To Room or Not to Room....

So I have been entertaining the idea of finding a roommate but still not 100% sure. I am a little iffy about it since I have had a 2/1 bad experiences in the past 10 years.  None of my friends are looking to move to the same desired locations so that leaves me 2 options:

1) Move by myself ( prices are outrageous for studios and 1 bdrms)
2) Find an awesome roommate ( Do you exist)?

If you are looking to move to Downtown Jersey City/Hoboken; Williamsburg
( Bedford or Lorimer Stop); Park Slope; Anywhere in Manhattan ( I have a friend who is a realtor who will waive the fee for us- we will just need 1st months rent and security deposit).

A little info about me: ( for those who don't know)

I am a 29 yr old young professional work for a non-profit/day school, friendly n goofy, extremely clean but sometimes messy ( in my own room- just w/ clothes) main areas are always spotless ( I will say that if there are dishes, hairs in the tub/sink/floor I will have an anxiety attack), love to make food for either you and I and friends, I like to keep it chill and quiet on the weekdays so no partying during the week and keep it civil on weekends, I usually spend my  weekends in Connecticut ( well as of lately) but would like to have a house guest sometimes on some weekends at the apt, you must have a stable source of income and rent and bills on time :)

I have noticed that there are some sweet deals on 2 BDRM apartments in the DWTN JC area. The problem is that I am very picky about amenities and locale- must have laundry either in the building or a block away, close
(meaning in a 1-3 block radius) to supermarket, deli, restaurants..etc. I know what it's like out there and have seen/lived in desolate areas,  just need to think logically and it will all work out!

If you are interested please contact me at shirigolani@yahoo.com and we can discuss in further detail- please feel free to REPOST this message.

Thank you so much for reading :)

I am a Gypsy.

I wanted to give some of you an update of what has been going on in my life ( to those of you who care, ofcourse).

Me and my boyfriend of 7 years have decided to go on to our own separate ways, which was a mutual decision and I am happy that we can remain friends, afterall he was my best friend and confidant for many years. This was really hard to do but it had to be done and life must go on. I will miss all aspects of being in a relationship spooning, cooking and eating fabulous meals together, cuddling etc... and now I will have to learn how to deal with me and myself only which I am in some way looking forward to. My new home will be in New Jersey and will be staying at my Dad's house rent free so thats a plus for me the minus is the commute on the train it is 40 minutes away. I finally plan on getting my license(shuddddup I know I am a loser) which I am quite thrilled about and dad is letting me drive his SUV!! woooohooooo!! The whole reason of staying in NJ is to save up for my move back to Israel in the summer, I am quite saddened at the thought of leaving some of my very special and dear family members and friends, you know who you are. I gotta admit, I will miss living in Manhattan and partying on the weekends but I do look forward to a great year in NJ in suburbia with my jersey girls!

So Feel free to visit me in HP!

xoxo

Anti Semetic Crapola.
Current mood: amused

This is why you shouldnt just add anyone to your myspace. this douche posted this idiotic bulletin and let me tell you that this is the most ridiculous suggestion of all times.

Was Israel behind the attacks of 9/11
Body: To tell you the truth, I don't know if they were, but I see no reason to rule it out except for the fact that I might be labeled "antisimetic" just for bringing it up. Please everyone, tell me what you think.

Read from bottom to top.

You have issues and I'am blocking you.

propaganda is when you intend to decieve. I am just asking a question that I think needs asking. I never said it was true, I just think it's a plausible explanation of what's happening. Do I have something against Jews? Well that depends on their intentions. If they want to take my freedom or if they want to decieve me, then yes I have a problem with them. If they want me to live well then I love em. History shows that Jews fuck people over, so you tell me, should I love them?

Propaganda. On what basis is this true?
an opinion does not equal facts.
It sounds like you have something against the jewish nation.

Well we know for sure that the official story is false and that 9/11 was an inside job. We also know that jews control our media. Ask yourself, who has the most to gain from 9/11. Certainly not the arab muslims. The jews and the neocons had the most to gain. Take a look at the news, we're fighting Israel's enemies in the middle east right now and a lot of people are now pushing for America to start fighting in Lebanon.

Does this mean you don't think it's likely? If so, why?

What a day...
Current mood: anxious

I had a well accomplished day today I went to work ( boring), but then I've been taking this amazing class at FIT and am enjoying every moment. when mommy/daddy don't pay for school and it comes out of your own pocket you appreciate it more and make it worth while. see I learned something yay!
I have lots of big events this month and next month for fashion week and I'm psyched to get hands on experience and meet people in the industry.
On top of that I've been working on writing this lengthy email to Michael Moore about possibly working w/ him on a documentary, hopefully he will read it and like it and respond! I'm very annoying about making everything perfect so I haven't sent it yet because I need to make changes/add stuff.
so thats it for now I guess I signed up on myspace more for my own theraputic purpose,to get used to writing so I can get better at expressing myself, and possibly humour others with my rubbish!

Enjoy!
