The Apex Raffle (I'd buy THAT for a dollar!)

Incredibly, we're almost three quarters of the way to our goal. Mary, fearing that the steam might go out of the subscriber/fund drive, created this nifty banner.

There is still time (but it's running out!) to put your name in to get one of nearly 50 INCREDIBLE items and services... for ONE DOLLAR!

Great stuff, cheap, and for a good cause. How cool is THAT?!?

We encourage you to slap this on your website, blog, or Myspace at least until Thursday night, when the raffle officially ends. That's when the subscription drive will end and I guess by sometime Friday we'll know if the madness has a happy ending or if Apex is eaten by the debt zombies.

Newest Assignment..
Category: Writing and Poetry

I got my latest assignment for Apex Digest, for issue #7. A story called "Blood Baby" by Jennifer Pelland. The story is disturbing, twisted... worth the cover price alone! And speaking of covers, the cover for issue 7 was drawn by Sandro Castelli, a fantastic artist definately worth checking out.
