Popped in here for my semi-annual visit to MySpace and I figured now would be as good a time as any to inform all you guys and gals about my new website.  It's totally live and I actually seem to be updating it on a fairly regular schedule, which is exciting for me.

I am not respecting the myspace.

I just wanted to pop in and say--yeah, I don't drop by here very often.  When you send me friend requests... it might take a while to get approved, and if you contact me through this thing... good luck.  It may be a while before I get around to popping in here to respond.

I think myspace is great and all--I just lose track of time and forget to drop in here. 

I'll try to drop in here more often in the future.  I really should use this thing more.

My Con Schedule for 2006

I've been getting a lot of questions about this so I figured I might as well post here about it. I don't have a lot of time so I'm going to have to just dive right in... it's a long list, so here goes.

1. SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON (JULY 19th-23rd)

If you're at any of these shows and want to meet me swing by and say hello. I look forward to meeting any and all of you.

At San Diego I'll be doing a panel that's just about me... I'll post more info when I have it.  I'd appreciate it if you would swing by that panel if you come, because well... I don't want to be the only guy there.  I'll also be at various Image and Marvel Comics panels.  I'll also be signing at the Marvel and Image booths.

P.S. No, I won't be attending any other conventions this year.  I'll be spending time with my wife and newborn son... and writing a few comic scripts from time to time as well.

No, really... I swear I'm ME.

It seems like at least a few times a week I get a message on here from someone asking if I'm really ME.  As in, Robert Kirkman... the one who writes comic books. 

I seriously feel bad for the person who's got enough time on his hands to impersonate ME on a website.  There are far more important/interesting people to fake being.

So yeah... I'm me... and I'm also Tom Cruise on another Myspace page.

Let's see if this works.

I think I'm going to try and use this myspace page a little more from time to time.  Posting on the blog section would probably be a good place to start.

So here I am.

Invincible 32 and The Walking Dead 28 and Marvel Team-Up 21 are all in stores today.  So those of you complaining about Invincible and Walking Dead not coming out often enough can stop for at least 24 hours (we are trying to fix the schedule, I promise).
