easter in the middle east

hello all...
you know its been a while since i last posted something on myspace...
and the reason is that i formated my pc and lost my password.. so finaly i found it back and i’m here back for good i hope so...
so get this poem by me about easter down here in israel....
easter in the middle east
the bunny is here the bunny is there
easter is everywhere
but not here in israel
the holly land
the land jesus christ walked on
the land that whitnesed his miracles
looks like we need a miracle
to joy
to celebrate
the easter day
the day god rose from the dead
and saved us from sin
no your not mistaken we’re talking about the easter day
yep the day the whole world celebrates
the day the christians say
today we get rebirth
we forget our sins and start a new road
but its minor
our easter is minor
everywhere people still believe in god
here we don’t
on a casual sunday
the church is empty
on holiday its overcrowded
there is no simpathy
believe not in our land
what can we say?
we said it all
the say:
we’re busy
we have to work
we have to study
we have too much to do
is it so???
even on easter in our small church
that is not that small at all
it contains more than 4000 people
you see only 600 believers
or maybe not so believing
its only for showing off
or maybe to see our friends
or maybe to get to know more people
to get chiks
to go out with your girfriend
to show you friends
what a beutifull miss teen you’re
going out with
or maybe a chance
to show your new bought clothes
or maybe
to get mens attention to you again
so what do u say about easter???

waiting for school

hello guys....
hey friends...
it's been a while since i last wrote a blog. i know its odd... you propobly think now that this guy writes only once a while and he is not so consistant...
well i wish i was able to be so, but sircumstanced sometimes don't leave me much time to write, sometimes i do not have time to shower even... work work work and more work....
well as you all know my job is a journalist and editor of a newspaper, nothing new about that... exept one thing, that i doing great, everybody in the sports journalism comunity has acnoliged my great leap in this field, being only 21 years old and the editor of a new website and newspaper, and being the first to get the news and publish them, is really hard, the gigantic leap the website has done, the success, is all my credit, its all thanks to me, if not me it would be just another sports web...
unfortunatly my salary hasn't been raised a lot, as it should be, and its because we still need time and a lot of more advertisment, i mean more income, to get the company on its feet, its hard to be a new newspaper and website, usually buisnesses prefer to put their ads on a well known newspaper instead of puting ity in new one... so i hope we get more ads and so my salary will get raised soon, cause i deserve that...
on sunday the new academic year begins, and i'm still waiting for it in anxiousy, i can't wait to start a new year, in a new university, studying new subject...
after spending two years of my life in the Technion (technological institute for israel) studying Chemistry and Material engineering, and not getting the best grades, i want to make a change and get a degree in something i love to do and work in, journalism and comunications, and also english language degree....
i hope that the strike that the heads of the universities will get some brain and let us start studying in the wright time and not delay it with their strike (wich is actually really just)...
now i'm going out of here to Sakhnin, for work, u know getting a scoop and few pictures there...

As you all know the Arab community I live in is very closed upon her self I mean that my community won't accept the idea of freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of sexuality, and a lot of other things… But what the hell, why should we be like that??? i turned out to be a writer a journalist and editor i'm only 21 so how come? its magic, its tallent its both, its believing in your self so give it a try i write so people can read, sports is my proffesion, and journalizm is what i do, if i haven't tried, it didn't go or never happened and i continued to be a worker all day long for a piece of bread so give it a try cause if you don't you'll never know where would you get never ever so give it a try try to do what you like try to do what you want try and try hard to become one of the best so give a try © Shahin Nassar this poem is dedicated for those who don't try new things, so give a try.. i never studied communication and jpurnalizm, but through hard work i learned all by working for two years as a typer in newspaper, then started in sports journal, and continued to work there for the last two years (i started 19 years old) now i'm thw editor... i've never dreamed of it, but once my arabic teacher told when i was in 10th grade, that the essays i write are like journal reports, and i could do really well in journalizm, five years later i'm the editor of a sport newspaper, and i still don't get it...

back and for always i hope

hey guys...
you don't know how much i missed you and missed being here and writing...
i wasn't being able to write for a long time cause i was working on the website i manage (www.donia.co.il) its a sports website, and we have also a newspaper that haven't been published last month cause of some changes in administration...
well on sunday we publish the newspaper with its new look...
a lot of stuff has been going on with me...
i told you once that i'm going to be promoted remember????
well there has been talks that i won't cause my ex cheif editor was to move and work in our new newspaper and website... i liked the idea for the first while, but this way i'm not going to be promoted... so i cracked my but and showed the manager that i deserve this promotion for being the cheif editor of our new sports newspaper... and it worked out... so this saturday i have a long day at work because of our new newspaper first time out LOL....
lets forget of work for a while....
I also once wrote that i was thinking of changing university and leaving my studies and start something new... well it happened....
i left the Technion (technological institute for israel) where i studied chemistry and material engineering and decided to start studying English language and letirature and communication in Haifa's university... well it's not that hard as studying in the technion and its less presure where i study three days a week instead of five that i had in the technion....
so more time for work, more time to write, more time for me, more time for hanging out with friends....
so c you at the beach guys....
have fun on the summer vacation...

back and not

hello guys...
happy easter you all
i'm sorry i wasn't here for a long time...
i know u missed me i did too...
i had so many things going on i didn't have time left for homeworks sometimes
well we the students these days are on strike... because the administration wants to enlarge the studying costs in israel... so now we are on strike...
as for me....
.i had a too busy week...
last week end on easter eve i had to work
i had a newspaper to edit... i sat down and fill up five pages of newspaper with articles and reports i wrote on friday and saturday..
i finished somewhat early and went to church for easter's mass at 11.30 at night...
the comments and replies on my work were wonderfull except for one mistake i made a wrong report i've got from one game, a wrong name of a player who scored a goal in soccer...
i'm still waiting for the grade for one last exam that i have to pass in order to continue my studies...
yesterday i had the chance of editing the sports pages on my own again... this time in "AlItihad" the newspaper i work on sometimes, they needed me last night... and it was a big night cause "Sakhnin football team" the leading Arab team in Israel draw a game and cealed their promotion isue for the first league in Israel... so i had to write two reports on it alone... something i never did on this newspaper before, cause the cheif editor always rewritten my articles, yesterday his brothers wife died, so i became the cheif editor of sports for this night...
and i'm waiting for comments on my work...
next year both newspapers and website i work in want me to be the cheif editor of sports... so next year i'm going to do less studying... i'm gona take a year off so i will be able to work more easily and freely without the presure of both studies and work...
from being the cheif editor of sports of one newspaper the only way to be promoted more is getting payed more... so my way up is almost done, i'm so close to the top of the pyramid i didn't believe that i will get to be here when you're only 21 years old... but thank god I am...
today we don't have studies so it's a day off for me...

finally a week off

finally i got a week off. a break of exams. i finished my exams, and now getting ready for the exams i have to improve the grades in....
a busy three weeks i had, work work work, exams exams, studies, and more studies, as you all already know...
this week i'm going to post a poet i wrote few days ago in the middle of the exams...its started coming to my mind in a calculus exam and when i got home wrote it and got ready for the next exam....
i'm great guys... hope you all are the same...
yesterday i went to buy some tobacco for my nargila, to smoke, after we finished of the funeral if my mom's cousin husband... i went to my friend Raja the owner of the shop... as he saw me at the other side of the alley, he shouted "Shahin, god bless you, you came at the right time"..i was surprised, i didn't know what he was tallking about, but i saw some costumers there.. as i aproached the place, i saw he was dealing with foreign costumers, and wasn't understanding a word of what they said.I said the "hello" regural greetings, in arabic, and they looked at me ( the costumers) and returned the greeting, in arabic too, but they looked to me as not arabs exept of the older man, who looked as a middle eastern....Raja told me that they were Persian (Iran) and they spoke english only (a language he couldn't speak), so it was my duty to help him...and we started a fast course in smoking and preparing a Nargila (Huka or Shisha), I teached them how to prepare it and how to smoke, answered their questions, and translated a joke.... Shahin: where are you from? Man: we're Iranians, From Canada...Shahin: wow, that great...Raja: translate this joke...Shahin translating the joke: plz tell Ahmadinijad (Iran's president) not to hit us, to send his rockets to the east..all: hhhhhhh (laughing)Man: well if was to speak to Ahmadinijad i will be in jail...its not a joke...this respond was unexpected, really, if a persian would enter Israel, he wil for sure be executed or at least have a life sentence... god help us...though i noticed the hot girl that was standing next to the man, was his daughter, she was wonderfull, maybe the most magnificient creature in the world, she was wonderfull, so beatifull, if we were in a different situation i would for sure try to flirt with here, but in this condition it was not possible....i still wish we were in different situation so i could start up with her and flirt...i took my tobaccco and left...
end of story...

new babies and kittens

well... i need to be congratulated...my cat ABLA as u all remember was prignant...today as i returned from the university... at about seven oclock i went to my dad's place... and we all came back home (my place, my zoola) to watch Barca's mach f.c. Barcelona - racing Santander mach wich ended 2 - 0 for barca....while we was there watching the game.. Abla came to me roaring... she sat on my leg, and when i was pading her, water started coming out of her pussy...emidiately i brought a blancket and placed her on it.... she started giving birth for the first kitten to be born...she gave birth of five lovely wonderfull kittens...all of them were black and white.. the same as she and most likely the father are....i will upload some pics tommorow for u all to see..
