Genesis 1:29 - And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
1 Timothy 4- Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
Now let's put 2 + 2 together:
When "devils" (unholy men who "depart from the faith") create "doctrines" (laws) to "command" (force) anyone to "abstain" (not use) something, it's known as "Prohibition".
However unlike with alcohol prohibition in the 20s and 30s, this is the prohibition of a simple herb bearing seed, exactly as this prophecy states so expressly.
"Commanding to abstain" (prohibition) from "meats" (plants GOD created, herb bearing seed as stated in Genesis 1:29)

i was writing this in response to someone who posted a bulletin angrily defending "Jesus" from the facts presented in the film Zeitgeist.
instead of casting pearls before swine, i’ll hurl them here:
a few questions -
1. so are you denying that the story the Catholic church created (Iesus) is nothing more than metaphor/allegory for the SUN? or are the undeniable similarites just a coincidence?
2. why does the church celebrate holidays created by the Catholic Church that are 100% pagan, based solely in SUN worship? (Jeremiah 10)
3. one example, this past week most, if not all, churches had SUN-rise service on EAST STAR (easter) SUN day... do you know why? here is a hint: what is the ONLY star that rises from the east every morning? Similar to the wanton genocide that America carried out against the indigenous, so-called "Indian" peoples on this North American continent under the cover of Manifest Destiny, so it is that the Zionists are simultaneously carrying out de facto apartheid and genocide against the Palestinian people. Black, Red, and Brown peoples should pay close attention to this horrible reality, which is supported by Barack Obama, and no amount of Obama double-speak can obfuscate this outrage. Black Americans must realize unequivocally that every Israeli or Jewish person is not necessarily a Zionist, just as every German was not necessarily a Nazi (Adolph Hitler in fact also murdered thousands of non-Jewish Germans who opposed him). Moreover, his alleged "volunteer" work in Chicago was anything but the stuff of legend in serving the people, though one would never learn this from his current supporters in the corporate media. Indeed, Barack Obama is himself the beneficiary of the many serious and committed women and men grassroots, political, community activists who went before him, and who often paid for their activism by tortuous jail/prison time and/or death. Serious community activism is no joke and will never be hailed or supported by corporations or the corporate media.
Never mind that Barack Obama has indicated both verbally and in writing that he favors "unilateral" US military actions against other nations, which is both dangerously absurd and in direct contravention and flagrant violation of international law. Notwithstanding the constant double-speak of Barack Obama, his admiration for Ronald Reagan (who despised US working men and women and who unilaterally militarily invaded the tiny Black nation of Grenada), and his warm relationship with William Daley of the infamous and racist Daley political machine in Chicago, should, at bare minimum, give people of good will (of all colors) serious pause for thought.
Nevertheless, and despite all of the foregoing, there are those who insist, regarding Barack Obama: "At least he's black!" Is he? What is Blackness and what does it really mean in America? And how is being bamboozled, pimped, and disenfranchised by a black person any better than being emaciated by a person of any other color? Think about it as if your very life depends on it, because, ultimately, it may.
The January 31, 2008, Daily Sun of Nigeria, in an article entitled, "Barack Obama May Win, But He's No African American," poignantly stated, in relevant part: "There are several fundamental issues that must be clarified to understand the importance of Obama's candidacy. First of all, strictly speaking Barack Obama is not an African-American - but an African who is American. He's not a descendant of the enslaved Africans who built America without reward or respect for their contributions… But there is a side to his character that well-illustrates the differences between himself and the average 'Black American.' For instance, when speaking of his heritage he points proudly to his living relatives [in Kenya]… He doesn't have the burden or challenge of discussing how his ancestors overcame prejudice within the very society he's striving to rule. He doesn't have to refer to the disenfranchisement and dehumanization of his ancestors when he speaks of the legacy that he represents…" Nor does he have or relate to the collective suffering and ongoing struggle of a physically and emotionally brutalized Black America.
Many Black Americans and our Brown and Red sisters and brothers will, I fear, come to be deeply disappointed in Barack Obama, once he demonstrates who he really is. There will be no peace or justice under an Obama Presidency, should such come to pass. Even the majority of white Americans, with the exception of the corporate liberals and conservatives, may yet come to realize that Obama's interests are corporate interests; they are not the needs and interests of everyday people, who represent the overwhelming majority of this nation and the world.
It must be reiterated that the Democrat and Republican Parties have consistently sold out Black, Red, Brown, Yellow, and White peoples in America. There is no doubt that the blind euphoria being experienced by those who are presently not critically thinking - is also being experienced by the elite of the US corporate/military/media apparatus - except that their euphoria is not blind. It is callous, calculating, and cold-blooded.
We need to be about the business of thinking and acting outside the box and building political parties that are outside the box, parties that serve the economic, social, and political interests of the masses of people. This is precisely why the candidacy of former US Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney for President and the Power To The People Coalition is of such enormous importance for the present and for the future. This coalition is all about collectively laying the foundation for systemic change - which is the only way that we can enjoy real change.
Blind euphoria notwithstanding, those who ignore reality and the lessons of history, do so at their own peril. Now, more than ever, is the time to be critical thinkers, not blind followers.
Firstly, I want to say that this is 100% legal and 100% legit. I know because I personally have used these methods as a way to ELIMINATE debt. The process is easy but all steps must be followed. I have outlined main points, but I suggest reading the original source for more information.
***REMEMBER: You are looking for Debt VALIDATION not Verification… Collection Agencies try to confuse you with the terms, but one will stand up in court, one will not.***
1. Debt Validation: The ultimate weapon against the collection agencies
You could try to use debt settlement methods with a collection agency, but you might want to try debt validation first. Why? Because they may not even be legally entitled to collect the debt from you.
Think of it in these terms: Even if you suspected you might owe Joe (original creditor) some money, and Bob (collection agency) came up to you and asked for Joe's money - would you just hand over the cash? No. No one would. These might be some of the thoughts you would have:
How do you know that Bob is actually collecting for Joe? What legal documents does Bob have to prove that he is legally authorized to collect?
How much is the actual debt? What payments have already been made on the account? Where is the accounting of the debt, including all interest and fees? Are these fees and interest amounts legit?
Do you really owe Joe the money? Or was it actually a third party, Sam? Where is the contract showing that you made a deal with Joe and not Sam?
If you keep all the legalese out of it when thinking of legal proof, you'll have an easier time figuring out what to ask a collection agency (Bob) for to validate a debt.

2. The Debt Validation Strategy
It might be helpful to look at our illustration of the process before you get started. You might also want to read this, sort of our own "validation" of the process given here.
If you don't know the address of the collection agency, here is a tip to help you find it.
Dispute the collection with the credit bureaus.
Wait 30 days to hear back from the collection agency. Most likely they will not respond or they will respond saying that they received your letter. Only a letter which includes:
Proof that the collection company owns the debt/or has been assigned the debt,
Complete payment history, starting with the original creditor, and
Copy of the original signed loan agreement or credit card application
is satisfactory.
If they haven't sent you satisfactory proof, send a copy of your receipt for your registered mail, a copy of the first letter you sent and a statement that they have not complied with the FDCPA and are now in violation of the Act. Tell them they need to immediately remove the collection listing from your credit report or you are going to file a lawsuit because they are in violation of the FDCPA, section 809 (b).
Wait 15-20 days to hear back after this second letter to the collection agency. They will either remove it or not respond.
If they do provide a contract with a signature from the original creditor showing that you owe the debt, there is one more thing you can try: see if they are legally licensed to collect the debt in your state. Here is a good site to begin your search.
Not all states require licensing, however. Here's a little cheat sheet (Word Doc) to see what the collection licensing laws in your state are. It's got other handy dandy state law information as well.
If you believe that they are not licensed, and licensing is required in your state, write them another letter and tell them they are in violation of your state's collection laws and are subject to prosecution and fines. Cite your state's fines and procedures in the letter. This is a last ditch effort, but has worked in some cases.
Typically, your work will stop here, as most collection agencies will bow down to your demands and send you a letter agreeing to remove the listing. Now all you have to do is send a copy of the letter to the CRAs. --> --> -->[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--> --> --> -->[endif]-->
{ASTONISHINGLY, THIS IS WHEN I RECEIVED THE NOTICE THAT THE DEBT LISTINGS WOULD BE REMOVED. IF YOU EXPERIENCE TROUBLES, YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING MEASURES…}
If the collection agency did not agree to remove the listing, then you need to continue to the next steps.
Have the papers served to the collection agency. (You can find a paper server on the internet for about $25). Here is a good link. And here is another: http://www.1-800-serve-em.com/servicemap.html
If the collection comes back as "verified" from the credit bureaus, you now have proof of further collection activity from the collection agency. (The assumption is that the credit bureau contacted the collection agency to verify the debt.) Since the collection agency did not validate the debt, further collection activity is a violation of the FDCPA.
Contact the credit bureaus, and tell them that the creditors did not verify the debts under the FDCPA, and send copies of your proof. Request the method of verification, which is your right under the FCRA. It is crucial to contact the credit bureaus before filing a lawsuit. Make sure you state that the collection agency did not respond to your request for debt validation.
You can try sending them this letter to see if they will budge. They may tell you that the request needs to come from the creditor. This is baloney. If they can't give you reasonable information on how they verified the information and the collection agency has provided you none, you can conclude there was no reasonable investigation performed. Theyare teetering on the edge of "willful non-compliance" under the FCRA. Tell them so.
File a suit in either small claims, state or federal court. The basis of the lawsuit should be that the credit bureaus could not provide a satisfactory method of verification, or did not conduct a reasonable investigation.

Notify the bureaus that you are suing them. You can use this letter. The credit bureaus will call the creditors and find out that there is a question about whether the debt is legitimate. They should delete it immediately. If you want more legal ammo, you might also try looking up similar cases to cite. We have a list of online resources here.
