Little Girls Who Think They Are Too Fat!

The media bombards us with images of people who are often too thin and too "perfect" to be true. Keep in mind, you want to look like "you" and not someone else. When you're in good health and take care of yourself on the inside, it's bound to radiate to the outside!
Everyone is beautiful. What kind of a world is it when someone can't get a record deal because they aren't a size 2, but they can sing their ass off? Why do little girls develop complexes at such young ages! Lets be real and change the way corporations are forcing us to think. Keep It Real!!!!!!!!!!!! Success & Self Confidence

Success and self-confidence depend on you being willing to go for your dreams even when things are hard, when you are tired and discouraged and you don't seem to be making any progress. This is a true test of character and it's often here that your breakthrough will come.
Of course, we've have all had experiences we'd rather not have but it's how you handle it that counts, especially when what happens is painful, hurtful, or sad. It's important to remember that we all need life's tough experiences, as well as the good ones.
It's in the tough times that we grow, learn, and mature. You can let it defeat you, or you can look it straight in the eye with your head held up and say "I will be bigger than you".

To Let Go Takes Love
"To Let Go" doesn't mean to stop caring it means I can't do it for someone else.
"To Let Go" is not to cut myself off, it is the realization I can't control another.
"To Let Go" is not to enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences.
"To Let Go" is to admit powerlessness which means the outcome is not in my hands.
"To Let Go" is not to try to change or blame another it is to make the most of myself.
"To Let Go" is not to care for but to care about, not to fix but be supportive.
"To Let Go" is not to judge but to allow another to be a human being.
"To Let Go" is to not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow another to affect their own destiny.
"To Let Go" is not to be protective; it is to permit another to face reality.
"To Let Go" is not to deny, but to accept.
"To Let Go" is not to nag, scold, or argue but instead to search out my own shortcomings and to correct them.
"To Let Go" is not to criticize and regulate anybody, but to try to become what I dream I can be.
"To Let Go" is not to regret the past but to grow and live for the present and for the future.
"To Let Go" is to fear less, and to love more…

Hi Myspace!
There are so many beautiful and incredible people on myspace. Myspace has been keeping me inspired to say the least. The music industry is something that I have been involved with since I was very young. It is a trip, you never know whats going to happen next. At times it feels like a roller coaster, so you have to keep your mind stable, and your faith consistent for the ride. Everyday we have to work within ourselves to get to the next level. The only obstacles are those in our mind. Hope that wasn't too deep for ya'll !
I'm in the studio with some new folks...I'm not into name droppin but their huge LOL!

Justice for Woman of Sudan
Justice for the women of Sudan
Tell the government of Sudan to bring those responsible for violence against women in Darfur to justice. In particular, call on the government to cooperate with the ICC and to ratify its Statute without delay. International pressure works. Dear Minister Muhammad Ali al-Maradhi,
I am writing to you to express my concern at the widespread commission of rape and other sexual violence committed against women and girls in Darfur.
Despite commitments to combat violence against women and girls in Darfur, the government of Sudan is overwhelmingly failing to investigate and prosecute these horrific crimes. It is essential that all cases are investigated and those responsible brought to justice. All victims should be provided with full and effective reparations.
Sudan has signed but not ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. As the Court is currently investigating crimes committed in Darfur, it is important that Sudan ratifies the Rome Statue without delay. At the same time, I urge you to pledge and ensure Sudan's fullest cooperation with International Criminal Court.

In certain countries, AIDS is an epidemic. Central Africa is especially hard hit. In Uganda, more than 10% of the population may have the AIDS virus. Children and adults are affected. Rose, a thirteen year-old school girl, is dying of AIDS. |

According to UNAIDS, India has 5.7 million people living with HIV - more than any other country in the world.
