all i can say is wow what an epic weekend. tonight he sang his ass off in All Along the Watchtower thrashing it. but before that gave us a beautiful loving wings. god what a song. my very favorite part was the last song where he sang us thank you. what a great weekend. i'm exhausted dirty and tired. must be time for bed.
so far here at the gorge the shows have been amaizing friday night as expected was a very emotionalnight where they poured their hearts and soul on the stage. we gave the band during the slideshow for leroi a glow stick shower. it looked awesomw from the crowd. could only imagine what it looked like from the stage. night 2 however was entirely different. firts half until out of my hands had lots of emotion as well but it felt more like a healing emotion rather than the tears from the night before. we rocked out to sledgehammer and sang along to jimi thing and crush. i fully expect to hear the weekend closed tonight with the phenominal song thank you. i have to say after 12 shows with the band i have never felt so good. it has been epic this weekend. i knew this tour would be a great one and i have not been dissapointed. ps we got lots of great video from last night. see ya tomorrow
Approx 2 months and 1 week ago I tried on my wedding dress. The one I'd had in the basement for a year. Turns out I'd gained a few lbs. Enough so that in order to get the back panel of my dress to snap I had to loose an 1 1/2" just to get it to snap. Well I measured myself last week and according my my measurements I did it! I tried the dress on again tonight and it fit perfectly.
I will continue to workout and eat right and loose!
Our trip is in 47 days if I counted right. We fly out April 15th.
A story about my friend Sean. Please read

Sean had an unfortunate accident yesterday.
He was trying to bond with Jorden by doing bike jumps together and he made a big one where at the peak was 2-3 feet in height. The jump was situated at the end of my driveway.
Sean took his bike and rode down to the end of our fence past the fire hiderant and mail boxes. At the end of the fence he turned and rode as fast as he could toward the jump.
Up the jump he goes and as his back tire goes off of the jump it slightly springs throwing his back tire up into the air a bit beyond the height of his front tire. He tried to keep the bike in control yet it flew behind him as he went up over the handlebars. He hit the ground with the tops of his feet and did the "worm" as he hit, sumer saulted over and flipped over onto his side via his left arm. Try as he might to land without major injury he dislocated his left elbow.
I had an idea to stablilize his upper body with a board and a sheet, but he wouldn't have it. He howled and yelled in pain as Travis called 911 to have a firetruck and ambulance come to his rescue.
He took a trip to the valley ER where they tooks xrays and tests with Colleen by his side. I am now his official emergency contact and in the end they "put him to sleep" so that they could relocate his elbow.
His arm is in a sling and he has some pain killers. With some research we found out that it will take 3-5 days for entire mobility to return. I giggle at this story because it is so out of character for Sean to do something risky as he is normally the most careful follow the rules person. ;-)
Man it was dirty!

Man oh Man I cleaned my Desk today. It was so dirty. I can't believe I allowed myself to let it get that dirty. But over time, being busy...heck everything gets set aside. It was so messy I couldnt' find things! That's when you know it's time to clean. I need to go and get a few little organizer things. I have one already but need more in all honesty....
It is looking better already! I have been on a cleaning spree. Made a fabulous breakfast for everyone. Made omlets for each person. Mine by far was the best if I say so. Healthy wise anyway... ;-) Tasted Great. I used 2 egg whites and a whole egg....So...3 egg whites & an egg yolk? Put cut up Zuccinni, Sweet Onion, Red Pepper, Ham, Bacon Crumbles, Leftover Cut up Pork & a bit of low fat Mexican Cheese. mmm it was good!! Oh yes and when I do scrambled egg's I use the magic bullet to scramble them... but I didn't have any milk. That's the secret. Milk and the magic bullet. Helps to make them fluffier. So what I use you ask? I know you are dying to know... hehe
Vanilla Yogurt. Worked pretty good. I was a little worried at first honest but....hey it worked out well!
Anyway enough cleaning and talking. It's shower time. God I hope Travis feels better soon. He's been hung over all day. ;-( He won't get anything done today.
Today we returned from the Beautiful GORGE @ George. What a great place.
This was our first year being able to attend all three show's and I have to say that is how it will be from now on. It was so great and so much fun!!
There were a few unfortunate things during the weekend. Some drunk punks I'm sure... anyway someone lit the neighbors hay stack on fire!! Someone had fireworks which is a BIG NO NO during this time of year in Washington. It's just too dry around here to mess around with fire. Why do you think so many acres get burned each year? whatever.....stupid punk kids
Secondly we sat seated for the FIRST TIME on Saturday night. I was SO EXCITED for this only to find it cramped, hot and no dancing room!! I ended up on the side by our friends in Section C by the middle of the show ... the shitty part about this was some guy behind us decided to PEE on the concrete ground. Now I had to go too but was not about to sit and pee right there!! It splashed up on the back of my leg's and Travis's! Travis was so mad he wanted to beat the guy. It took him nearly 4 songs to put it past him and enjoy the show. That OBVIOUSLY screwed with the mood for the night.
I really really like the gorge, but am afraid that all these disrespectful punks are going to put it all to an end. All those people who have no respect. I mean come on you can party and have a good time WITH OUT destroying other peoples stuff! What is up with that?
And lastly.........I had such a great time this weekend. So much fun! I have posted pictures on my site....I'm workign on the video's. These things take some time.
Anyway though it's only 8:20pm but I am POOPED !! Enjoy the pix
So here I sit 3am at work in a quiet room left with nothing but my thoughts.
Today we sold our "cheapo gas saver" car and bought a new cd player, amp and sub. Interesting being an owner of those items. While it does sound awesome...I guess I can't complain!
6 days until John Mayer and I find myself starting to ponder how to pack the car, what we'll need, etc. Being that we are only going camping for 1 night we won't need much at all. I bought a tent the other day and am scheduled to meet with someone tomorrow about an air mattress. It sounds pretty cool actually. The air mattress is on a stand...like a cot that is only 24-30" off the ground! So we can sit down on it like a "bed"....and it'll be nice for company. The people only want $20 for it. But I guess maybe we should see how big it is. If it's only a "full size" I might just want to buy a different one. Maybe I should talk with Travis about that before we even go see it.....
You think that'd be all I'm listening to right now right?
NOPE.
I got a Dave matthews Band Announcement today lol and am watching a video of THEM at the Gorge ha... From the Gorge 2002 Dvd. I will say that I am excited to see John Mayer but Dave Matthews will always be the reason I go to the Gorge.
I feel some guilt surrounding the gorge as I always promised my Sister I'd take her to see them but have yet to do so. I do have larger plans though...to take her elsewhere......
