God's Will

For David

When the worst of news

came you said" It was

 Gods will"

As I watched an excepting peace

 fall over you I thanked god for

 for him sending us a

 man.

Guided by wisdom, with kindness

 in his heart One who

 walked in peace never letting.

The sun set upon a

day with anger in his

 heart.

A soul who never turned

 away from flowing tears, always

 offering a lending hand

A man who never let

 a day be wasted,  living

 life to its fullest.

One who made dreams of

 others come true by encouraging

 them to be their personal

 best .

Your a man among men

 Our Lives enriched in just

 Knowing you

 Yes it was god will

 that you came to us

One who walked in peace

Yes it was god will

You came in our lives

Gods will you are a

 man of mercy and love

A being who I' am privileged

 to know. We love you

dearly David .I .and always will.

Waaahooo another challenge:The Rose Of Love

I've held the rose

 of love just once

 in my life

Its scent, intoxicating and

desirable. But filled with many

 thorns of deception.

I was pricked by

 its delusion, thinking I

 found love, but I
never really did.

A cascade of emotions-
My soul fell into
an abyss of sorrowful

pain.

 

I wove a ladder

of hope, and fashioned

meaning into rungs

Yet, the ladder was

 laced with painful thorns

with each rung climbed

I learned what love wasn't,

it was only then.

I was able to embrace.

The true meaning of

what lay within this

beautiful rose of love .

Waaaahooo a new challenge is up:Life

Life finds a way to

give back what was taken,

a cycle in which we

all exist.


If I should lose my

legs I shall move among

you upon wings of determination

 to find a new way

 of  life.


If I  lose my arms,

I shall caress you with

 my soul to show you

that arms are not needed
to embrace love, or to

 exist.



If I should lose my

 eyes I will see with

 my heart only then

 can you truly see who

 they are.



Weather it be, no legs,

arms or eyes, maybe We

may not have as much

as others no matter what

circumstance.


Life always finds a way

 to give back what was

taken, you only need to

have determination to find another

 way.

Caught within the confines of

 fiction and belief, existing within

 a hologram of what I

 was taught to believe.

Awakened from slumber unknowing by

 nightmarish illusion of what can

be accomplished beyond my reach.

I grasped blindly at the

 cage of truth. Hoping to

 release its wisdom, only to

 find what I sought dwelled

within me.

I was reborn in simplicity

of belief knowing a mind

 bends a spoon with thought
not the blank stare of

impossibility.

I must now bend as

 the spoon to realize my

 life's dreams in knowing with

 certainty  all is possible.

Awakened new beliefs guide my

path my life and knowledge

to utilize seeing my dreams

 upon the horizon.

Hi Folks:

 This is a challenge from Cheryl's Pal's Creative Collabs Corral

 

As the full moon of love rises

 hear the cries of a creature you

  created echoing within the winds of

 your indifference. 

The bite of sorrow chewed threw my

 very soul and I look for that

 which will heal my painful wounds.

When stars glimmer and shine It will

 transform into a stocking shadow wolf of

 retribution.

It will follow the scent

of betrayal and deception you

 have left behind.

Many moons may rise and fall before

it finds you and as the shadows

of fear engulfs your being.

 You will recognize what you have created

 and finally feel the pain and sorrow

 I felt as it takes a bite

 out of your very soul.

 When the full moon of love Rises

  I shall not fear. For the shadow wolf

of retribution will forever stand guard.

Waiting to take a bite out of

those who would desecrate and wound my

 soul.

 burning Erg deep within calling

It is one that I

must resist for it holds

no love for me.

How can I survive in

a dreamless world? Where no

 one cares nor looks beyond

themselves

Why I should cross

The line into existence in

 a world that  holds no

 hope.

If a chance be to choose

 life or non Exsistance it

would be life

To go forward to change the

 world filling it with hope

 love and selflessness

For those in the future

standing at these portals of

 life.

So there will no longer

be a question as to

choosing life or non

existence.
