make the changes I need not with fear

I will "leap" into a better state of mind body and soul

I will follow my heart but not with my feet

I will take the chances to make all the ends meet

I cannot take it back but do not misunderstand

It was the cards that I held the deck was full in my hands

The jokers went wild the queens and kings lost their crowns

I was left with more sadness the smiles turned to frowns

The sum of all fears I have over come

I look to the year I can start over again
