Beijing Olympics: While Georgia burned George W Bush played volleyball

While Georgia burned Dubya gurned.

A tour of patriotic duty took the outgoing American president George W Bush across a sweep of Olympic stadia including the beach volleyball emporium of Chaoyang Park.

He got more than he bargained for when Olympic champion Misty May-Treanor bent over and invited him to slap her rear, as it is customary for team-mates to do between points.
George Bush also kept a keen eye on Kerri Walsh.

The contrast between events in Gori, pummelled by Russian jets, and east Beijing could not have been greater. The Americans, gold medal favourites in the men's and women's events, were not even on court.

In swept the world's most powerful man in dressed-down slacks to join his compatriots in practice. Secret service agents looked on nervously as Dubya flung himself about the sand gingerly in pursuit of a picture opportunity.

He got more than he bargained for when Olympic champion Misty May-Treanor bent over and invited him to slap her rear, as it is customary for team-mates to do between points. "Mr President, want to?" she teased.

Mr Bush flicked a response towards the small of her back, seemingly confirming the view of casual observers that beach volleyball serves little purpose beyond the interests of ageing people with bottom fetishes.

Dubya will argue that he was actually paying attention to Misty's tattoo, located marginally above her coccyx. Get outta here. One hopes the First Lady does not see the snap.

The president later turned his attention to the American men, Todd Rogers, Sean Rosenthal and Jake Gibb, and chatted casually with some Brazilian players before moving on to the Fengtai Sports Centre to catch up with the US softball team.

Mr Bush, who engaged former Russian president Vladimir Putin about the Georgia conflict on the night of the opening ceremony, refused to answer questions about the crisis but was briefed throughout the day.

Saturday was supposed to be about family and fun. George HW Bush, former head of the US liaison office in Beijing, is also part of the family group. Matters take a more serious turn today when Mr Bush is scheduled to meet President Hu Jintao and other senior Chinese political figures.

He is also due to speak about religious freedoms. Worship in China is allowed only in churches sanctioned by the government.

Strange Rays - Sky Photos from 5-13-08

Strange Rays

The direction of the light rays - in these first few pics - is normally what I see when the sun comes up.

I took these photos shortly before dusk.... and the sun was behind me -not in front of me.

Very odd....

MY CARBON FOOTPRINT IN YOUR ASS
Current mood: contemplative
Category: Religion and Philosophy

People will buy anything if there’s a commercial for it.
Take smoking for example.

How about global warming?

(I guess that would be an infomercial - or disinfomercial)
Photobucket
Surely the global warming crisis is our fault so we should pay
-a global carbon tax?!

Nevermind the factories coughing, sooty, toxic smoke into the sky, aerosol operations, weather modification (HELLO),
and the bombs we’re dropping in the Mideast, not to mention nuke tests……..but global warming is your fault.

It has nothing to do with this energy policy of old, oil addicted, dinosaurs that keep blueprints of hydrogen powered cars and clean burning innovations crushed and buried beneath the heavy weight of their stomping boots.

Who Killed the Electric Car?!

This is about cow farts and you-
creating a global environmental crisis that could happen the day after tomorrow!

What a bunch of bullshit. (Pun intended )

Did you know that there are scientists saying that, based on the evidence, that the sun is causing global warming?

Wow – imagine that.....That blazing, fiery, hot sphere in the sky causing global warming. That just sounds insane.

..
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4302904746669786959&q=global+warming+swindle&total=363&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=3

But we can’t tax the sun…because the sun can’t pay. So if the sun can’t throw money at it, then we better take the blame, because somebody needs to bank off this.

The same scientists saying the sun is causing global warming are also saying that global warming has happened before , will happen again, and hasn’t and isn’t going to kill everyone.
But screw those scientists when politicians- like Al Gore, inventor of the internet, says co2 emissions are the cause!

Sorry folks - I just don’t buy the global warming impending doom.
Why?
Because I’ve been expecting this for years.

Why?

It’s because of PLAN B of a publication I read back in 1992 called Operation Vampire Killer 2000.

http://www.lawfulpath.com/ref/vk2k.shtml

A U.S. POLICE ACTION
TRAITORS’ GRAND FINALES
(MARTIAL LAW THE GOAL)

* * * PLAN B * * *
The globalists, along with their controlled media, are well along in the promotion of their PLAN B program. Here it is: With the threat of nuclear war supposedly subsiding, the American people "must have" a new Boogie Man!
ECOLOGICAL COLLAPSE: This phase involves the fraud of the "imminent ecological collapse of the world"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
People will buy anything if the commercial is convincing enough. FEAR is a great sales tool, just ask any insurance salesman.

Of course, I am not a scientist. I’m just a truth seeking jerm who questions everything.
Don’t get me wrong… I’m not making excuses for the environmental polluters. I care very much for this planet…I love nature, wildlife and the great outdoors. I don’t litter - and get pissed if I catch a litterbug. I sometimes pick up other people’s litter and dispose of it. I recycle whenever possible, avoid letting the water run when brushing my teeth or shaving….I try to conserve and contribute in little ways…I don’t believe in wasting. I believe if we all did that little things like that, it would surely add up for the better.

I just things it’s wrong to make us the scapegoats of these oil-addicted, real estate grabbing, empire building, earth polluting, war mongers that are blowing shit up….literally as well as figuratively.

I think a good start to saving the environment is making all packaging biodegradable. Do we really need all these colorful plastics taking up landfill space? This is the 21st century and I believe we can do better.

But most importantly, we need to end our oil addiction.

Not just because of permanent damage caused by oil spills.

But because these crazed addicts, all pumped up on oil, feel the need to blow shit up in order to acquire more oil.

They’re addicts. They’re sick.

And their exploding munitions and oil fires are rrrrrrrrrrreally bad for the environment.
Not to mention the horrific & disastrous environmental effects caused by depleted uranium.

If our Big Brother wasn’t hooked on oil anymore – it would have a domino effect for the greater good of the environment and civilization. Think about it.

There wouldn’t be (that) reason to go to war. Therefore we wouldn’t be going and blowing up other peoples lands to take their oil….so we’d have less bomb pollution and less enemies! Then the demand for the weapons would diminish! The demand for private mercenary armies would diminish…so on and so forth.....

A jerm can dream.

Our current administration said "we’re addicted to oil."
(They really are. They shoot it up underneath their toenails.)

Seriously – the oil pushers are saying we’re addicted to oil.

Their solution?

Reduce our consumption by 10 to 15 percent by 2020.

WTF?!!

That’s like telling a heroin junkie:
"Dude, you need to shoot up a little bit less over the next few years."

That is if he can survive a few more years…..
