What’s going on in my life

Okay...what's new with me. Well, I still work for Southwest Airlines. I had decided to go inflight (flight attendant) as it pretty much fits with my gypsy lifestyle. I had my first interview in January, then got a phone call asking if I could be part of a special project at our headquarters in Dallas. So...I'm now a part of the CS2 deployment team, which is our new computer system for ground operations. Initially, I was only supposed to be in Dallas for about 6 months, but now it appears I'll be there at least through year end 2008. So...I don't know what I'll do after that! I'm having a great time in Dallas. It's nice to have structure to my life...I haven't had that in a long time. I basically work a normal day, Monday through Friday and have weekends off. That's very abnormal for me, considering for the past 10 years I've worked anywhere from 445am starting times to 130am ending times with at least one weekend work day. The family is doing well. Jakobi just turned 4 last week, my little sister just turned 14 last week, Kenadi turned 7 (dear God) in February, Kaden will be 4 in May, and Gavin is now 2. Those are all the little people in my life....at least until I finally have one! My sisters and brother say it's my turn....we'll see.

We'll try the whole "blog" thing!

Okay, so Stephanie wanted me to do this, and I'm going to give it a try. Hopefully it will be a little more interactive when I'm traveling to keep everyone up to date. My 12 year old sister set this up. God, when did I get so old that my baby sister has to do something technical for me? Anyway, I'm off to Japan next week (hopefully) as long as I get on the flights! I'll post, email, whatever you do on this thing. We may have to go back to Plan A if this is a flop!
