We are offering a pre-development offering of 30 homes sites for $20,000 each in a Music Village Resort, an artisan community with an hour of San Jose on a 750+- acre farm/rain forest within the Costa Rican National Forest. Our Music Village will be clustered within about 150 acres of home, villa and cabin sites, a small retail village with shops & restaurants, lodges and B&B's, organic farms & spas and other amenities such as horseback riding, hiking and of course live music as this will be the premier music destination in Costa Rica.

This is an eco-based community of artisans and other like minded members seeking an alternative to traditional developments. Our community is based on eco-preservation, education, entertainment and the arts. Music Village is a developer committed to conserving the nature state of the land, using 100% of the real estate proceeds to be directly invested into the resort infrastructure and development, creating a non corporate environment and creating a Green Community.

We are offering the initial 30 home sites at $20K each for a limited time to raise capital for the project.
We have 29 home sites remaining. You can chose from either a 1 acre home site or a 1/10 of an acre of a prime villa site.

Home sites are on the edge of the village creating a border between the village and the forest, a bit more set outside of the village. Villa's will be situated on the amphitheater with common area in between for patrons during events, these are more public and is idea for those wanting turn-key vacation unit that would be considered "in town".

Why MVR endorses RON PAUL - Are you enlighten on the FACTS? Music Village Resorts is the concept creation of a network of communities based on the arts, entertainment and recreation. Our village is one liberty and freedom, with the globalists agenda of creating a police nation, the concept of a Music Village would certainly conflict with the new direction of America. MVR is not interested in setting forth a political message and we have lost an estimated several hundred friends since posting our endorsement, however the issues facing American's is not just as simple as in the past. We are facing fascism and it's at our doorstep, pay attention if it is not too late.
This is being spearheaded by the Council on Foreign Relations which is supporting every candidate except Ron Paul. The CFR is controlled by the elite into an organization that effectively controls the leaders in our government, the media and the members of corporations throughout the United States.
Our liberties are in jeopardy and the American Public is totally unaware of this, the are focusing on their lives and what the media is cramming down our throats. All this information is available online, this is factual and with a very small amount of research, you will understand what is going on.
Ron Paul is the only candidate speaking about the sovereignty of America in jeopardy. He started his political career in 1976, a Bi Centennial Congressman and has left to return 3 separate times serving 10 terms over a 32 year period. Look at his tract record, this man has the best voting record in Congress and he is honest! A medical doctor with 4000 babies delivered, WAKE UP ... America needs Dr. Paul.

When speaking to Walmart employees, lashes out against the CEO making over $10 million when his wife works for a non profit whom the CEO earned $25,000. Greentree earned $100 million as a Non Profit, with 409 times less earnings than Walmart. A non profit earning a profit of $100,000,000 ? How can Obama speak with such hypocrisy? Do not be fooled by this smooth talking lawyer.
These candidates do not want to end the war, do not want to strengthen the dollar and they want a NORTH AMERICAN UNION.
The agenda of the CFR is globalization. one world government, one world currency, and one world order. If this happens, America is over and the rights we once had will be gone ... forever. Do you like what is happening in our nation right now? If you vote for any of these candidates, you are saying "yes, I like the direction of America"
With the festival community, we are poised to become targeted for these fascist actions of illegal searches & confiscations, abuse from tyranny such as being gassed or tasered and certainly this is a loss of our liberties. Our entire community is based upon our liberties and we often talk about the towns or venues that impose upon our rights and then it is off to the next show, somehow forgetting about the casualties from the weekend prior. We have been targeted more so than other groups, because we are younger in age, traditionally nomadic, do not represent status quo, easy target for contraband and many financially living paycheck to paycheck. Well, as festival goers' we have seen the tyranny, and this is not going away as it is only going to become much worse.
I am not asking for you to talk my word for this, see the facts presented and then investigate, research and enlighten yourself about "what's really going on"

This event will provide a wide range of entertainment and adventure, as with the initial offering off home sites within the village.

Chipola Update

Update on Chipola Music Village. Last year we option a 468 acre site outside Marianna, Florida. Our agreement included a "kick out clause" if another purchaser could perform the closing promptly. Our project is 100% of the co-operative of those seeking to purchase pre-development at a discount to contribute on the creation of the village, intern these are our investors. In our 3 months of our option on the Chipola site, we achieve a significant amount milestones on this project.
- Met with Jackson County Officials and had 20 year old laws modified in respect to festivals. After our inspection of the laws, it was determined events for 2 decades where held out compliance of local ordinances. These laws where put into place in 1978 to prevent a Woodstock type music festival from being produced. In short, we would have to create an entire mobile hospital to legally produce any event. This was obsolete regulation and we achieved our goal to change by the end of August.
- Created a national marketing campaign exposing the Music Village Resort concept and the Chipola Music Village. Though we did not successfully raise the capital to purchase the $5 million raw land purchase, we had reached an estimated of $2 million on potential reservations, however a cash purchaser contracted property prior to site plan approval of the proposed site plan. The current purchaser discovered the site from the promotion of the Chipola Music Village, then placed a contract for an eco-subdivision building modular green homes. This company has entered into 2 addition subdivisions with this seller. Our next sites will not provide a kick out clause, MVR had invested over $100k into this project.
We set ourselves short on this project. On August 5th we had entered in an option agreement, by October 5th we produced a festival after over coming major obstacles from the county, marketing and site preparation. If you didn't make our Founder's Festival, you missed the magic ... but then again so to many others, our event netted over 400 patrons, less than 80 paid. However, the doors opened are priceless! We have other sites in this market we are working on, stay tuned.

Team Music Village
Team Village We are seeking individuals & groups that may be interested in a ground floor opportunity in assisting on developing this new amazing niche in music. We are seeking professionals, skilled & unskilled, to assist in every phase & aspect of this project. Since we are a grassroots development organization, Chipola Music Village Resorts do not use corporate sponsorship or funding. As these resorts are to operate &be developed without corporate sponsorships or backing, our budgets are restricted by each resorts total value in real estate & memberships sold. To maximize the value for all those with an equity stake, we are developing these resorts with resources from those who want to be apart of something as outstanding as CMVR. We are creating an in-house team to assist in this vast project that will span a dozen or more resorts in outstanding locations over the next 10 years. Some positions will receive compensation, while others are volunteer. Our volunteerpositions come with the opportunity to advance into a potential full orpart time position, independent contractor, out source collaborator or vendor with Chipola Music Village Resorts, an individual Chipola Music Village or several villages as a tour staff. Permit modification by county
We are attending the Jackson County Commissioners meeting on Monday, this is for modifications to the current county code for festivals. Current code in place requirements to prevent events. We have met with the county administrator over this issue and how this code will hinder future development within the county.
