a homecoming...

I dont even know who (if anyone) reads this anymore since i rarely post in it... but if anyone was wondering, I'm going back home to the east side of the state in a week for farm fest. thought that would be a good time to see the most people.

Sorry my visits are so rare, it's hard to go home when gas prices are so high. give me a call if you want to hang out. Darek and I will both be coming either late friday night or early saturday morning, and staying until sunday afternoon (sort of playing by ear)

to the few of you who read this... i got a few new additions, thanks to my very favorite piercer in the whole wide world, George!

i've been wanting my septum pierced for a very long time, i was hoping Darek would do it with me since he kinda wanted his too... but alas, he opted to remain body-mod free. i however, was lucky enough to make it down to the newly dubbed "stilletto haus" where George was hanging out while in town for a bit. i got my long awaited septum piercing and a couple more surface anchors!! i'm fairly bruised, but i love the way they sparkle! now, pictures.

i'd like to take a moment to say this to everyone: quit your fucking bitching!

i'm sick of hearing how horrible everyone's lives are.  how much they want something, and yet they never take initiative to go out there and get it.  news flash, just because u say you want something and bitch to everyone about it doesnt mean that someoen is going to come running to you with a silver platter! people need to work for what they have.

and people bitching about a job, if you are unemployed...you fucking take whatever the hell job you can get. that means if you need to pay for food and rent, and you cant get that cushy job u want, too fucking bad! flip burgers or starve! show some humility, you piece of shit.

and if you dont like the way our government is run, then fucking do something about it. keep up on politics, vote for shit's sake! bush and grandholm...who ever your politician of choise is, they may not be the ideal leader for everyone, but they're doing a better job than any of you ungrateful fuckers could do...

people these days need to grow up and learn to appreciate every single flipping little thing they have. it makes me sick how greedy people are. life is hard, dont expect it to be fun...it's time to grow up, work your mother fucking ass off, and thank GOD that you have food to eat and clothes on your back...even if they arent the latest trends. 

so to all the people who are pissed off at the world, who complain that their lives arent perfect... just shut the fuck up.

so, we got up bright and early to get to the shop around 9am... after spending a good hour gluing feathers to needles... we got ready to go!

i love to buggle!

alright... so, for those who dont know, my beautiful little snake, Darcy, escaped... :(..

as sad as i have been, she's in a better place and i've moved on.

cyprian decided to buy me a replacement Darcy for christmas, however, apprently snake prices have skyrocketed.... so we came home w/ this little buggle bunny instead!

who needs a man when you can have a bunny!?

i love how excited i get about getting pierced. everyone seems to think that i'm going to end up covered in hoops and barbells someday. dan even suggested that i'm going to plate my body in steel. doubtful. if i get more than i like, i'll just take some old ones out. it's the fun of hte experience really.

well anyway, i went down to my favorite shop this evening to visit my favorite piercer and get my surface bars checked out... while i was there, i decided to get my snug pierced! :D damnit, i love random piercings. ha ha!

the best thanksgiving EVER!

people who werent there probly arent going to think this is cool at all... but if you were, you'll understand the madness and remember what i remembered... it was an amazing evening filled with adventure and suprises.

our house all had thanksgiving together yesterday evening and it was amazing... accept bo ruined thanksgiving because she burnt the stuffing while i was at yoga!!! but she did make one hell of an apple pie. so it's okay!

it was our housemates, our neighbor, and a few other friends. it was truly a holiday worth having and spending time w/ people whom we really care about! thank you all for a fantastic evening!

and this is john and danielle. i work with them and they came over to share thanksgiving with us. when they left, danielle wrapped her scarf around her head like a muslum because her ears were cold. apperently this is a regular occurance for her.

dan, john, jesi, and cyp. john is pretty pumped about all that delicious free food!

kevin, sabrina, danielle, amy. sabrina is helping herself to some of the delicious spiked cranberry sauce that amy made. it was full of delicious wiskey! kevin stuck to the box wine, he's classy like that.

dan was very full and decided that his purple robe was more well suited for his head.

nothing better than laying on your back in the middle of the living room and staring at the ceiling fan after a big thanksgiving meal.

bo giggled all night i think. which honestly, isnt that unusual. (oh, and no, i didnt take my apron off at all)

then amy, sabrina and i went up and buggled in amy's memory foam matress and it was good. then sabrina did my make-up because sometiems it's just fun to be a girl! isnt this sweet though? u can't deny that!

then i ran out of film and threw my camera. it was pretty upsetting.

after adventures in the bathroom with entirely too much make up, secret clubs, and a gazillion bubbles, darek (who, ps: has the COOLEST CAR EVER!!!) came over and he came to the selectively antisocial show w/ amy, sabrina and i. that was fun. sabrina spit on the floor and darek put a quarter in the foaming white mound of fluid. then i stepped in it on accident.

when we got home, we rented the strangers with candy movie and that was just plain rediculous!

after darek left, i was about to go to bed when kevin and his girlfriend wonder into my room and begin looking around, then i gave them shiney stickers.

questioning life...

...i dont know what to think any more.

tom, drew, and i all went to see primus last night... we have been pumped for this for a good 2 months, and rightly so! we were going to see an musical icon! les fucking claypool must have sold his soul to the devil to get such amazing bass playing powers. he blows my mind.

i was so pumped, we got there early and got right up there, front and center against the fence!!

but to be..honest... i couldnt have been less impressed by that man's stage presence. there was zero crowd interaction and he kept disappearing into the shadows... he didnt even sing much (which..was something i really looked forward to!)... it was mostly a ton of rediculously amazing, yet slightly over done jamming and solos. it was all about les.

dont get me wrong, i'm still blown away by watching that man work those strings! but there was a air of cockyness and indefference for playing that didnt quite seem right. i felt guilty for being there and wasting his time...

maybe he had a bad day, maybe he's just getting sick of the fame and the drooling fans, and maybe he's just a cocky son of a bitch... either way, i've just lost a little respect for him as a person. music is not about do something because u have to or because of the money, it's about the fans...cuz w/o us...u wouldnt have TP to wipe your shit stained ass.

eh, it was still worth it! i was still blown away by both bands (rasputina is amazing, check them out!) and i had a blast w/ two awesomely fun guys!!!

oh, and ps: gotta love the souveniers you bring home, i always get plenty... this is my favorite one!!
