A Blog That Will Change Your Life Forever...
Current mood: pleased
Category: Life

Greetings, Friends...!

..>..>

Most of the blogs we read are pretty good.  They're so much fun and share all kinds of information that alter our perspectives on the world.  But tell me, honestly, please...

How Many of Them Have Really Changed Your Life?
I Mean REALLY CHANGED IT?

As fun as they are...  As informative as they've been.... As much as they've caused us to lose a lung laughing,

(ok, that's coughing, but so what...!)

or to go through a whole box of tissues crying,

(Can the man even understand?!)

...how many blogs have actually, measurably, verifiably, changed our lives....?

Not just our locations... not just our marital status... not just made us THINK a little better about things... but really and truly emblazoned a sense of overwhelming gratitude into the very core of our being?

I'd bet few, if any...

Well That's About to Change...!!

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed
citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only
thing that ever has"  - Margaret Mead

My Next Blog...

...is going to bring you right up to the edge of what it would be like to experience that... for everything about you to start feeling lighter... to begin feeling more joyful... and for that little nagging voice of doubt that we all know and cherish so dearly ;-) to just shrivel up and disappear...

...like a frog ...in the sun.

SAM FREEDOM HOUR NUMBER 46!
"INTERVIEW WITH A CRAIGSLIST HO!"
Yet Another GREAT Fucking Show!

..>..>

Disclaimer:  This is not illegal and does not violate MySpace TOS.  This is about an off-site radio show INTERVIEW of a bonafide escort ABOUT her life as an escort.  It is an interview and only an interview and absolutely nothing but an interview.  It is also not an endorsement of the lifestyle/profession but rather a service to my readership to help them get a better understanding about an otherwise mysterious side of life they don't get to hear or see too much.

Look, you know its the "End of Days" when ordering a whore off of CRAIGSLIST is actually EASIER and FASTER than ordering a pizza from Domino's.  Of course, no one ever admits that they've trolled such dens of iniquity but, as usual, they "know someone who has."

But let's face it folks, with guys like Hugh Grant and Eddie Murphy getting caught with whores (cough escorts), there has to be something more to it than just being "desperate."  I think it was summed up fairly well in a magazine expose where the author said,

"It wasn't so much that Hugh Grant or Eddie Murphy couldn't find someone to have sex with them, it was that THEY WANTED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD GO HOME AFTERWARDS!!

ENTER "ELIZABETH"!
Pssst!  She Goes Home Afterwards...!

MOVEON.ORG DEALT A MASSIVE, CRUSHING BLOW THIS WEEK! PASS IT ON...!
Current mood: content
Category: News and Politics

The far left liberal group MoveOn.Whoreg was dealt a CRUSHING BLOW this week when news of the following hit the stands:

"Senior Al Qaeda leader killed by US air strike in Iraq - The Boston Globe

By Pauline Jelinek, Associated Press | September 29, 2007 WASHINGTON -

A top US commander in Iraq said yesterday that a US air strike killed a senior Al Qaeda leader, a Tunisian linked to the kidnapping and killings last year of American soldiers in Iraq.

Brigadier General Joseph Anderson said the suspected terrorist, Abu Osama al-Tunisi, was killed Tuesday south of Baghdad. He said the US operation targeting the leader and similar operations against Al Qaeda have left the organization in Iraq fractured.

Tunisi was killed along with two other terrorist suspects in a US F-16 strike that dropped two 500-pound laser-guided bombs on a safe house where they were meeting, said the US Central Command Air Forces.

"Tunisi was one of the most senior leaders . . . the emir of foreign terrorists in Iraq and part of the inner leadership circle," Anderson told a Pentagon news conference."  (see rest of article here)...

From behavior alone, we know that MoveOn.Whoreg walks lockstep with Al Qaeda since, in their culture, "The Enemy of the Enemy is My Friend." and if there's anyone who hates George Bush more than Al Qaeda, it's MoveOn.Whoreg.  Anyone who is tempted to think that MoveOn.Whoreg is, at worst, an unwitting pawn, a mere Achilles Heel in the body of America, think again.... for without Al Qaeda's terrorism disrupting the reconstruction and nation-building efforts in Iraq, MoveOn.Whoreg's whole agenda would be compromised...

  • ...the more damage done BY Al Qaeda, the more kerosene MoveOn has to throw on their deliberately set fires.
  • ...the more damage done TO Al Qaeda, the less MoveOn.Whoreg has to squawk about.

It's like the prison industry needs prisoners to keep it running and the military industrial complex needs wars....

...MoveOn.Whoreg Needs Terrorists.

Bush is still in power!"

"Iraq's Sunnis and Shi'ites sign up in Qaeda battleground - Boston.com

Iraq's Sunnis and Shi'ites sign up in Qaeda battleground By Paul Tait | September 28, 2007 TUWAITHA, Iraq (Reuters) -

Hundreds of Sunni Arab men, and a smattering of Shi'ites, have begun signing up for local tribal police units in areas southeast of Baghdad where pitched battles were fought with al Qaeda only weeks ago.

In one rural area not far from the Tuwaitha nuclear plant, idle after Saddam Hussein's atomic energy program was shut down following the 1991 Gulf War, about 30 young Iraqi men queued patiently in the ruins of a bombed-out watchtower....

..."I'm not afraid. I'm wanted by al Qaeda anyway," Mahmoud Jablawi, a Sunni Arab sheikh in the town of Tuwaitha, said when asked about the dangers of working with the U.S. military, which organized a visit to the area on Thursday for Reuters.

Apologizing for his limp handshake -- he said he was shot in the arm in a gunbattle with al Qaeda three weeks ago -- Jablawi said two of his brothers had been killed in the past two weeks.

"We don't want to live in an Islamic country the way the Taliban live," he said of al Qaeda's strict version of Islam.

In Tuwaitha, 256 young men have joined a "concerned citizens" group, one of the latest examples of tribal police units based on the "Awakening" model established in western Anbar, once the most dangerous province in Iraq. "Almost every one of these guys fought side by side with me against al Qaeda a week ago," (see rest of article here)

While friends of Al Qaeda have been screaming "civil war" for years, they continue to boldly, wantonly and absolutely intentionally, ignore the frontline observations of embedded journalists like the highly revered Michael Yon ("Hunting Al Qaeda, pt III of III").  But before we conclude with this second example of a crushing blow to MoveOn.Whoreg, let's take a look at the nail that is sealing their coffin... a nail that WILL do it's job because MoveOn.Whoreg does not dare even look at it.

To see it, they would have to attempt to refute it.  And to attempt to refute it would, ironically, create more force behind the hammer blows...

...from "'You Have Liberated a People' Iraqis of all sects report progress, not "civil war." by Fouad Ajami, September 16th, 2007:

Fouad, Quoting Recently Murdered Sunni Sheik, Abu Reisha:
..."Our American friends had not understood us when they came, they were proud, stubborn people and so were we. They worked with the opportunists, now they have turned to the tribes, and this is as it should be. The tribes hate religious parties and religious fakers."

We were in Baghdad, and the sheikh gave me his narrative. There was both candor and evasion in the story he told. Al Qaeda and its Arab jihadists had found sanctuary and support in the Anbar; they had recruited the "criminal elements" and the "lowly," they had brought zeal and bigotry unknown to the Iraqis. Initially welcomed, they began to impose their own tyranny. They declared haram (impermissible) the normal range of social life. They banned cigarettes, they married the daughters of decent families without the permission of their elders. They violated the great code of decent society by "shedding the blood of travelers on routine voyages." The prayer leaders of mosques were bullied, then murdered.

Abu Reisha and a small group of like-minded men, he said, came together to challenge al Qaeda. "We fought with our own weapons. I myself fought al Qaeda with my own funds. The Americans were slow to understand our sahwa, our awakening. But they have come around of late. The Americans are innocent; they don't know Iraq. But all this is in the past, and now the Americans have a wise and able military commander on the scene, and the people of the Anbar have found their way. In the Anbar, they now know that the menace comes from Iran, not from the Americans."...

Fouad, Quoting Iraq V.P., Adel Abdul Mahdi:
..."Historically we are winning." The words were those of Vice President Adel Abdul Mahdi. This is a scion of Baghdad Shiite aristocracy, at ease with French and English, a man whose odyssey had taken him from Marxism to the Baath, then finally to the Islamism of the Supreme Islamic Council. "We came from under the ashes, and now the new order, this new Iraq, is taking hold. If we were losing, why would the insurgents be joining us?" He had nothing but praise for the effort that had secured the peace of Baghdad: "Petraeus can defend the surge," he said. "He can show the 'red zones' of conflict receding, and the spread of the 'blue zones' of peace. Six months ago, you could not venture into the Anbar, now you can walk its streets in peace. There is a Sunni problem in the country which requires a Shiite initiative. The Sunni problem is power, plain and simple. Sunni society grew addicted to power, and now it has to make this painful adjustment."

Mr. Mahdi was not apologetic about what Iraq offers the United States by way of justification for the blood and treasure and the sacrifice: "Little more than two decades ago, in the aftermath of the Iranian Revolution and the Lebanon War of 1982, the American position in this region was exposed and endangered. Look around you today: Everyone seeks American protection and patronage. The line was held in Iraq; perhaps America was overly sanguine about the course of things in Iraq. But that initial optimism now behind us, the war has been an American victory. All in the region are romancing the Americans, even Syria and Iran in their own way."...

Fouad, Quoting Iraq Prime Minister Maliki:
..."We may differ with our American friends about tactics, I might not see eye to eye with them on all matters. But my message to them is one of appreciation and gratitude," he said. " To them I say, you have liberated a people, brought them into the modern world. They used to live in fear and now they live in liberty. Iraqis were cut off from the modern world, and thanks to American intervention we now belong to the world around us. We used to be decimated and killed like locusts in Saddam's endless wars, and we have now come into the light. A teacher used to work for $2 a month, now there is a living wage, and indeed in some sectors of our economy, we are suffering from labor shortages."....

And for those of you far lefties who think there might still be some life kicking in that MoveOn.Whoreg carcass, here's a stake through the heart, just in case...

The Environmentalists Are Wrong

eft">Bjorn Lomborg:
"The challenge in Johannesburg will be whether we can put development ahead of sustainability. If the United States leads the way, the world may finally find the courage to do so.

Why does the developed world worry so much about sustainability? Because we constantly hear a litany of how the environment is in poor shape. Natural resources are running out. The population is growing, leaving less and less to eat. Species are becoming extinct in vast numbers. Forests are disappearing. The planet's air and water are getting ever more polluted. Human activity is, in short, defiling the earth -- and as it does so, humanity may end up killing itself.

There is, however, one problem: this litany is not supported by the evidence. Energy and other natural resources have become more abundant, not less so. More food is now produced per capita than at any time in the world's history. Fewer people are starving. Species are, it is true, becoming extinct. But only about 0.7 percent of them are expected to disappear in the next 50 years, not the 20 percent to 50 percent that some have predicted. Most forms of environmental pollution look as though they have either been exaggerated or are transient -- associated with the early phases of industrialization. They are best cured not by restricting economic growth but by accelerating it.

That we in the West are so willing to believe the litany despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary results in an excessive focus on sustainability. Nowhere is this more pronounced than in the discussion on global warming."

HOLOCAUST DENIAL...

..>..>

LINK IN CASE VIDEO DOESN'T LOAD

"THOSE WHO FORGET THE PAST ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT!"

It's not just because Ahmedenijad stepped foot on American soil recently that I write about Holocaust denial.  It's that he's just another of a bunch of idiot, kook, revisionist, Jew-haters who is suddenly discovering a fondness for the "freedom of speech" he, and his cohorts, would deny the very objects of his scorn.  But before I load you up with all kinds of good information on this matter, allow me to point out the big Catch-fucking-22 these soulless assholes have no clue that they perpetuate.

It goes like this...

"We aren't Jew Hating, Holocaust Deniers.  We only want the right to freely research the Holocaust to see if it ever happened, or really happened like history portrays...."

Sounds ALMOST reasonable, doesn't it?

But here's the Catch-22... these jerks just happen to appeal only to JEW-HATING, HOLOCAUST DENIERS (and some liberals who think misrepresenting history is a form of free speech).

A commenter on a David Duke Video at You Tube aptly noted, "That's how it all began in Germany.  It started with a bunch of 'discussion' about the "Jewish problem" and ended up with death camps."  Duke might have been trotted out on CNN to shine some sunlight on his barely restrained hatred and contempt for biased "Jew Lovers" but, gosh-be-darned, after all his rhetoric about oh-so-simply wanting the freedom to research, virtually every scumbag slug on every forum and every You Tube video comment area, for starters, expressed not only their solidarity with him, but COPIOUS amounts of Jew-hating.  What a coincidence, huh?

Suuuure, he just wants the right to research Holocaust denial, yet his core base all just happen to be jew-hating misfits, and with far less skill than he when it comes to white-washing their Jew-hatred into "a simple desire to freely research history."

I keep telling these bastards that the reason they've been outlawed isn't a violation of their freedom of speech but rather as a civilized response to their constant attempts to infect young, impressionable minds with SHODDY CONCLUSIONS that even THEY can't prove.  Its one thing to QUESTION the current version of events.  It's quite another for the Jew-haters to substitute their own when the current one has far more evidence supporting it than any Jew-Haters have supporting theirs.

Score 1 for civilization.  Let's hope it becomes a new trend.

Now, in the true spirit of the SAM FREEDOM blogs, I'm providing you with some amazing information regarding the nefariousness of Ahmedenijad and the true disdain that even the majority of Iranians have for him.  Seems the majority of Iranians have more good sense than the folks who run Columbia University....

Remember the Iranian Hostage Crisis When They Stormed the U.S. Embassy?
Hey Liberals... That Was During the Carter Years!
George W. Bush wasn't around then!
Thanks, Jimmy!

"You could make him a blond and shave his whiskers, put him in a zoot suit and I'd still spot him."

...Baztab recently ran a poll asking users if they would vote for Ahmadinejad or not. Each computer was only allowed one vote, and 20,177 voters took part. Unlike Radio Javan, Baztab did publish its results.

There were four questions and each voter could choose only one. The votes were broken down into two categories — those who for Ahmadinejad in 2005 in Category One, and those who did not in Category Two:

Category One

  1. I voted for Ahmadinejad in 2005, and would vote for him again: 37.5%
  2. I voted for Ahmadinejad in 2005, but would not vote for him again: 62.5%

Category Two

  1. I did not vote for Ahmadinejad in 2005, but would vote for him next time: 5.3%
  2. I did not vote for Ahmadinejad in 2005, and would not vote for him again: 94.7%

Ahmadinejad Profile Summary:

Islamist Mullah Khameni Great Gift's To Iranian People After 27 Years In Power, Evil President-Select Ahmadinejad With 1000s Of Terror By His Own Hand

..>..>
Quote:
A Brutal Man, a Man with Blood on His Hands
He was personally in charge of some specific missions such as the 1989 execution of Dr. Ghassemlou, the Kurdish leader in Vienna, and in an assassination project against Salman Rushdie. The new President is not the modest and pious leader described at length by the media. He is a brutal man. He is a man with blood on his hands. He is a professional killer, not very well known publicly but very familiar to the intelligence community that see him rightfully as one of the agents of International Terrorism manipulated by IRI. Before him Iran was already a terrorist state. What will happen to it with him? What would you call a country whose chief is a terrorist himself?

Thanks, CALVIN for sending me the info to Ahmadinejad's sugar-coated website.  Here is what I sent to his website, pending review:

"You appeal only to the weakest, most spineless element of our great country. The U.S. has championed freedom and aided the poor in 1000s of different ways since its inception. I believe the US even sent $$ money to IRAN after one of its tragic earthquakes. The US also does not deny gay people exist while quietly murdering them. You are a rogue and a scoundrel and your apocalyptic belief regarding a great war for your prophet to return puts you en par with some of the worst and crazy minds steeped in ANY religion. Unless you make peace with Israel, the US and her allies (which are silent right now but still plentiful) will squeeze Iran like a pimple until it pops. But I can promise you this... the moment you make true, sincere peace with Israel and stop blaming it for what amounts to 1000s of years of tyrannical ARAB/MUSLIM failures... the moment you make peace with Israel, everything will get better for you and your whole region. Mark my words... life will get better for everyone when you stop using the Palestinians as an excuse to hide your jealousy of those whose policies and ideas SUCCEED. May Allah heal your mind SPEEDILY... Sam Freedom"

WHAT WAS YOUR IMPRESSION OF AHMADINEJAD'S SPEECH AT COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY?  WHAT IS YOUR IMPRESSION OF HIM, PERIOD?  AND WHAT DO YOU THINK OF HOLOCAUST DENIERS AND THEIR AGENDA?

Poor little liberals.  They are the world's worst informed crowd in existence yet they have lost the only way they could return to sanity:  reason.  Here, next time a poor, pathetic, misinformed, cut-off-from-reality, slogan-chanting, fist-pumping, mixed up little liberal misfit starts in on you with the same old tired, already disproven, rhetoric.

Just whip out your English-to-Monkey dictionary and cite some of the following (which I'd found on the site belonging to Jojo..go show him some love..):

"By Larry Elder

*****

The "Bush lied, people died" yahoos lurk everywhere. Few can escape them.

Standing at the check-in window at my doctor's office, awaiting my annual prostate exam, I heard a staff member yell out with a smile, "Hi, Mr. Elder. How does it feel to be one of the last guys who supports the war?"

The 20-something-year-old receptionist, who was signing me in, then narrowed her eyes, and the volcano erupted. She tore into an emotional, convoluted, fact-challenged barrage against the president. He lied us into the war, and too many of our soldiers are dying. He's incompetent. He sent young men and women to die for oil and for Halliburton. While he plays commander in chief, the middle class shrinks. He cares only about the rich. His racism showed in his handling of Katrina. Blah, blah, blah.

I tried to remain calm while considering the source. In general, depending upon the setting, I try to conserve my mood and my energy. But, then there are other times -- and this was one of them.

"You talked about the number of our military personnel who have died in Iraq," I said, "3,500 and counting." "Do you happen to know how many died in World War I?"

"No."

"What about Korea and Vietnam?"

"No."

"What about the Civil War – both sides?"

"No."

"What about World War II?"

"No."

"We lost over 100,000 in the First World War, with a much smaller population than today. During the Civil War, 600,000 died on both sides, and the population was about 10 percent of today's 300 million. So, adjusted for the population, 6 million people died during the Civil War."

Soon the other staff members behind the receptionist began to listen, as did the patients sitting in the waiting room.

"By the end of World War II," I continued, "400,000 Americans died. Again, adjusting for today's population, that means nearly 800,000 people – or less than one half of 1 percent of those killed so far in Iraq. Of course, every life is precious, but I suggest that before you talk about the 'huge' amount of deaths, you gain some perspective."

"But, what about the lies?" she said.

"Why bother," I said, "maybe my prostate could wait another year. I'll just go down and grab a hamburger."

But I said, "Are you familiar with the Robb-Silberman Commission, which concluded the president did not lie about the intelligence on Iraq?"

"No."

"What about the Senate bipartisan panel that concluded the same thing – that Bush didn't lie?"

"No."

"What about David Kaye?" I said.

"Who?"

"He's the guy Bush sent to Iraq to find stockpiles of WMD. While he didn't find stockpiles of WMD, he spoke of the possibility (which the Defense Intelligence Agency believes to this day) that Saddam transferred WMD out of the country during the runup of the war. Perhaps more important, he said that no intelligence analyst – all of whom, by the way, thought Saddam had stockpiles of WMD – felt pressured to lie simply to provide a motive for Bush to go to war."

"But, we have been in Iraq longer than we fought the whole World War II. This is crazy," the receptionist replied.

"Crazy?" I said, "I know of no stopwatch for war. During the Civil War, both sides expected it to last just a few weeks, no more than a few months. During the Revolutionary War, Gen. George Washington lost battle after battle such that some wanted him replaced by a more competent general. The early years of World War II seemed particularly gloomy, but President Franklin Delano Roosevelt didn't say, 'Well, we've been at this for a bit. Let's call it a day and go home.'"

That was too much for a guy sitting in the waiting room, who chimed in, "But the war has made things worse."

So now, I am getting it from all sides.

Turning to the gentleman, I said, "I guess you assume that everything was going swimmingly until Bush stuck a stick into the hornet's nest. Do you remember the 1979 seizure of American hostages, who were held for over 400 days? Do you remember the bombing of the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia? Do you remember the attack on the Marine barracks during the Reagan administration, or the attacks on our embassies in Tanzania and Kenya? What about the first attack on the World Trade Center in 1993? Not to mention the attack on 9/11 that killed over 3,000 on U.S. soil. Yeah, if only Bush hadn't ticked off so many people, the Disney Co., by now, would've built a theme park in Pakistan."

And so it went. To paraphrase Osama bin Laden, if we lose the war in Iraq, it will not be lost on the battlefield, but in places like my doctor's office.

"Mr. Elder," said the nurse's assistant, "the doctor will see you now." And not a moment too soon – for them."

Don’t Hate Me Because I’m FLAMMABLE (What I Can Eat and Still Lose Weight).
Current mood: accomplished

..>..>

Obesity in the U.S. is at epidemic proporations.  Struggling with weight loss is something with which just about everyone can relate and the exceptions are few and far between... mostly athletes and people with OCD or unusually high metabolisms.

For those of you who don't know, I just spent the last 5 weeks at one of the top fitness and diet centers in the nation.  And here's what I found out...

1) There are no good foods or bad foods.  If you like something, work it into your plan intelligently.

2) My metabolism is like a freaking hummingbird.  If I eat 2500 calories per day and don't even exercise, I'll still lose 2.5lbs per week.  Most people have to fake being happy for me when they hear that.

3) Unless a pizza has 3,500,000 calories, you haven't BLOWN your diet because you broke out and had a pizza one night.  Because you can still go back to losing at least a half pound per week which is 25lbs per year.

4) As Arnold Schwarzeneggar once said, "JUST DO SOMETHING!" even walking 30 minutes 3-4 times per week is better than sitting on your ass.  And if you can, you can increase your ADL's (activities of daily living) by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking further away from work than usual, etc.  Think of ways, you can find some.

5) Be honest about your trigger foods.  Mine are just about anything that comes individually wrapped but in bulk.  Like if I buy a box of 12 ice cream sandwiches thinking I'll have one each night for dessert...that would normally be ok.  But I'll kill the box within 2 days no matter how much willpower I think I have.  Same with breakfast bars or workout bars, etc.  My hand will move on its own.

Don't mess around with your trigger foods.  Buying one of those bars, for me, is fine.  But to buy a box and think I will have just one is an outright lie no matter HOW I sell it to myself.

6) Don't Skip Meals.  I know this might sound logical, or simple... and some people might have skipped meals for years and somehow managed it, but doing so does one of two things a) slows your metabolism if you dont get enough calories, setting you up for a binge, and b) makes you crave more in the evening subjecting you to huge carb-laden dinners and buckets of ice cream for desert.

Then you go to sleep and it all turns to fat.  So don't skip meals... even a cup of cereal and a banana for breakfast is better than nothing.

7) Drink your damn water.  Yes, this is so obvious.  We all know it but again, we underestimate it and many of us go around in a chronic state of dehydration.  What our doctors never told us (ok, maybe some did) is that our metabolic processes need adequate water to burn fat and eliminate the waste that comes from it (because excess body toxins that can't be eliminated fast enough get stored in fat cells).  Eight glasses per day is optimal and if you want to argue that it's different for everybody then you might get caught in the paralysis of analysis.

In ANY case, drinking 8 glasses of water per day can't hurt you.  That's for sure

8) Planning.  Don't go shopping while you're hungry OR without a list.&nb
