    It was a beautiful a day in San Diego. As I rolled off of my Ivory Tower this morning I read the work of my favorite freelance journalist. It was a well researched and well written piece of journalism detailing the treatment of San Diego’s "staggering" homeless population. We would all rather shield ourselves from the "reality" of our city which is supposedly home to 6,968 homeless, although the article the cracked investigator cites puts that number at 4,400 and the very source she gets her figure from says it is a figure for the urban and rural areas, but I guess that would require a perilous amount of research to unearth the well kept secret that San Diego is a county in addition to being a city. From the executive summary of the Regional task force the author cited:
The San Diego homeless population is divided into two general groups: urban homeless persons and homeless farm workers and day laborers (also referred to as rural homeless). Current Point-In-Time estimates of the homeless population in these two groups total at least 6,968. This puts the homeless population at a staggering .2% of the County’s 2,941,454 people. The accurate blog went onto tell the horrible story about "what was going on recently with a similar park bench/homeless issue in the upscale La Jolla shopping district of San Diego." Apparently all the way from the East Coast, the writer found out that not only has this part of San Diego replaced their existing benches with models similar in design to this model,

they’ve even grown "a coalition of activists who’ve decided to entertain the idea of 3 hour benchwarmers" to keep homeless people from being able to sit on the bench. This coalition according to the author’s source consists of Esther Viti, and.....Esther Viti, "along with a plethora of other like-minded assholes thinks "transient" people ought to keep on movin’ due to being a nuisance to the eyes of uppity shoppers." According to her source "Viti said no one has offered to sit a shift yet. Some potential recruits expressed concern that the bench brigade could provoke retaliation from displaced transients."
    I was shocked and dismayed. They allow homeless people to sit on unoccupied benches in La Jolla???? I decided to check this out for myself. I left my apartment which is a art deco style abode constructed entirely of homeless people (the irony isn’t lost on them), after unsuccessfully attempting to get the bit and reins into the mouth of the bum littering the sidewalk in front of my apartment, I kicked him and went on my way. I jumped over a few more bums and got in my car. I raced up to "the upscale shopping district of La Jolla." This mall has cleverly disguised itself as the village of La Jolla, complete with beaches and multi-million dollar homes.


On the way up we encountered the San Diego Police Homeless Outreach Team. They were no doubt on their way to La Jolla to reach out and beat some homeless folks, Haitian immigrant style, and ship them to the low rent shopping center Chula Vista, or maybe all the way up to the shopping plaza Los Angeles.

Although I initially agreed with the Esther, I think she needs to wake up and smell the bum piss. If we are truly going to get rid of the homeless population the only way to do that is ignore Promote La Jolla’s  mission of economic revitalization, preservation, promotion, physical maintenance of the business district, parking management, and working toward parking solutions. That’s right, let the homeless people pile up in front of your stores and scare off your wealthy customers who provide tax revenue that contributes to the $7 million spent anually on homeless programs. Of course you may lose your job in the process, but at least you know you will have a nice bench to sleep on in the upscale shopping district of La Jolla.
       The informative blog went on to talk about purposed legislation in Santa Monica to " make it illegal for the homeless to sit down anywhere in the downtown district or to even speak out loud." The author isn’t sensationalizing at all. Read the city council agenda item for yourself. "The Third Street Promenade is one of the two most popular venues in the City, hosting throngs of visitors throughout the year.  Crowds on the Promenade often number in the thousands per block.  However, the street furniture on the Promenade provides seating for only about 100 people.  Moreover, many visitors have special need of places to rest.  This includes the elderly, the very young and the disabled.  However, the limited seating is often unavailable because it is monopolized by persons who use it for hours at a time in order to solicit donations." THOSE GOD DAMN ANIMALS AT CITY COUNCIL WANT TO BAN PANHANDELING ON A CITY STREET SO THAT THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED WILL HAVE A PLACE TO REST!!! Those sorry old bags need to toughen up, some people need to beg for booze money, and they shouldn’t have to forgo that right so some diaper wearing geriatric doesn’t keel over dead from a heart attack.  They are trying to take away that bums freedom of speech. Just read "This approach would respect the First Amendment rights of those seeking donations. They would still be able to seek donations on the Promenade and from benches outside the Promenade in less crowded areas.  And, this approach would be consistent with the existing prohibition against using the Promenade street furniture for street performance. Staff has also discussed the possibility of time limiting use of the street furniture. However, this approach would be problematic and costly to enforce. Therefore it is not recommended."
    I could have just viewed this as a complete overreaction to a well reasoned, non bitter, and youthful sounding Esther. I could have actually read the city council item and not seen it as a sinister plot to take away the voice and seats of the homelss. Well not this guy, I say it’s high time we do something about this. We should give that bum his booze money, or more importantly we should write misrepresentive blogs to show the world how bad everyone else and how wonderful and caring we are. I’ve done my part, now I’m off to pat myself on back as I get back to my life of privilege.

How ever prophecy told of a bulbous woman rising up from texas, intent on breaking that liberal guy's hold over all of us. She will not be fooled by his deception, and fake profiles. She is known as "the one", and she feeds on blog rankings and meatballs.

IBM has never refuted claims that it played a roll in the cataloging the European Jewry, thus streamlining the processing into concentration camps. Volkswagon was Hitler's idea to create a car for the volk, or german people. It is this type of corporate carelessness that created an atmosphere that allowed for the attempted extermination of the European Jew. I'm not saying that if you or your family have ever owned a volkswagen or are currently using a computer with IBM made components you are a nazi, but it shows your tendency to support naziesque patterns of violence

This kind of corporate greed is unacceptable. It paves the way toward total disregard of employees and human life in general. I'm not saying that Wal Mart is a Nazi organization, just that I fear that if we don't speak out against that the inhumanity of Wal Mart we are headed towards a nation where we will be greeted by underpaid elderly people giving out smiley face stickers before we are taken off to the showers for "delousing". I found this chilling quote from Sam Walton, the company's founder " Each Wal-Mart store should reflect the values of its customers and support the vision they hold for their community."


I'm in no way trying to trivialize the holocaust or compare Wal Mart to the third Reich, and this is obvious because I'm saying right now that I'm not trying to trivialize the holocaust. I went to a primarily Jewish school. I'm just trying to get the apathetic thinking about Wal Mart's employment practices.

If any of the above makes sense to you, please run head first into a wall. This is the kind of reasoning you end up with when you try to use this kind of reasoning to basically assert that Bush is the next Hitler and we are the next genocidal murderous country. To be certain Bush is a lousy president, in my estimation one of the worst in history. His flawed policies and misguided ideologies have divided this country, killed thousands of Iraqis, and tarnished our image around most of the world. He heads a secretive administration that seems bent on expanding executive power. I have no qualms with people pointing the short sightedness of his foreign and domestic policy. I have no problem with people condemning acts of torture being carried out in the name of this country. However to begin to assert that he, our soldiers, or this country are on a path towards being Nazi's is disingenuous and shameful. The man hasn't managed to achieve any of the goals he has set out for after his re-election. There is no gay marriage ban, there is no social security reform, and there is no immigration reform. Yet somehow he has masterminded the means by which he is going to stay in power despite overwhelming disapproval of the path he has led us on, and he is going to go on a murderous quest around the world. When you begin to apply one of the darkest times in human history to every injustice that comes along you take away from the emotional impact that the holocaust should have.

Selective amnesia and peaceful religions

    I'm all registered for classes, which took a lot of thought and planning given that your schedule is made for you. I didn't realize how much the scholarship paid off until I heard some guys talking about how expensive the casebooks were, I checked out my receipt and between books ($800 this semester) and tuition I've already amassed a savings of about $16,000. I've been working on my assignments for a class that starts Tuesday, and was glad to see they ask you to come up with hypotheticals applying elements of defamation laws. My hypotheticals have already involved the word cunt, a red neck in New Orleans protesting a Muslim owned gas station because muslims all support terrorism, and encouraging people to insult the dead. I think law school will be fun, although I'd be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that the tards that inhabit the myspace news and politics blogs weren't my source of inspiration for most of my defamatory statements. In any event I can't wait to get back to further my education.
    It amazes me how ignorant people are,  and how they will base their beliefs on emotion and/or stupidity. Take for example this one jackass I came across insulting my lovely girlfriend. He had previously argued that she had no grounds to talk to him about US History because he has a partial degree in american history. I remember the day I received a 1/4 of my degree in the mail it was exciting. Anyway here was what he had to say

How many people have actually taken the time to research the relationship between the US and Afghanistan? We have essentially created the bogeymen of "Islamo-facists" when we were battling the former bogeyman Communist Russia. We not only provided financial support to the "freedom fighters" who would later fund operations to fly planes into buildings full of civilians, but we helped indoctrinate the school children in Afghanistan with a glorification of jihad:

There is no justification for killing thousands of civilians, whether it is flying planes into buildings or dropping atomic weapons over cities. I'm just not sure why we as a country are so unwilling to look at how those things come about rather than reacting and exacerbating the problems.
    All of these thoughts were brought out by a well thought out blog about why Islam is not a religion of peace, but Christianity is. The author had 4 quotes coming from the Qu'ran to illustrate why Islam is not a peaceful religion.

    People will shout up and down about context of violence in the bible and tell you that you need to study the bible, however they won't afford the same treatment of the Qu'ran.  Religion isn't for me and this is why, religion is just an excuse to replace thought and research.
    Anyway I need to get some rest for orientation, and I've nearly bored myself to sleep with this blog.

CBS should lose it’s broadcasting license

   I've already discussed Viva Laughlin and Kid Nation, but now I'm moving on the CBS's next crimes against humanity slated to hit your TV's this fall. First up is Cane. When I first saw the traliers about a month ago, I zoned out after a few seconds thinking it was Cain, a drama about a family of drug lords. The bad cuban accents were there, some latin music, and Jimmy Smit's hairline. Ashley actually had to point out to me that this is actually about the sexy world of a sugar plantation. For those of you who don't know "Sugar is the new oil" mayne. I have calculated a scientific formula to prove why this is untrue:

This is what people really need, another fucking reason to be afraid of the police. Just when I was starting to be able to look at a patrol car and not picture the officer sodomizing some Haitian with a toilet plunger, now I have to worry about them sucking out my delicious blood. Why not a series about a crotch kicking fireman, or sit com about a registered sex offender teaching 1st grade. I'm almost thankful I'll be spending most of my time reading.

Freedom of speech flushed down the toilet

I really wish I could be an idiot. I wish I could accept a news story at face value, do no research before making an informed decision, and create a story out of a non story. I posted some screen caps from stupid mimi's blog earlier about the case of the Qu'ran flusher. A case that's being touted as a freedom of speech issue. I now have in my hand the criminal complaint

Five dollars to the person who can explain how his free speech is being violated. Look at the charge "the defendant, as a hate crime, INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED PROPERTY OF ANOTHER while having no right to do so not any reasonable grounds to believe he had such a right". That charge looks awful different from "arrested for flushing Koran" as it is being billed by for lack of a better term retards. There doesn't seem to be a complaint for an aggravated harassment charge, as I questioned in that pump hole mimi's blog. Everyone ready for another breakdown of NYS penal law???

S 145.00 Criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
  A person is guilty of criminal mischief in the fourth degree when,
having no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he

Now onto the hate crimes portion of the law

                      (a) intentionally selects the person against whom 
                      the offense is 

                      committed or intended to be committed in whole or 
                      in substantial part 

                      because of a belief or perception regarding the race,

                      or sexual orientation of a person, regardless of whether 
                      the belief or 

                      perception is correct, or

I was working on an actual blog, but in the meantume I got sidetracked again by my favorite blogger mimi. Her blog this time was devoted to hate crimes, specifically hate crimes against Muslims. It isn't a crime to burn the flag, putting the crucifix in urine is art, but put the Qu'ran in the toilet and it's a hate crime. This was her assesment after a former Pace University student was arrested on charges of aggrevated assualt and criminal mischief. "If you desecrate a Bible or vandalize a Church nothing happens to you." Indeed the very nature of our society and especially christianity are under attack. We are clearly catering to the muslims, and heading down a dangerous path. Either that or she is blatantly misrepresenting the story and doing a huge injustice to honest debate. She appears to have left most of the slaughter intact, but I will post the usual screen caps just for preservation of the beating:





For clarification the links she provided were for unsolved church vandalisms, which is undeniable proof that suspects that aren't apprehended in crimes against churches aren't treated as harshly as the victim in this case.

In Mimi's latest blog Pro-abortion not Pro-choice, she devoted this waste of bandwidth to such brilliant observations as

I can't believe how people seem to think they can make comments and then directly contradict those comments, and then both still have validity. On to the next victim:



This asshole honestly thought he could come into a blog and play the "I'm sick of labels in this crazy mixed up world" card when in another blog he is throwing out liberals and conservatives this and that, and calling people niggers. Anyway I may put actual effort into my next blog rather than just pasting displays of how to make people look stupid using their own words.

I'm glad that you are making assumptions about my political leanings based on my belief that there is some merit to teaching kids that it is not ok to be molested. You assume that I was attempting character assassination by merely pointing out the flawed logic of somebody providing kids with access to sexually explicit material being morally opposed to kids having access to sexual (non-explicit) materials. She tried to substantiate her claims by bringing up an erroneous and untrue assertion that she is entitled to her flawed logic because she is no longer in porn. I further cast doubt on any of her credibility by pointing out her lies that she was using as proof. That is not a personal attack, that is debating the issue of access to sexual materials. You see me as the problem with politics, I see reasoning based on emotional junk as opposed to simple logic, as the problem. See I enjoy logic, and I enjoy being able to dismantle a flawed argument. You assume malicious intent, when what I seek to establish is reason and introspection.
