a day of Manuscript making

I wrote a manuscript for disutributer yesterday
 
The news to release a CD of ricola arrives in a shop by the following course
label → disutributer → record shops(Amazon,HMV,Tower etc.)
so, I need to write an manuscript for information magazine myself
 
It is difficult to write oneself objectively
and I do not have the sense of the design......

but I am blessed with good friends

An editor and a designer of the friend helped make a manuscript
so I could make a good manuscript

a day of recording PART three

Hello my friends,
How were you spending this past one week?
We - team of ricola - spent exciting days each

Producer K did
- recorded the guitar section and programming for new songs
- did TD of the music that I sang last week

I did
- chose the photograph to use for a jacket from 1,000 pieces of candidates (I made an important decision and Art director Deco was upset by my decision)
- made a text manuscript for print
- meeting about the directionality of the design many times
- practiced singing

Art director Deco did
- meeting with me and made a design manuscript
- looked for the font of the logo from 3000 candidates

And it was recording of the new song yesterday


This is a recording booth
I enter this small room and sing with piano and others in headphones

Because it cuts an air-conditioner for not to pick up a noise, it is very hot in this room
I go out whenever sing and take a deep breath
Phew phew


Mr.K records my voice in a mixing room
He did various adjustment so that I was easy to sing

Recording was over in the evening
Afterwards added Deco and checked the design
Both the recording of the song and the design were finished at night

BANZAI !!!

Afterwards we had thanks dinner
Beer of last nights was particularly delicious

a day of recording PART two

Today was a recording day of vocal section.

I recorded music to constitute only with a piano and a vocal
sang with the melody which pianist 魂 played the other day

One tune has rubato in the middle of music,
I expected it will be little bit hard to match timing with the pianist whom not there
(at the time of live, we get a timing by each other's breathing)

However, 魂 played a mark at the important points
so I could sang without being at a loss

These tune will do track down by Mr.Tsumura tomorrow

The other tunes are
recorded bass section yesterday (thanks Mr.Ishii)
guitar section will record the day after tomorrow
so I will record vocal section next week

All advances steadily

a day of recording PART one

Today was a recording day of Piano section
a pianist is 魂( tamashi - soul ).
he played beautiful melodys today too.


魂 in a redording room.


He played piano with a temporary song which I recorded last week and temporary rhythm section
lots of microphones surround a piano


Recording engineer recorded it in another room by pro-tools


he is Mr.Sano of the engineer


It took five hours to record four tunes.
these are so good completion

days of preparations

I spent it in preparation for photography on the weekend

・shopping of clothes
　→ I found a very wonderful red shirt and the white dress
・pre arrangements of the hair
　→ hair make up artisut M has good sense
・shopping of accessories

I purchased the accessories in LYLY-PAD as well as the last time
LYLY-PAD is the small select shop
The choice eyes of manager are so good

I contacted producer K about acquisition of JAN code  yesterday
JAN cord is necessary to sell a CD by the general circulation like Amazon, HMV, Tower Records

select a program to record in a CD
and decide a title of the music

My opinion differs from K
so we approach it each other
it was finally FIXED.
