radio sessions in france

hello
i did some radio sessions last week to help promote ladyfest bordeaux. the first one was for la cave, you can listen to it here:

the other two were radio nova sauvagine and the amazing phoning it in, a show in boston where they phone people up and you play live down the phone.
i was pretty drunk for those two so i’m afraid i can’t guarantee the quality. but phoning it in is definately worth checking out, loads of great bands have done it and you can download them all from their site.

split with bare knees

the ray rumours/bare knees split is finally coming out!!
1 and a half years after we recorded the songs we have managed to get organised enough to give the songs and artwork to the lovely swedish label, cozy recordings.
it will  hopefully be out in about a week.

gig is at the betsey trotwood

hello the gig on the 7th is at the betsey trotwood in farringdon, for some reason myspace won't let me write it. i tried writing b.e.tsy trotwood, and b. trotwood and loads of other stuff but anyway it doesnt like it...

cancelled shows...

i'm sorry i had to cancel the bordeaux and manchester shows i had coming up... both of these events are still happening, in bordeaux there are some great bands playing and a fashion show (i think) and in manchester it's kaffequeeria... so you should still go if you were planning to.
i can't play because i just found out electrelane is touring with the arcade fire in march (yay!) and that means that i have to finish all my masters work earlier than i thought.
soon there will be two exciting new releases... a split cd ep on tome records with caz mechanic, and a split with bare knees that's taking a long time just because i am disorganised and haven't sent kasper my songs even though they've been ready for about 4 months.
