Interactive Bob
Just wanted to mention to everyone that Bob Salvatore is having an interactive thread over on the official forums (found via http://www.rasalvatore.com)
Pop in, join up, and post a question for Bob. He responds every few days.
Also, if you haven’t had the chance, go out and pick up Bob’s all new Corona novel The Ancient! Debuted at 27 on the New York Times list. For the first time in years, Bob is back in his own "sandbox" with the follow-up novel to The Highwayman. Another novel to come next year and another the year after that.
But don’t fret, this fall the next novel in the new series Transitions, starring the famed drow ranger Drizzt Do’Urden.
Bob has given hints as to the future. Like we haven’t seen the last of Wulfgar. And to all you Entreri fans, head on over to the official forums and read Bobs answers regarding the vile assassin.
Cheers, and as R.A. Salvatore is wont to say: Scimitars High!
Laethyn

Busy, busy, busy
Current mood: cheerful
So it's been a busy several months for Bob Salvatore ...
Here's what we've got going on:
Over at RASalvatore.com, there are several e-signing events going on:
The Website for The Ancients - Saga of the First King, has gone live, and you can head on over there (http://www.sagaofthefirstking.com) and enter to win the sweepstakes. A chance to get a phone call from Mr. Salvatore, and a signed copy of his latest novel? What are you waiting for?
Also of note, on the official RASalvatore.com messageboard, Ryan Schifrin, writer/director of the film Abominable, and creator of the comic SPOOKS, is currently entertaining forum members in his own interactive thread. Hop on over and ask a question of Mr. Schifrin.
SPOOKS is a comic series worked on by Bob Salvatore, as well as his two sons Bryan and Geno, not to mention the great Larry Hama (G.I. Joe, anyone?)
Bob is also still hard at work over at 38Studios (also with his son, Ryan, who is a games mechanics designer for the company) as the Creator of Worlds. Development on the MMO by the Curt Schilling (yes, Mr. Bloody Sock himself) founded company continues forward.
In the meantime, Mr. Salvatore mentioned that Geno (the son not working at 38Studios) is hard at work on a free-lance writing project. More details to come ...
