no, not the baby. i got a brand new alesis x geetar with built in effects for £40 on ebay.

it's a chinese strat copy that you can just plug your headphones into and noodle away to your hearts content.

at that price i should have bought 2 ( there were 4 on sale ).

nice piece of kit, great reviews online, a usual price of $299 and none to be found anywhere that i could see on the interweb.

now i just need some time to play the darned thing in between nappy changes !

their chip and pin machine was faulty and we was having to sign out till reciepts, honest.

memphis louie on the other hand sold his soul for a devil's coffee long ago.

enjoyed the geeg in inverness last night so much i managed to draw blood during You Can't Play The Devil's Music With A Name Like That.

Mia Riddle was a revelation, well worth checking out, very subtle and atmospheric but with a bit of bo**ocks thrown in where necessary.

and didn't Jason Ringenberg turn up to open the evening, i'd already booked my ticket to see him this coming friday but was a real bonus to share a bill with him, funny, frenetic with the songs, the patter and occasional pathos, wonderful.
