I get to vote in my first presidential election and the front runners are a black dude, a chick, and a republican who says he hates war. One of the other candidates was to have been my favorite political comedy show host, and now the black dude is the official democratic representative, as well as supposedly near a shoe-in.

Thanks to my unlimited flat-rate country-wide calling abilities I get to spend all night on the phone with my favorite out-of-state non-relative person without going broke!

Devin, you are the shit and I love you so much and I absolutely cannot wait until I get to see my name written in sharpie on your bare chest at the airport!? Ha ha ha.

Thank you for making me cheerful and smiley in the midst of everything that doesn't make me cheerful and smiley, and I'm so sorry I'll be arriving in a month or two instead of in a mere three days as originally planned! The extra money for the 'within the year' flight rearrangement is totally going to be worth it.

Delayed gratification! We shall watch Rob & Big until our heads collapse inwards and I shall present you with a scarf, or at least try to finish it while I'm there as I doubt they'll let me carry-on knitting needles!

How god almost killed me

I overdosed!

So I have to take medicine for extreme, torturous cramps the first day every month, and yesterday was fine until I woke up in pain that night and took some more half asleep...and apparently crossed the line by a couple and then experienced awesome vomiting and heart racing and was freaked out when upon reading the package discovered advice that said something like 'if exceed recommended dosage seek immediate medicial attention even in the absence of symptoms of overdose'...so I looked online a researched symptoms, ect. of acetaminophen overdose and proceeded to be more freaked out and thusly woke up my parents. We called a pharmicist, and he made my mom stay home with me today to keep an eye on me in case I started having convulsions/dying. All in all, pretty sweet. I'm not sure I've ever been so fucking scared in my life, I was so cracked out on all the caffeine in that shit I was seriously panicking thinking I was going to have a seizure and croak. I can't take any tylenol, aspirin, ibuprofen, anything for at least a week or it might fucking kill me!
