A SWM of 65, I am a Disciplinarian of misbehaving adult females.  You ladies who are professionals(Executives, board members, teachers, office managers, dancers, business owners, etc.)  who exhibit haughtiness/aloofness/arrogance or a generally demanding and intimidating attitude, oftentimes, secretly long for a masterful male who is not afraid to "take charge" and who is capable of saying "No!" to you, even though you don't like it, and who will take action when you need it!  And, then, there are you ladies who prefer to misbehave much like teenage girls, being extremely flirtatious, mischievous, disobedient, rebellious, stubborn, sassy, and generally acting like a brat, rather than behaving like the responsible, mature women that you supposed to be!  I am not Domineering, but, I definitely am Dominant.  I thoroughly enjoy dealing with fully grown women/naughty girls. in a very strict, but, caring and understanding manner! And, realize this, Young Lady, your age, your beauty, intelligence, or heighth means nothing to me, but your stubborn, smart-mouth diva-like attitude, your teenager-like foolishness, or, your general misbehavior is what I consider, and I will firm handedly and  sternly deal with you, accordingly.  If the hairbrush/paddle/belt/tawse/cane/ is necessary, I am experienced with those along with other implements of discipline, and will not hesitate to use them if I feel that you need them.  Once our discussion is over, Young Lady, from then on, I am in charge, and you will listen to me and listen intently as I scold and lecture you for your unladylike, immature, or foolish behavior. Are you the type who is indignant, sophisticated and, elegant, perhaps, with a tendency towards having a temper?  Good, your willfull nature before, and, perhaps, during will soon change, no matter how proud you might have been at the start, you will find yourself changing in attitude and emotion as the scolding/lecture will continue throughout your discipline.  I will begin by taking your hand and putting your womanly figure securely over my knee, while ensuring you, exactly, as to why I am going to spank you as though you are a very naughty little girl, rather than the proud, fully grown woman that you like to think of yourself as being. Her responses are in the paranthesises, naturally.  I am sure that many of you misbehaving ladies would like to respond in like manner, but, if I ever caught you, your precious bottoms would suffer greatly.  And, I would enjoy myself immensely, believe me!  As it is, this misbehaving lady is due to be spanked for her impertinent and flippancy.
