I Justed wanted to let all my friends(this includes that way cool author that I know AKA -Shane Moore)/family know that you guys really made my birthday wonderful.  It's only 2:30 and I have had serveral people call, e-mail, post, etc... me to tell me happy birthday!  It really means a lot to me that people take time out of their busy day to think of me...so to all of you thanks bunches...and love ya lots!!

Just sitting here pondering my life and I suddenly came to the realization of something, that frankly shouldn't have taken me this long to figure out.  Many of you know I try to see the best in everyone, but that gets me in trouble alot.  I have suddenly realized that the people in your life really shape and mold the person you are.

Important people that you count on time and time again in more ways then imaginable will time and time make you feel shitty about things, or let you down. I've learned that these "important" people in your life will continue to let you down only if you allow them to.  So my advice for this is DON'T let them.

Then there are the people that you have come to know will let you down and they will suddenly show you more love than you ever thought they could.  It may be something as simple as them listening to you, or them just stepping back and letting you vent about things.  These type of people do care about you, but only when they want to...Advice on this matter...be careful how close you let these people get to your heart.  Always have room in your heart  for them...just don't count on them...because they might not have "time" for you when you need them. 

Then you have your true friends....the ones that love you unconditionally...the ones that bring a smile to your face when you think of them...and they do the same.  The true ones will do anything for you regardless of the situation.  The ones that call to just say hi...or leave you a goofy message just to make you smile.  The list can go one.  A True friend will never envy, will never be jealous, will never hate...they will only be happy for you and will always be there when you need them. My advice for friends like this...Thank god that he has brought them into your life... theren't aren't too many people like this.

A word of advice for anyone who is reading this surround yourself with "good" people.  Not people who make you feel good about yourself every once in awhile when you're around them, and aren't there for you when it means the most...these people are often the people that are constantly talking about you when you're not around, or making you feeling shitty about the stupidest things.  Some people can put on a good front...but eventually their front will be let down and you will see their true colors.  A good way to realize a persons true charteristics is how they react when someone important to them needs their help and they have something "better" to do. So  surround yourself with people who make you a better person.  People who might being having the worst day of their lives, but will take time to care about yours also. Poeple who will give you an honest opion.  Their opions might not be what you want to hear, but they will be honest w/ you w/out making you feel like crap..  Well I have to go for now...but I'm sure there will be more to come

Coolest thing Ever!!-STL Baseball Fans Must Read

First off if you are reading this, and know nothing about professional baseball...it won't mean crap to you, so you could really stop reading

Okay so the coolest thing ever happened to me on Friday...Jim Edmonds called me!  No joke I am telling the honest to god truth.  I really have to thank my brother, because he is the real reason he called.  Here's the story...it was a beautiful afternoon and i'm sitting at work..the store phone rings and it was just my brother rubbing it in that he was on his way to have lunch w/ Jim Edmonds (I know he was much more luck than I)...then about a half hour later the store phone rings again...and I hear...Hello Celia this is Jim how are you...I about fell off my chair...It was totally awesome...yeah he talked to me for about 5 minutes..and then asked me out, and to marry him(ok...this might be a little lie)...but he really did talk to me for atleast 5 minutes...the best 5 minutes of my life...That being said I would like to tell my brother thanks, and I love ya lots...and your the bestest big brother in the whole wide world!!  Love your lil sis!!

so...here's the deal:  i've been 'tagged' by my pal from college, Nikki, which means i evidently have to write 6 interesting or little known facts about myself, it was kind of hard coming up w/ interesting facts about myself, so I did the best I could.  In turn, tag 6 other people to do the same...

here goes...

1.  I'm addicted to chewing gum

  2.  I have a nice jump shot, but I would prefer to make an awesome pass then to make a basket

3.  People have told me that I'm too nice

4.  I Love to sing!  This is scary if you've ever heard me sing :)

5. I love children, they are so innocent...and they see  good in everyone/everything.   Maybe the reason I love children so much, is b/c I still act like a kid 90% of the time. 

6.  I love to make people smile!!
