Summer Update and My New BFF!

Hey everyone,

Hope you're all having a wonderful summer. This is actually the first summer where I didn't just lounge around in St. Tropez or a private beach somewhere--I didn't take a vacation this summer because it's been non- stop work.

I've been shooting the show, editing it, traveling to Europe to promote my handbag line and fragrance, designing my fall collection for my shoes and clothing line, and working in my studio on a new album. So professionally its been a very successful and productive summer. My favorite part of the summer has been the time I've gotten to spend on tour with my love Benj :) We always have the best time together and he's played some shows in some pretty rad places: Orlando for example, so we got to go to Disney World, which is always a blast! He's such an amazing boyfriend and so talented too...I love watching him perform on stage, so hot! :) Loves it!

Life couldn't be better; I have a great boyfriend and a new best friend. I'm so excited to announce that I've wrapped taping of "Paris Hilton's My New BFF." I've been LOVING every moment in the editing room, and am sitting there literally in tears, every day, laughing so hard at all the priceless moments from the footage. Also I'm thinking that a lot of the crazier scenes might just end up on the DVD....there is so much footage and even though some will be edited out as all shows must do, I want you to be able to see it and laugh as much as I have been! ;)

When I was little I loved playing with dolls. Now that I'm grown up, this show concept has given me my own real live dollhouse by having the BFF contestants. Imagine all the trouble and fun I could cause all at once just with a text on my blackberry, from me to them...I'm sure you and your friends do a lot of my communicating by text--it's crazy to imagine how important that has become. I will admit...I love texting :) So it was naturally part of taping the show with the BFF contestants...I can't wait for you to see how we used the messages throughout the show.

These kids are gonna blow your minds and touch your hearts with what they go through and reveal. They were sweet and fun and a little crazy! Ha...I can't wait for you all to see the drama of having these girls and guys living under my roof. It was definitely an experience I will cherish forever and never forget. I made friends that I will have for a lifetime.

Wednesday, we all got together at a hotel in LA and shot the casting special that you will all get to see in the next few weeks on MTV. I really wanted you guys to be introduced to these kids and see some sneak peeks from the show. It was so much fun to see everyone again. We had a great time. I took lots of pictures, so I'll post them soon. And because I had so much fun doing this one, I decided I need to find my new British BFF...Everyone knows I love LA. But London, watch out – I'm coming to town and bringing my fast-paced life with me. I'm in the UK all the time, but of course I can't bring all my friends, so I've decided to look for a new BFF across the pond. I need a best friend who is hot, who can keep up with me, and most of all, who is real and won't be a backstabber. I'm not leaving London until I find that amazing girl or guy who can meet the challenges of being my British bestie!I am so excited! London is one of my favorite cities in the world. Hi Everyone! I wanted to let you all know about something I am so excited about- my new Fall Shoe Collection launching at Macy's Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas on July 29th!

With the success of the launch earlier this year, my line continues to be inspired by high-fashion runways with a comfy fit, and the perfect price point! My new fall collection will give all you guys the first look at the hottest fall footwear trends.

See You at ComiCon!

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to make sure that if you are attending ComiCon or if you're in the San Diego area, you know about my panel for REPO: The Genetic Opera! I will be there tomorrow, Thursday, July 24th.

The cast, creators and I will be hosting a ComiCon panel to discuss the movie at 9pm at the San Diego Convention center, in room 6B, tomorrow night only. We will be showing clips from the film and talking about the making of this incredible project, so spread the word.

This is a special opportunity to hear from not only the cast, but from the people who brought this film to life, and I can't wait to share it with the ComiCon audience... I'd love to see my fans there, as always!

Clearing Up Rumors

Hey guys, hope you all had a great weekend. Once again, I am blown away by more lies that are going around, and wanted to clear them up with all of you. I'm sick of Page Six and other gossip sites printing completely false stories. It's not fair because these lies then spread like wildfire online and people begin to believe they are true, just because they read the same story on so many different sites. I am tired of not commenting on the rumors I hear and I think it's fair for you to know the truth.

From now on I plan to address these when they come to my attention. I still do not know why these stories get so much circulation--they cross the line between silly tabloid gossip into hateful speculating. They involve completely false rumors about not only what I allegedly do, but about the people in my personal life and family.

Page Six reported that I have moved into Benji's neighborhood, and that Nicole is upset by this...SO NOT TRUE! First of all, I don't even live in Glendale. Secondly, I have my own home in a gated community in Beverly Hills--that's where I live. I haven't been to Glendale in months. Where do they come up with this?

As most of you know, I moved away from my old--and very accessible--house because I was sick and tired of constant invasion of my private life. I love my fans but I could not leave for a meeting or walk my dog without a camera pushing inside my front door on to personal property. I feel so much happier and safer in my new home. I've been renovating it for the past year and totally made it my style. I've seen pictures online that are supposedly the inside of my new home, but they're not. Those pictures were taken off a private real estate site from the previous owners' interior. The house looks so much different and it underwent such a big transformation into my dream home. I couldn't be happier! :)

So anyway, back to what I was saying: I am thankful that I know who my true friends and colleagues are, and I encourage my fans to ignore worthless stories like this. There is too much going on in the world, and in your own lives, to waste time reading lies. Such a disappointment but as always, you'll get the true story from me!

I'm off to a post production meeting for my BFF show, and I hope you are all enjoying the beautiful summer!

Sick of Rumors

Hi guys, hope you all had a great weekend! I just shot the finale for my BFF show and I can't wait for you all to see it...I'll let you all know when it premieres, it's going to be amazing and everyone did such an incredible job.

I wanted to let you know that I've been getting messages and reading stories about an incident that supposedly happened with me and a pet store: I was catching up on news last week only to read a story about me walking by some puppies for sale, and demanding that I be given a Yorkie puppy to be an accessory for a photo shoot. These stories have gotten out of control and I want to clear some things up-

I wasn't looking for a new pet, I wasn't even at a photo shoot that day, (I was down the street at Benji's DCMA clothing store) and I actually have a Yorkie puppy. I love animals and the cruel things people say are not acceptable. Puppies are not accessories or toys and I love my own pets dearly--I treat them as if they were my children. Of course I support pet adoption from shelters, and I made sure that my BFF show involved a local one to spread the word about how these animals need loving owners. So it is sad that someone felt the need to invent a story about me throwing a fit for a dog that would "go with my outfit."

I have no idea where people come up with these stories and they are spreading to so many news outlets that I just have to speak my mind and clear things up, especially with my fans. I love you all and appreciate your messages, as always.

My New BFF MTV Show

My New BFF MTV Show

Hey everyone! It's been a little while since I last checked in. I've been so busy shooting my new show. It's been quite the experience, these people are amazing! Everyone of the contestants is very special in there own way. We are having the best time, it's been so much fun to meet such interesting characters. We've gone on some crazy adventures together. I even brought some of the contestants on trips with me to Japan and Las Vegas within the past 2 weeks. It's been a blast! It's so much fun to take your friends to places they've never been and show them experiences they'd never even think of. It's quite a site and its going to be an amazing show and I'm so happy and thrilled with what's happening everyday. But not everything is all fun and games, they've been through some very brutal challenges ,so I give them major props!! I still can't believe some of the things I've seen them do, quite shocking! But also very entertaining. And yes of course there's drama sometimes, but that's what happens when you stick a bunch of fun, crazy girls together in a house together. The only part I hate about the show is doing the eliminations, it is so hard for me. And it gets harder every time cause these past few weeks I've really became close with all of them and it's hard to have to let them go. It's actually very emotional, everyone is pretty upset every time we have to do one. But even though at the end of this I can only choose one of these people to be my best friend, I know in my heart that I've met some people on the show that I'll be friends with for a lifetime. I love them all and I can't wait for you all to see the madness!! But you'll have to wait till September when it airs on MTV.
In my personal life, I am still very much in love and happy. He has been so supportive throughout the show, coming to visit me at set everyday. Life is good. Check out Benji's blog at www.GoodCharlotte.com He took some pictures of our fun lil trip to vegas this weekend with some of the potential BFF's, it was such a fun weekend!! I hosted a party at Tao, it was a great night there. Some of the girls had never even been to Vegas before, so it was fun to show them vegas my way. They had the time of there lives. Also my friend Jeff Beacher threw us one of his infamous Beacher's Madhouse After parties over at the Mirage Hotel Mansions. There were some pretty hilarious performances and I even got cut in half by a magician. Such a great weekend! Hope your all having a great summer! Speak soon, love you all!!

Hey everyone! I am so excited, we have finally started taping my new show for MTV. I just want to thank you all for sending in your videos and applications. The response was massive and incredible, we had more applicants then any show in history, so that felt really nice that so many people wanted to be apart of it. I met all the contestants on wednesday night. I had them all meet me at the club Les Deux. I was a little nervous at first cause I always get shy meeting new people. But everyone ended up being very sweet, cool and fun to be around. I'm really happy with the final contestants, although it was really hard to pick only 18 people from so many great choices. Today I had the team from Fred Seagal Beauty come do makeovers on these girls and boys and the results were astonishing. They all looked stunning and beautiful and hot! So much fun! I love doing make overs on my friends .I have to do an elimination tomorrow, meaning telling one of the contestants that they have to leave. I am having anxiety and really dreading those moments of all the eliminations. But it's going to be a lot of fun and a these people will get to have a fun experience and I'm happy cause I feel like I've made friends with some of these people already.

I’m in London-May 15th!

Hi guys!

Hello from Moscow. It's so beautiful here. I leave tomorrow for the UK and am excited to announce that I will be celebrating the launch of my new fragrance, Can-Can, at Selfridges department store in London, on Oxford Street May 15th (this Thursday!).

I will be at the store to see all my London fans from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. To make sure you get in, VIP passes will be given out when you purchase any of my fragrances from the Oxford Street location on May 14th (the day before).
