ANNA NICOLE HAS DIED..... WOW......
Current mood: sad
Category: Movies, TV, Celebrities

OH MY

Anna Nicole Smith died today at the age of 39 :(

They've not yet done an autopsy or a news conference....

I've always thought she was a lost soul of sorts. I always found her life story fascinating, and I'm not sure why. She grew up poor in texas, Married at the age of 17, worked as a stripper, posed for Playboy magazine, modeled for Guess jeans,  married a rich oil tycoon, he passed away, fought for the money he willed to her, was in many movies, was criticized for weight gain, was a spokesperson for Trim-Spa, then recently gave birth to a daughter followed very shortly by the tragic death of her son.  Then, Larry Burkhead has hotly contested that he was the true father of her daughter, and got it forced through the courts that she surrender her daughter for paternity testing here in the United States. (She had been kind of hiding out in the bahamas following the birth of her daughter. claiming that her attorney Howard K. Stern was the baby's father)  May God be with her very young daughter, especially now...

I just find the whole story heartbreaking..... I always felt like in a way she was just very lost, and very sad underneath the show she put on for the world.  ..I guess I'm just wondering what all of you think about this whole story (good, or bad, or even in between. I am always open to everyones opinions)... please leave a comment and let me know.   If you happen upon any other details, please feel free to leave them too. Thanks everyone!  Have a great thursday! Love ya'll

Edited Note:

Anna was announced dead by Hospitol Staff at 2:49. Emergency Services were summoned to the Hotel she was at  around 2:00. As of 4:45, this is all the news conference has really said.

MY MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT......
Current mood: awake
Category: Pets and Animals

Well well! Look Here!  It's Thursday! ..... which means, almost Friday!!! *does a lil happy dance*   With DJ's crazzzy work schedule, I SO live for the weekends!  But anyhow,  I had fun with the monster and soda blogs... they were fun & cute.  I was thinking for today,  hehehe.... Most Embarrassing moments!!!!  Yep. You heard me....

Here's Mine....  Faith, my 5 year old, tends to have  a potty mouth occasionally at home... it started at around age 3 or so... She had always kept it at home, and laughingly, always used the words in proper context, so I didn't freak out about it too much... stupid me...lol  We were at the grocery store on Senior citizens day, and were in the cereal aisle, when a um...."large bottomed" elderly lady with crazy poofy white hair came around the corner and down the aisle rather quickly, Faith had been looking down messing with the cart, when the elderly lady came around the the corner and looked up just as the lady was passing our cart.  Faith opens her mouth and Goes......................................

"YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUTTA ME!!"  and as the lady passed our cart, look of horror on her face....."MOMMY!  HER HAS A REALLY BIG BUTT DAMMIT!"

I was mortified. She's never done it since though.  Sign me up for mother of the year, huh????

and just for good measure, my most embarrassing moment of high school..... I was a senior, and had been raising ( as a 4-H project) a seeing eye dog puppy. I was responsible for raising it to a certain age, and basic obedience training. After it reached adulthood, it went back to its intensive schooling and then upon completion of that, into the pairing process with a blind person.  I took him pretty much everywhere with me. The mall, the grocery store, you name it. I had yet to take him to school with me.  I had just completed a project about raiding a seeing eye dog for school, and decided to take him with me when I gave the presentation/ He was very obedient, and good natured, and potty trained very well... No problem, right?? haha.. Not exactly.  I was most of the way through the report when I noticed the most awful smell in the world.  Not normal dog poop either.... I looked down to see literally, a  puddle of liquid "poo"  and Pepper ( the dog)  still trying to go!  It was so bad people were gagging in the classroom, and even the teacher was laughing at me, and covering his nose and mouth. I tried to pretty much drag Pepper outta there as fast as I possibly could, and get him outside.   I secured him to something outside, and ran back in into the office, begged them to send a janitor and all the air freshener they had, and then grabbed the phone and called my mom and begged her to come get me  At some point while on the phone, I also burst into tears... Even the people in the office were laughing at me.. *grrrrr*  Needless to say, I heard about this one the rest of my senior year!   I think the stress & excitement of being at the school was what "got" to Pepper, and made him do what he did.... In either case, I will never completely live it down!!

So Now its your turn! If you have kids, write about your most embarrassing moment with them, if you don't have kids, just make it your most embarrassing moment in general...

Have a Great Thursday everyone!!!

WHATS YOUR MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENT???

I am scared...REPOST...EDITED WITH RESPONSES thank u all SO much!
Category: Goals, Plans, Hopes

Hey everyone.... Just writing this blog mainly because I'm a little ( ok, a lot) nervous about something... Tomorrow I am having a whole body bone scan.  Right now, I don't really want to go into explaining why, as it just makes my anxiety even WORSE , and anyone can google reasons for one anyhow, so I'm avoiding that part to try and salvage some of my own sanity...can ya blame me?

So at 11 am I will get a radioactive injection at the hospital, and 3 hours later I have to be back at the hospital for the scan, which should take about an hour.  I am not expecting any part of this to go well...  When I was 14 I had to take 2 radioavtive pills, and then 2 hours later, have a scan of my throid done, and those pills made me soo sick and weird feeling. I am worried that the injection will be worse. I am trying to be positive though, and hope that the side effects will be minimal to non-existant.  I'm trying to be positive concerning the whole situation too though.

So anyhow.... Thats all I have for right now.  I usually write more, and about something more substantial , and I usually leave a question at the end for everybody.... but right now, I'm just kind of distracted, scared, and could use all of my friends' support. Thank you all So MUCH. I love You ALL

*Addition* Just got out---- will keep you all updated. Everything went Ok. I still didn't feel the greatest, but it is done and overwith, and I am relieved (about that part of the whole process!) Now I just get to wait for Results. In the meanwhile, I would like to send out a big THANK YOU to all of you. You are awesome friends, and Sweet People. Just reading your words, and Comments has helped immensly to put me at ease. To know that you all have been there for me warms my heart, look around these comments, and read what others wrote, and if any of you can ever help anyone else on this page, wether its a kind word, or whatever, please do. I intend to.  You all have been there for me, and I hope that in the future, if any of you ever need anything, that I will be able to help you.  Again, From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!

Guess What!!!!!!
Current mood: excited
Category: Travel and Places

Guess what it's finally doing??!!

Snowing!!!!!!!

And Snowing!!!

And Snowing! *HOORAY!*

Can you tell I'm a lil excited???   It seems like I've been waiting for snow forever!  We've only had a few small snowfalls this winter, and nothing enough to even accumulate!  I have been so bummed about it, too!    I have so many memories of going outside in the winter and playing in huge snow piles,  and making snowmen, and snow angels. I always had a blast, no matter how cold it was outside.   But it snowed some last night, enough to put a little on the ground, and then this afternoon it started again, nothing real heavy, but just enough to make the air have that certain sparkle to it!  About an hour or so ago, it began snowing fairly heavily!  I  AM LOVING IT!  DJ is driving to work right now though, so thats the downside to it,  that he has to drive in it. :(  The snowflakes are the huge, fluffy kind, that feel so soft when they fall on your face, and leave a soft, fluffy layer on the ground... I don't know of it will end up good "packing" snow or not, but I'm sure either way as soon as I can, I will be out playin' in it in the morning!  I really do hope that my kids will have the same love for the snow that I do. Faith loves looking out the window, watching it slowly build up, and  Destiny just keeps looking at it with this look on her face like, how weird!  Anyhow, just wanted to share a little of my excitement with you all.... Hope everyone has a GREAT week!  LET IT SNOW!

My question for ya'll today....  I have a ton of great "snow memories", and I was wondering

Whats your favorite Snow Memory? (assuming you live in an area that gets snow.)  If you don't, whats your favorite weather related memory? Hope to hear from you all!!!!!!!

To my Girls...
Category: Blogging

I can hardly believe that it was just a little 2 and 5 years ago that you were born.... It still boggles my mind that I have now been a mother for over 5 years. These past Five years have been awesome, tiring, eye-opening, smelly, hilarious, and just plain old amazing, all in one... I would not trade these years for anything in the world!

Destiny this Summer... Playin Outside

Faith and Destiny weeks away from turning 1 and 4

Faith this summer... at "maw-maw's" house

Being as you are 2 and 5, I doubt you have any idea how  much you two mean to me, and what getting to be such a part of your life has done for me over the years.  I have changed so much as a person, and grown sooo much, all for the better, of course.  I know someday, you will be grown, and hopefully have children of your own, and then hopefully you will know the same joys of parenthood that I have.

But, I just wanted to post this as a thank you to my girls. You have forever changed my life, and I will forever be gratefull... I LOVE YOU!

and my, oh my, how time really does fly...

CITY, OR COUNTRY???
Current mood: calm
Category: Travel and Places

*edited note* this morning this blog was #3 in the travel and places category. Someone told me about it, and I was kinda surprised, but there it was!  But I know they update them around noon or so (my time) and I went back to see if it was still there.... it wasn't , in fact, it wasn't anywhere to be found at all.... does anyone have any idea as to what may have happened? I don't get it.... Leave me a note in my inbox..... thanks soooo much :)  By the way! we finally did get a lil accumulating snow here!!! YAY!!!

Hey! how are all of you?  I thought since the last blog was about something serious, I would make this next one about something more light.  and thank you all for your comments, by the way!  I am in a curious mood, and I love asking you all a question here and there... why?  Because it helps me learn more about some of the best people on MySpace, thats why!!!

To let you know a little more about me first, I will say that I grew up in the country. My hometown is very small also... Most of my family farms, in one way or another, wether its crops, or livestock. We have raised all sorts of things, at any given point in time...lol  At my house, we always had animals runnin' around. I was active in 4-H , and FFA. I took a variety of animals as projects, such as market pigs, rabbitts, lambs, (lots of those) and goats also. One of my goats was particularly fond of my moms lilac bush, and had a habot of insisting on attemping to get in her car & go to work with her! She was none too impressed. I went to college, and the goat got sent to a friend of hers who had VERY high fecing, and animal loving kids in Bowling Green, Ohio..lol  Not to mention the oodles of barn cats we had roaming around. They always seemed to flock to our place. But that was our own darn fault! We always fed them tons, and they would cuddle up with the sheep if it was chilly out! Not to mention all of the attention they would get from me, my mom, and my sister. We spoiled 'em. But it was a rare occasion that we ever saw a mouse!  I guess you could say that I've always loved animals, and the great outdoors, as well.  My dream is to be able to have my own farm and acreage one day. Lots of room to raise all sorts of animals,a garden, flowers, and of course, my kids!!! I want my kids to have room to run outside, and animals to learn responsibility through, and the importance of taking care of them, and the rewards of that also. Which to me, were huge. I learned soooo many priceless lessons growing up that way. Nothing against anyone who loves the city though, or grew up there. I just love where I grew up, and wouldn't trade those years on a farm for anything in the world. I can still remember how fresh mowed hay smells, ( as well as ucky pig pens in august! ) weeding the huge garden with my grandpaw and I can't wait till I can have that life again someday ( the good, the bad, the stinky... all of it)

So that leaves my question for all of you.... Ready? It's an easy one... promise :)  You can even leave a one word answer!  C'mon all! No reason not to comment on this one!!!!

IF YOU COULD CHOOSE TO LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD YOU COULD, WHAT WOULD YOU CHOOSE????  CITY?, OR COUNTRY?, OR, IF YOUR PICKY...LOL, OTHER ( LIKE TROPICAL, THE MOON, ECT, ECT, LOL)  wether or not you want to put why, is up to you

thanks for your time, and allowing me to learn a little more about each and every one of you!  Hope You have a excellent Thursday!!! Just think... almost friday! YAY!
