random happiness

Was in Madison last weekend. For some reason the trip there covered my van in a blanket of dust. On my way home, I noticed, someone had drawn hearts all over my back window. This made me happy.

Was chatting with a very beautiful woman. Out of the blue, she called me handsome. this made me happy.

Every time I come home from work, Ditto has been sitting in the window watching for me. His happy eyes make me happy. Ditto has turned into a regular snuggle bug with me. He still shy from others, but has been jumping up on the bed when I get ready for sleep, and keeps my hip, or legs warm. This makes me happy.

Random happiness. :)

personal post

Work nearly killed me Friday night. Seriously.

Did a photography shoot on Thursday for submissions to spellcraft magazine. Need to devote all of my attention to photoshoping the details today (sunday).

So unless you have Tits, offering back rubs, or have sexy feet for me to nibble on, I'm pretty much not going to be available today.

Haven't been sleeping right lately. The way things have been going...

Check internet
Get so tired almost pass out in my computer chair
Hobble over to bed.
Ditto snuggles up to my hip
And I lay hoping to pass out, which doesn't always happen.
If not, instead of listening to my thoughts, I turn on cable.
Try not to roll around too much cause I don't want to roll over the cat, or am just comfy with him sleeping there.
After a while, turn off TV and bore myself to sleep.

Then
Two hours (or so) later, I wake up from odd as hell dreams
Get up to head to the bathroom.
But when I get back, I can't fall back to sleep.
Get jealous cause Ditto has not moved yet.
When no sleep occurs, i go play some WoW till I get tired again and repeat process of trying to fall to sleep.

My dreams have been odd lately. But, of course, when are they not odd?

I had a dream of a friend of mine that I like to go to dinner with. So the dream actually starts out with us at dinner. Apparently she tells me a story about going out, getting a tad drunk, and having an affair with a guy who's got a twin brother. Shortly after their night of fun, the guy and his brother are killed in a car accident. Later, after that, she finds out she's pregnant. Now she wants to get an abortion, because to keep the child would mean she has to tell her boyfriend she cheated on him. But she doesn't want to get rid of the child, because she knows the brothers mother has nothing left of her children. She's telling me all this, because she wants me to get her in touch with a psychic to try and talk to the dead brothers spirits and consult her as to what to do.

I did warn that my dreams are a little odd, didn't I?

Other dreams. I am a music producer, and have created to perfect harmony. I get so caught up in the music that i sing it everywhere. And end up singing it till I wake up humming something. And just as I realize what the dream was about, the song is gone from my memory.

Next... I'm a helicopter pilot in the Vietnam war. the chopper is getting shot at by almost invisible soldiers in the jungles below. I tried to out maneuver the gunners, all the while hoping and preying that the boys in the back can shoot the fuckers trying to shoot at us before one of them gets too lucky and brigs the chopper down. Suddenly, bullets shatter the glass windows!

Next... There's this girl. I'm in love. We are shopping in a groccery store and bickering over silly things like will the dogs eat synthetic bacon dog food. But we bicker more because, it's just fun to bicker with each other. But it's even more fun to have cart races down the isles!

These are just a few of the dreams I've remembered. Most of which seem to have occured in the span of 2 hour sleeps.

I'm so tired. Got little over an hour before work is over and I can try to go and get some sleep. Ha!

This is a test. A test to see if myspace will allow me to link a page from my web site, like almost everyone else can.

I am performing this test because myspace has declared the link on my front page as a spam site. which it is not. It's my photography site.

My artist hero Beth Bajema posted a new blog about her new book coming out, recently, and had a link to her web site for it which myspace not only let you go to the link, but popped up their silly warning page abotu leaving myspace by a third party link. You can find her post here:

New phone

And it's purple!



Was going to try and change my service provider from T-mobile to Verison, because I wanted a certain phone that only Verison carries. But I'm stuck in my plan till june of next year. :( So the place I was at gave me a discount on this phone. Yay! Actually they were going to give me an exact replacement on my old phone, but it was blue. When I saw the purple of this phone I went "MUST HAVE!* Just so happened this phone was a tad cheeper too, so bonus!

So, if ya love me, you can still call me! ;) Just gotta wait till the battery charges. LOL!

Phone broke

there seems to be a repeating epidemic here with me and Cell Phones. I'm starting to believe that there's some mysterious curse between me and those little pocket buzzers, that causes me to break them once every two years.

So the question was asked

"Do you believe these people that call themselves some kind of mythical creature?"

That's what I was asked. This was in a reference to an elf girl I know. But the person asking also was questioning a vampire person (or two) that I know, as well.

Okay people, here's my answer.

I  know people that call themselves Faeries, Elves, Werewolves, and Vampires. Just like I know people that call themselves Punks, Emos, Goths, Skaters, Hippies, Metal, B-boys, Gangsters, Yuppies etc. It's a choice of a life style and sometimes even a choice of fashion. These people are not saying they are going to bite your neck, steal your muffin (although I'd still keep my muffin in plain site around them Fae), or run around the night time city streets, naked, baying at the moon.

Society, in general, has got to stop thinking of names in such a broad general category. But I will be waiting till the day names like "Hippy" and "Punk" become the status of that like myths. "Dude, were you really alive during the times people shaved their head in mohawks and dyed the remaining hair weird colors like green, purple, or blue? Wow! That's so ancient!"

"Is he really a vampire?" Yes, he is.
"Is she really an Elf?" Yes, she is.
"Is he really Emo?" Yes, he is.
"Is she really a Geek?" Yes, she is.

They call themselves it, that's their choice, their lifestyle. And we still live in the land of the free, where calling yourself a Spartan and dressing up in red speedos with matching red cape for your morning walk around the neighborhood, is still your free choice.

Now stop fucking asking me.
