Speak of the loveliness of paws, each delicate grey toe, soft as bunting, each arch lifting finely in its practiced way.
Notice the pink cupped ears, thin, translucent, glowing like light between our fingers held to flame, soft ears ruffling as leaves at the slightest breath of something not its own and not its own heard stirring.
Sage is a very classic herb. You tend to use intelligence in making decisions instead of brute force.
You are the type of person that people want to get to know and be friends with. You don't feel as if you have to impress people because you tend to be very self assured.
At a party you would be happy to just sit in the corner and watch people, or perhaps find someone to have an intelligent conversation with.
You prefer to think before you act, as you are rather analytical. You can be both dazzling and graceful. People tend to notice you without you trying to make it happen.
You may not be religious, but you are very spiritual. You desire relationships that last rather then passing ones.

Chocolate Connoisseur!
59% Chocoholic!
You do know your chocolate. You may not be a chocolate monger, but you do tend to enjoy the culinary candy bar experience enough to know your stuff. I imagine you are one that uses a candy bar to get you through the sad times in life. Nice job!

Keira Knightley
57% Eyes, 19% Nose, 42% Mouth, 45% SexyCute
You seem to enjoy big eyes, small other features, and a sexy demeanor. I actually skewed Keira toward cute in the test, due to the specific pic, but generally she's pretty sexy indeed. Big eyes, small nose, smallish lips. Keira is hot. Hot, hot hot. Which is probably why she's been in about sixty movies in the past year.
You are 54% Passionate, 45% Romantic, and 60% Experienced!
Kiss Me, You Fool!
You adore sweet, super-romantic kisses with dramatic flair. You probably have some idea what kind of wedding you'd like to have. You want sunsets, fireworks, the whole shebang. Did you watch a lot of Turner Classic Movies growing up, by chance?
You believe that kisses are serious business, and that they're best used to express strong affection or love. You've had a lot of kissing experience, and your Romance rating of 45% is quite high. You're also an experienced kisser, but while you've probably found yourself swept away once or twice by a romantic or mysterious stranger, you still value courtship and first kisses over sweaty make-out sessions. This means more often than not you'll take a sweet, lingering, meaningful kiss over a hot-n-dirty spit swap (though you're certainly amenable to the latter once you know someone well). You just have to be wooed properly, and you'll give your sweetest, most tender kisses to the lucky kissee of your choice.
We didn't really mean the "Hopeless" part. There's plenty of hope for you. Just stick with The Real Deal, The Traditionalist or The Boyfriend/ Girlfriend, and you've got a made-for-movies ending guaranteed.
Whatever you do, just stay away from The Smooth Operator. (Unless you're really into those scenes where the girl drinks a jar full of her own tears. In which case, carry on.)

Ukiyo-e "pictures of the floating world", is a genre of Japaneseand paintings produced between the 17th and the 20th centuries. it mostly featured landscapes, historic tales, theatre, and pleasure. Ukiyo is a rather impetuous urban culture that has bloomed in popularity. Although the Japanese were more strict and had many prohibitions it did not affect the rising merchant class and therefore became a floating art form that did not bind itself to the normal ideals of society.
People that chose Ukiyo-e art tend to be more simplistic yet elegant. They don't care much about new style but are comfortable in creating their own. They like the idea of living for the moment and enjoy giving and receiving pleasure. They may be more agreeable than other people and do not like to argue. They do not mind following traditions but are not afraid to move forward to experience other ideas in life. They tend to enjoy nature and the outdoors. They do not mind being more adventurous in their sexual experiences. They enjoy being popular and like being noticed. They have their own unique style of dress and of presenting themselves. They may also tend to be more business oriented or at the very least interested in money making adventures. They might make good entrepreneurs. They are progressive and adaptable.
Eat Me....A finer tweak on a previous work. I've entered a few poems on PoetryWars.com. Go take a look and take in some works from other authors as well.....
Mi Abuelita
Current mood: I’m not really sure how I feel...
I was going to try to write a poem about my grandmother, but I couldn't. I couldn't bring my thoughts together to make sense of what I was feeling. The more I think about her, the sadder I get. My mother sent me an email today to tell me that my grandmother was recently diagnosed with bone marrow cancer. She didn't call me...she told me through an email. My grandmother lives in Mexico and I haven't seen her in about ten years. I always thought there would be more time. But then time is fleeting..right? At this moment, I'm feeling a mixture of sadness for my grandmother who is very special to me and anger at my mother for not telling me sooner, and not choosing a better way to tell me.
So now, I'm going to vent. You may choose to read this blog or not but its aimed mainly at my mother, who is probably reading it now as you are too. Now I know my mother is equally upset, because afterall, this is her mother. But I just don't understand. My grandmother raised me. I'm feeling guilty for not having seen her for ten years now. And although my mother told me once that my grandmother cried when I was born, not for being happy at my birth, but because she thought she was too young to be a grandmother. ( I actually think that's funny) My grandmother took care of me until my parents got their shit together. I was almost four by the time my mother got custody returned. I've never really talked about this before with my mother (really just my therapist) because there are still alot of hurtful feelings, resentment, and anger towards my mother...but I'm dealing. I will always be grateful to my grandparents, and especially my grandmother, for taking care of me. I cannot put into words how much they mean to me. I'm not ready to say my goodbye to her yet.
Okay, so the email I received today had a link to an outside website explaining what my grandmother had. This is what the website had under Prognosis:
""No good beating about the bush - this disease is a killer if you are too old for a bone marrow transplant and maybe even then. The only question, "how long will it take?" But the inevitability need not be too depressing - after all, we all have to die sometime. As the old saying has it, "The only certain things in life are death and taxes!"
Look at it this way ....... those of us with cancer have an advantage over someone incurring a sudden death, say, in an accident or from a heart attack. They die with no chance of putting their affairs in order, saying goodbye to loved ones or generally tidying up their life's end. We are given that warning some months, or even years, ahead. So we must make good use of the time available to us.""
I'm not sure how to react to this. My family has asked me to pray for my grandmother (to a god in which I don't believe exists [ironic somehow], that's a whole other story for an entirely different blog.) I'm trying to maintain hope while soaking in the idea that my grandmother isn't too long for this earth. And while I imagine my own feelings of helplessness, I'm trying to step outside my own selfishness and know that's its probably not even close to what she must be feeling right now. And while I don't want to let her go, I can't begin to imagine the fear, anxiety, or pain she must be feeling (or my grandfather for that matter.) And damn, she's not even gone yet and I'm already preparing for the worst. I can try to empathize, but then I'm not the one who is dying. I can't wrap my head around the idea of what it must feel like to know that your time is short.
And this, this is what makes me sad beyond words. I can pretend to understand that death is inevitable, but this is "miabuelita". And I'm angry that such a beautiful, caring, and wonderful person has to end her life in such pain and sorrow. So yes, it is nice to have time to get your affairs in order. But then sudden death means no pain...no waiting...just goodbye.
