Custom Painting Requests (A Fun way to WIN BIG)

Want a Custom Original painting, with out the high commissions that follow. I always have clients who request custom paintings. (For the fun of it) I wanted to try something new, for both you the buyer and me the artist. This Blog is created for you the buyer to submit a custom painting request. Your request will be accepted and completed with in a 3 week period. There is a catch! Your painting will be painted on the canvas of my choose. The size of the painting is entirely up to me the artist. You can't submit a image! Your description can only be described in words. So please be very specific. One other thing, your painting will be listed on eBay, with a starting bid of 0.99 cents, and will be listed for a 10 day period . This way you can get a great deal on a custom original, and have lots of fun doing so. Please feel free to contact me with any and questions.

Value of ART

The true value of art, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder A great painting to me has many elements that must come together, composition, light, color, depth, and finally a message. These elements are not easy at best to perfect, therefore it is for our enjoyment and amazement; to admire and value as being important. It takes a lot of skill to make art, it encourages creativity in people. Art is an expression. Art is similar to writing a novel, you need to be skilled in your trade and passionate and willing to put a lot of effort into it. Art challenges our normal way of thinking. One might think the whole world is about politics and religion, I beg to differ. One can see art in anything. One can act upon that feeling and paint a picture, or one can ignore the art and just see it in their mind. Art is going the extra step and expressing your feelings in a way that no paper on words could write, no prayer to God can explain, just pure art on a simple canvas. Thank God for art.

3 Children’s Book. Magical Fairy Tales

Update!
All of my themed series painting will be used in my up and coming children's books. The books will basically be used as a story book/ table art. All 3 books will be volume 1 first series. The size is unclear at the moment, however it will be no smaller then 8x10 and no larger the 12x16. Each image will have there very own story and original title. The first 50 books will be special edition, and. will only be offered on eBay, all 50 books will numbered singed and will come with a COA. I will keep all buyer of my art posted on this Blog and via email.

Career
Career:
I have over 14 years of professional experience in the art industry. my education is hands on experience. (self taught) I would have to say most of what I know and love comes directly from the movie sets. I was a special effects makeup for many years. Now I'm a full time Free Lance Artist.
Although A large percentage of my clients prefer my fairy tale landscape paintings, My subjects vary from fantasy, figures, portraits, floral, gardens, landscape, cityscape, and nudes.
My styles would be classified as Post Impressionist.

Commissions / Free Lance jobs

First and foremost I'm a Post Impressionists Artist. My subjects are Fairy Tale Landscapes. Please familiarize yourself with my style before contacting me - I mostly accept commissions that are done in the style of my original work. Commissions can vary from Murals to book and magazine covers. The fee is based on size! $1 per square inch! I require 50% of the total up front to cover material costs and as a deposit. I always email a scan of the finished work, and make as many revisions as necessary before the final payment is due. 100% client satisfaction is my ultimate goal. I am a full-time Free Lance artist, and at any given time I am usually working on commissioned projects. Typically there is a 2 week "waiting list". Please be sure to contact me with plenty of time in advance of any deadline since I do occasionally have a waiting list (particularly around holidays). From conception to shipping I can usually finish a piece within a week, depending on size and level of detail. Please feel free to email me with your request!
Note: although commissions are custom, I still own the copy rights to the Paintings! If you would like to own all rights, I require a additional $2.00 per square inch, A contract will be made to your benefit.

Prints of my original

I know a lot of Artists offer Custom replicas of their originals. I personally feel that it's extremely disrespectful to the new owner of my original. There for I will only offer prints of a original. I hope that you can understand and respect my wishes. If you can't find a print of my originals, please email me! Most likely the painting is in rest for drying time. in order to have a optimum print the original must be completely dry! Or there will be a slight glare in some areas of the print.
Prints are only offered in the same size or smaller then the original. This will always guarantee a great print.
