Cork spawned,Dublin bred metal band Queen Kong have relaunched their myspace page after it was deleted and are tempting back their old friends by giving away an entire gig as a free download.
The gig,a high class recording at the nBallroom of Romance,from 2005 when the band first moved to Dublin,was a special one for the band.
drummer David Murphy said"this was the gig that changed our whole perspective on Dublin.We moved here almost immediately afterwards because of the reaction we received from the audience on this night,and havent regretted it for  a second(except for when my good coat and drum machine were nicked at a Things gig.)"
he went on (and on) to add"having our myspace deleted is no big deal,we’ve probably missed out on a few gigs,but its also very liberating.We invite everybody to visit www.myspace.com/qk ,read us as a friend and download the gig."

Queen Kong are currently in the studio ,and play Ladyfest Cork on April 25th.
