Zwei Abschiebeversuche (am 26.02.2007 und am 04.04.2007) haben schon stattgefunden, die zum Glück an der massiven Gegenwehr von UnterstützerInnen scheiterten. Am 05.04.2007 wurde die Abschiebehaft zum vierten Mal um drei Monate verlängert. Die Anhörung fand ohne Anwalt statt.
Oumarou Yabré ist nun schon seit neun Monaten in Abschiebehaft – dabei hat er sich keines Verbrechens schuldig gemacht. Dies muss als Verletzung grundlegender Menschenrechte betrachtet werden. Die unmittelbare und anhaltende Bedrohung durch Abschiebung ist für den Gefangenen psychische Folter.
Wir protestieren gegen die Verletzung der Menschenrechte von Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen in Deutschland durch Abschiebehaft und Abschiebung. So wird dem Anspruch widersprochen, den Schutz grundlegender Menschenrechte gewährleisten zu wollen – die doch permanent durch Gerichtsurteile verletzt werden.
Wir appellieren an die moralische Courage der Menschen, an die Regierung und an die Gesellschaft, uns die Freiheit und die grundlegenden demokratischen Werte zu garantieren, die uns Sicherheit und ein selbstbestimmtes Leben ermöglichen.
Wir, die Organisation The VOICE Refugee Forum, die Karawane für die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen in Deutschland und die Vereinigung der Burkina Faso Community in Franken -Nürnberg stehen daher ein für Yabré Oumarous unmittelbare Entlassung aus der Abschiebehaft und für sein dauerhaftes Bleiberecht. There is a plethora of examples where the victims of our lawless courts acknowledge the subhuman status of non-custodial parents (NCP). They use various terms to describe those who are denied their civil and/or human rights and their state of being (the conditions a person is subjected to play a major role in determining their state of being). Based on the criteria of the treatment of the
American NCP, which term is the proper one to use? We need to evaluate what is being done to them in order to determine which term applies best.
What should a NCP expect in return for their tax dollars and child support payments?
The loss of a loving parent-child relationship is painful and destructive to everyone.
Parental Alienation behaviors are behaviors done by a 3rd party, which interfere with the normal parent-child relationship. These behaviors may be done by the other parent, extended family, courts, or social services. They may include such behaviors as speaking negatively to or about a parent in front of the child, interfering with communication and visitation, and sharing inappropriate information with the child.
We advocate awareness of such behaviors, and the right of every child to love and be loved by both parents.
To accomplish this and bring to attention those who have it within their power to make positive changes, we must be NOTICED.
Parental Alienation Awareness Day, April 25th, is coming up soon. This year, we are asking for international participation in planning some sort of event to commemorate April 25th. Executive Director of Butler CountyChild Support Enforcement Agency Shares Concern Over Management of Child Support Monies
DENVER, CO,-April 2, 2007- The time has come to open the books and start federal senate investigations of the child support enforcement system in America. Executive Director, Cynthia Brown, of the Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency of Ohio agrees. Ms. Brown, who recently was seen on Fox, MSNBC, CNN, ABC and the BBC promoting her idea to put the pictures of "Deadbeat" parents on pizza boxes, feels there is a need for transparency.
"I find it ironic that an official, who's irresponsibility exposes children to the issues of divorce by putting pictures of "Deadbeat Fathers" on the covers of pizza boxes, would admit that the data she is basing her child support enforcement and collections on has a high probability of being flawed," states Richar' Farr, producer of the acclaimed television series, Any Dad.
In a recent government study, an issue which the child support enforcement system would like to keep secret from the American public continues. Across the nation, state treasuries hold in a combined national total over $500,000,000 of the children's money. These Funds called Undistributed Child Support or UDC is money collected by the child support enforcement agency from non custodial parents but not being paid to the custodial parent.
The agency then claims the money is either lost or the custodial parent and child cannot be found. These monies, are neither credited to the account of, or returned to, the paying non custodial parent. These funds, in as little as a year's time, are deemed by state law as abandoned property and redistributed back into the agency which originally collected the money.
"It sounds like a rip off scheme to me. So you mean to say millions of parents may be going to jail, loosing their drivers license, and having their credit ruined by no fault of their own? All this simply because of the incompetence inside the Child Support Enforcement System. A government agency that is loosing millions of dollars a year in child support payments. Maybe it is this system that is actually the Deadbeat. It is time to open the books and investigate the agency!" says Richar' Farr
When officials of this system are questioned as to the reason the paying parent does not get credit for the payment or why the money is not returned to the paying parent, the answers range from the vague to the absurd as in the example given by Child Support Enforcement Director, Ms. Cynthia Brown. "This is a legal issue", says Brown.
This practice is just one of the reasons which justify the need for federal investigations of the child support enforcement system in America. Allowing the child support enforcement agency to profit by their own incompetence while not applying credit to the paying non custodial parent is an injustice to children. Ultimately, it is the children who are being deprived of monies that should be going toward their support.
This is just one case of hundreds that have recently been exposed across America. This taxpayer supported system is flawed and inaccurately creates damaging stereotypes of non-paying parents. These false stereotypes are ruining the lives of innocent American parents and their children simply to garner wrongful public sympathy. Il prossimo 7 aprile, a Roma, si celebrerà la prima Giornata Mondiale della Memoria per ricordare tutti i papà suicidatisi a causa del dolore dei figli negati dopo la separazione.
Solo in Europa, nell'ultimo anno (fonte U.E.), si sono suicidati 2.000 papà per i motivi legati alla lontananza dai figli dopo la separazione.
La data simbolo del 7 aprile, ha origine dal suicidio del maestro elementare di Aosta, Andrea Sonatore, che il 7 aprile del 1996 si diede fuoco davanti al tribunale di Aosta perchè non gli facevano vedere la figlia dopo la separazione dalla moglie.
Altri Paesi nel mondo parteciperanno a questa celebrazione che lo scorso anno si tenne in varie città italiane (Roma, Milano, Caserta, Palermo).
A Milano intervenne ad esprimere solidarietà il premio Nobel Dario Fo.

April 7th, World Memorial Day
On the April 7th 2007, Rome will be holding the first World Memorial Day in remembrance of all those fathers who killed themselves, destroyed by the pain because the contacts with their children were blocked in separation.
Last year, in the European Union (source E.U.), 2.000 fathers killed themselves as they were prevented in seeing their children after the separation.
The symbol date of 7th April originates from the suicide of the Aosta (Northern Italy) Junior School teacher, Andrea Sonatore, who gave himself fire in front of the Court House at Aosta as the judge prevented him from seeing his daughter after the separation with his wife.
Many countries all over the world will be partecipating this celebration; last year this event has been held in several Italian cities (Rome, Milan, Caserta, Palermo). Nobel prize Dario Fo expressed his solidarity at Milan.

El próximo 7 de abril, en Roma, se celebrará el Primer Día Mundial del recuerdo, para conmemorar a todos los papás que se quitaron la vida a causa del dolor por los hijos negados después de la separación.
Sólo en Europa, en el último año (fuente U.E.) se han suicidado 2.000 papás por motivos relacionados con el alejamiento de sus hijos tras la separación.
La fecha símbolo del 7 de abril, tiene como origen el suicidio de un maestro de educación primaria en Aosta porque no le dejaban ver a su hija tras la separación con su mujer.
Otros países en el mundo participarán en esta celebración que el año pasado tuvo lugar en varias ciudades italianas (Roma, Milán, Caserta, Palermo).
Próximamente la lista de las asociaciones que se han sumado.

Kommenden 7. April wird in Rom der Weltgedenktag gefeiert, um sich die Väter in Erinnerung zu rufen, die Selbstmord begangen haben aufgrund der ihr versagten Söhne und Töchter nach der Scheidung.
Allein in Europa haben sich im letzen Jahr (Statistik der EU) 2000 Väter wegen der Entfernung, die sie zu ihren Söhnen und Töchtern hatten, umgebracht.
Das symbolische Datum des 7. Aprils hat zum Ursprung den Suizid des Grundschullehrers von Aosta, Andrea Sonatore, der sich am 7. April vor dem Gericht von Aosta angezündet hat, weil er seine Tochter nachdem er sich von seiner Frau geschieden hatte, nicht sehen durfte.
Andere Länder der Welt nehmen an dieser Feier tei, die letztes Jahr in verschiedenen Städten Italiens stattfand (Rom, Mailand, Caserta, Palermo). In Mailand hat Dario Fo den Nobelpreis für seine Solidarität erhalten.

Le 7 avril à Rome se tiendra la première journée mondiale de commémoration en souvenir de tous les pères détruits et poussés au suicide par la douleur de s'être vus interdits de contact avec leurs enfants suite à une séparation.
L'an passé, rien qu'en Europe, 2000 pères (selon les statistiques de EU) ont mis fin à leurs jours pour avoir été privés de voir leurs enfants après une séparation.
La date symbolique du 7 avril correspond à la date du suicide de Andrea Sonatore, instituteur à Aosta (Nord de l'Italie), qui s'est immolé par le feu, le 7 avril 1996 devant la Cour de Justice d'Aosta, parce qu'un jugement lui avait interdit de revoir sa fille après avoir été séparé de son épouse.
D'autres pays dans le monde entier prendront part à cet événement qui est célébré depuis l'an dernier dans différentes villes italiennes (Rome, Milan, Caserta, Palermo). A Milan, Le Prix Nobel Dario Fo, a exprimé sa solidarité envers cette cause.

Spiegel.de berichtet ueber zwei Kinder die in einem Wald in der Naehe der Deutschen Stadt Biberach von Ihren Eltern ausgesetzt wurden. Leider hat
Spiegel.de hat eine inkorrekte Schlagzeile veroeffentlicht. Hier handelt es sich nicht um die Eltern der Kinder, sondern um die leibliche Mutter und Ihr neuer Lebensgefaehrte.
Spiegel.de hat diese Tatsache in ihrem Report korrigiert, hataber durch die Schlagzeile zuerst beide leibliche Eltern oeffentlich als die Schuldigen angeklagt.

He was only married for half a year when Andreas Meinders ex wife, Claudia R. decided to move to her parents in Bunde. Since then Claudia R. ( using her maiden name ) is boycotting Meinder's court ordered visitation rights - contact orders with his daughter. Meinders little girl can not defend her human rights to have both parents equally in her life after her parents divorced! He told reporters - when I go visit my daughter, I am intentionally being kept standing outside their front door.
Numerous court hearings as well appointments with 'German Child Protective Services' / CPS where purposely negated by her, or where without results. 6 years ago she misconstrued Pastor Andreas Hannemann's documentations . Antje Hoss - who was working with ' The German Kinderschutzbund ' offered me help and support. She obtained temporary court orders for herself to support positive, in home childcare for my daughter. ..[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--> ..[endif]-->
Claudia R. also tried to charge Meinders with false accusations which where particularly distressing but luckily dismissed in German Courts.- Meinders opinion about Germany's Child Protective Services is modest. The District Courts tried to obtain CPS evaluation reports of the case, though Child Protective Services never bothered furnishing court requests. CPS District Spokes Person - Dieter Backer maintains - there are many similar cases. CPS simply can not enforce contact-orders .
Bacher also tried to point out that parents dismiss and ignore their old relationship problems, which cause parental disputes and as a result end up in family courts.
Meinders is well acquainted with family courts never less in the past ten years positive results where certainly not attained. Court agreements are dismissed by his ex wife, new judgements are far from existence in Germany's Family Courts.

Nunmehr kämpft er seit zehn Jahren. Die Kräfte schwinden, Verzweiflung naht. Doch aufgeben – das mag Andreas Meinders aus Flachsmeer nicht. Schließlich geht es um seine Tochter.Die sieht er seit der Scheidung kaum noch. Dabei hat das Amtsgericht das Umgangsrecht klar umrissen. In den Augen des mittlerweile gebrochenen Vaters boykottiert die Ex-Frau das Umgangsrecht massiv, macht die Tochter zur scharfen Waffe ihrer unvollendeten Aufarbeitung des Partnerkrieges.Die Ehe hielt nur ein halbes Jahr. Danach zog die Frau zurück zu den Eltern nach Bunde, wo Claudia R. heute wieder unter ihrem Mädchennamen lebt. Meinders empfindet es als „Schlammschlacht" was seither passiert: „Ich war oft vergebens in Bunde, weil ich meine Tochter abholen wollte. Trotz eines Termins habe ich niemanden angetroffen." Willkürlich halte die Frau das Umgangsrecht wahlweise ein oder nicht. So hat Meinders vom Sommer 2005 bis April 2006 die Tochter gar nicht gesehen. Selbst mehrere Termine vor Gericht oder Jugendamt platzten oder führten nicht zum Ziel. Zuletzt sagte die Mutter im Februar ein Gespräch beim Jugendamt ab. Besonders bitter war, dass sie Meinders einst kriminalisieren wollte. Das Vorhaben scheiterte vor Gericht. Zudem hat sie ein Gutachten missbraucht, wie Flachsmeers Pastor Andreas Hannemann im April 2001 schrieb. Von ihm bekam Meinders genauso Hilfe wie von der Kirche in Völlenerkönigsfehn und von Antje Hoß vom Kinderschutzbund. Die hatte das Gericht zwischenzeitlich als Ergänzungspflegerin eingesetzt. Noch heute lobt Meinders die Arbeit der engagierten Hoß. Mit dem Jugendamt des Landkreises dagegen hadert er: „Das Gericht hat Gutachten beantragt, die das Amt nie erstellt hat." Das Jugendamt hält seine Kompetenzen für begrenzt: „Obwohl es viele ähnliche Fälle gibt, können wir das Umgangsrecht nicht durchsetzen, sondern nur vermitteln und beraten", erklärt Kreissprecher Dieter Backer die Rechtslage. Laut Backer gründet solcher Streit oft auf nicht aufgearbeitete Partnerprobleme. Letztlich bliebe nur der Gang zum Familiengericht.Dort ist Meinders in den letzten zehn Jahren oft genug gewesen. Doch gab es keine Urteile, sondern nur Vereinbarungen, um die sich seine Ex-Frau nicht im Geringsten schert. Geblieben sind davon nur hohe Gerichtskosten, deren Zahlung ihn demnächst zusätzlich bedrücken dürfte.
